Thank you for your hard work, having been translating this manga until now! Appreciate it. But I’m wondering, where can we read those chapter? I can only found a website with some chapter from Childcare edition, but not full. Now the text translation is here, but I don’t know where to read the manga online. Thanks!

Looks like the series is all up on MangaDex now
Eri Sakai has a habit of retconning this series doesn't she? At the end of the first one, it's implied that Kentaro and Aki co-parented Kotaro, but never became anything more than platonic friends, only for Childcare Edition to show that they did indeed fall in love and moved in together. Then at the end of Childcare Edition, it ends with Kentaro believing that he may have gotten pregnant again, only for Separate Volume to show that he wasn't pregnant after all.

Now that things are settled, I think it would be funny if Sakai did another follow up where both Kentaro and Aki became pregnant at the same time.
Just spotted the first volume of Ikuji-Hen (as He's Expecting Volume 2) up for pre-order on Canadian Amazon for anyone interested in supporting the official English release. Ebook only, like the first volume.
Eri Sakai's next project is a manga adaptation of a novel called "The Swallow Will Not Come Back" (燕は戻ってこない). It's another pregnancy themed story about a 29-year-old hospital administrator who is short on funds and decides to become a surrogate. It's not mpreg, but it sounds like an interesting manga that I hope gets enough attention for an English translation.
