"Great. So, exactly how big is this town? I have yet to actually explore it."

[Eskal]

"It's mostly farms and machining," Jeremy said. "The closest club is about an hour and a half away."

"Damn. Well..." Trian scratched the back of his head. "I mean, I'd like to go see it, but..."

[Eskal]

"It's fine. Kiba will be fine for a while alone."

[FweepFwopFwoop]

Trian perked up. "Alright then! Let's get going!"

[Eskal]

Jeremy put out some extra food and water out for Kiba. He then grabbed the keys to his truck and they headed out.

With his disguise on, Trian listened to some music on his odd device.

[Eskal]

Jeremy kept his eyes on the road.

"So, what are human clubs like? Music and dancing, of course, but anything else?"

[Eskal]

"It depends on the club," Jeremy said. "I haven't been to one since high school. So I think the major difference will be that I can drink alcohol now."

[FweepFwopFwoop]

Trian hummed. "I hope the music's good. Since I have a heightened sense of hearing for the nuances of music... I dunno, I just can't stand bad music."

[Eskal]

Jeremy chuckled. "At least we have that in common."

[FweepFwopFwoop]

"So, if you had to guess, what's stopping humans from making contact?"

[Eskal]

"The world leaders can't really get their heads out of their ass," Jeremy said plainly.

[FweepFwopFwoop]

"Hmm. Sounds about right." Trian said. Finally, the two arrived at the club, and Trian excitedly went inside with Jeremy. He smiled at the vibrant life inside, and looked back and forth between the bar and dance floor, unsure of which to tackle first. He decided on the bar, and grabbed Jeremy, dragging him along.

Jeremy bought them each a drink and took a seat at the bar.

"Now let's see if your booze is any good." Trian said. He took a sip, swirling the flavor around in his mouth for a moment, then gulped down the rest of it. "Passable." He said.

[Eskal]

Jeremy sipped his drink. "What sort of drinks do you have out there?"

[FweepFwopFwoop]

"Coronian spirits are the best. THE best. They're good for just about any kind of drink you wanna make. I think they're best for tropical kinds of drinks, but I guess that's just my opinion. Tieravonian drinks are something of an acquired taste, or so I hear, but we ditherians don't have any problems with it. Gageren drinks though, those pack punch. To put it lightly. Most people can't drink it without dying."

"Wow, that'd put a long island iced tea to shame."
