You can walk around, you can bounce on an exercise ball, you could hang on to something, or me, and rock your hips or squat and do that, there is also a birthing tub if you wanna be in there. There are lot of things that can make labor more comfortable for you and even speed it up a bit. If there is anything that appeals to you or that you think of, just tell me what it is.
