Layla walk pass Jessica's room after checking other patient when she heard painfull moan come from her room, she decide to take a look and found a woman in hard labor in bed. She take a look at her files in the table and see that she still dont have midwife to help her, "Hello, i'm Layla, i'll be your midwife today." She said to her after Jessica's contraction end and she is being more relax.

Jessica was breathing threw her contraction when a woman walked in and introduced herself as her midwife. Jessica tried to smile, but the contraction was to hard and all she could do was scream. Finally after a few minutes, the contraction subsided and Jessica relaxed.

"Layla, I'm carrying five full term babies and I want to deliver naturally. Is the tub available?" Suddenly, a painful contraction gripped her a full three minutes after the last one. Jessica let out a scream and felt a serious urge to push. These babies were coming now, ready or not.

"Layla I don't think my babies wanna wait. I wanna push now!! Please tell me I can push now!!! Ahhhhhhh!!!!!!"

Angel nodded knowing the midwife knew what she was doing. Baring down, Angel gave a huge push feeling the babies feet sliding out, "Oohhhh!!!!"

''you are doing great Angel, continue pushing.'' Maria held the baby's feet on her hand.

Kayla's belly contracts again, making her cry out in agony and crawling on all fours.

"Breath trough the contraction Kayla, you are doing great." she kept encouraging Kayla "Do you want me to check how far are you already?"

Heard your moans i suddenly comeback to your room and take your first baby and put him in the crib, ''Its time for another baby to come, do you want to back to the sling or you want to try pushing while sitting in the birth chair?''

Layla run to the corner of the room where the tub placed, she run the warm water to fill the tub, think that maybe Jessica gonna want it for the next baby since the first baby will not make it to born in the pool. ''Its okay jessica, you can do what your body and babies tell you. You can go inside the tub after the first baby born if you still want to.''

Layla spread Jessica's legs apart and she can see a glimpse of baby's head on her opening, she must be already pushing without knowing it. ''Go push Jessica, your babies want to meet their mommy.''

She helped mathew stand up first before put the birth chair under him and helped him sit up on the birth chair. "Go pushing if you want to"

Angel bared down hard, feeling the babies arms coming out, then almost at the shoulders. Baring down harder, "Aaaahhhh!!!" Angel yells feeling the baby come out to it's neck, knowing the head was the hardest part.

"Thats it Angel, push lightly with every contraction. I will try to pull the baby out and widen your opening" she inform Angel what she will do, she start widen Angel opwning with her finger while hee other hand hold the baby's body

Angel nodded baring down slowly pushing light, however cries out feeling the midwife starting to open up her slightly. Looking down Angel spots the baby coming out slowly but knows the head is huge.

Maria having a trouble to get ou the baby's head, the baby is too huge and she know Angelmight be tearing with next push. She support her perineum with her other hand "push harder Angel"

Angel nods baring down as hard as she could, screaming at the pain of the babies head stretching her, "Aaaahhhhh!!!!" Angel could feel the head head coming knowing it was huge, praying she wouldn't tear.
