"I don't get how, really." Trian sighed. "I feel so unattractive."

[Eskal]

"You look amazing though."

[FweepFwopFwoop]

"Really? How?"

[Eskal]

"Because you're amazing."

[FweepFwopFwoop]

"Aw geez. Really?"

[Eskal]

"Really. Really."

[FweepFwopFwoop]

Trian took a deep breath and sighed. "Jeremy, I need you to promise me something."

[Eskal]

"What is it?"

[FweepFwopFwoop]

"Promise that you'l never ever ever ever..." Trian went on for roughly thirty seconds, "...ever ever EVER leave me, and that we're gonna grow old and die together."

[Eskal]

Jeremy smiled. "Are you proposing?"

[FweepFwopFwoop]

"No...? I just... Marriage isn't as important as you just being with me." Trian wrapped his arms around Jeremy. "Just promise me that you will."

[Eskal]

"I will." Jeremy kissed Trian's cheek. He pulled out a small, brown package from the pocket on the side of his cargo shorts. "Can I ask you something too?"

Trian rubbed his eyes, sniffling. "Yeah?"

[Eskal]

Jeremy opened the box to reveal the ring that it held inside. "Would you marry me?"

Trian's eyes went wide. "Huuuh... Wh... A-are..." He covered his mouth in shock. His heart began pounding, inspiring the babies to kick even harder. His legs began trembling beneath him.

[Eskal]

Jeremy eased them onto the floor. "Will you marry me?"

[FweepFwopFwoop]

"I can't believe... I-I'm just... That's..." Trian took a few deep breaths. "You know that a wedding here on Earth won't be legally binding once we leave, right?"

[Eskal]

"I wasn't planning on getting married here," Jeremy said.

[FweepFwopFwoop]

"Oh. Okay." Trian took a deep breath. "Y-yeah, I'll marry you."

[Eskal]

Jeremy smiled and put the ring on Trian's finger.
