Eri Sakai has no plans for another follow up, but she said she might make one if "there is a film adaptation", though I think she meant if there was another season or something.

I translated these from the French version. They're releasing the chapters one-at-a-time digitally right now, on a weekly basis it looks like. Chapter 4 is supposed to be out on the 16th.

Kodansha USA is releasing an English version of volume 1 under the title "He's Expecting" digitally on November 7.

Now that those particular chapters are translated, I'm glad to see that it is confirmed that Kentaro and Aki are now in love with each other. Also, it seems to be implied that the thought of having another child with each other seems to turn them on. Weird :/
