Jethro could feel Alex's tremble against his body. He knew this would be extremely painful and taxing, and that all was going on well and normal, but his heart still clenched tight from seeing his lover suffer so much. The baby was coming forward painstakingly slow, and Jethro wondered if this was because of any complicatiosn. He dare not to think about it too much. He kept silent feeling the baby getting pushed into his hand millimeter by millimeter, and for some time it seemed that nothing was progressing despite the continuous effort by Alex.
