Silas rolled his shoulders and eased the tension out slowly - it was nerve wracking, to be sitting here in front of a stranger, getting ready to divulge every little secret about himself. But, he had to do it.
"Great." he returned the smile easily and nodded his head at Sidney's words about his business being successful - it was, for being so new, and he prided himself on the way his business was run. "Well, it is my business after all... I plan on hiring another Chef, once I've gotten approved here - Train him to my standards, which should take me right up to the birth of my child. After that, I plan on working less, allowing my managers and staff do their jobs while I just be... The owner." he shrugged a little, he really did have this whole thing planned out, he already even had a few potential Chef's lined up.
