Nathan tilted his head as he took a short break. He took a deep breath and started pushing again bending his head toward his chest. His face was getting really red from the effort. He growled loudly.
"Ahhh!" his thighs trembled as his anus pulsed.

Taylor looked down at Nathan’s anus to see what was going on, it seemed like the baby was getting closer and closer to the world. It’s head was almost halfway out already.

Nathan squealed quietly and then felt a burning sensation in his anus. He took a deep breath.
"Taylor..." he groaned "Is the head coming out?" he asked his partner

“It’s like halfway out”, he murmured, smiling, “they’ve either got brown hair or it’s just the blood”, he laughed, excited for the birth.

Nathan smiled slightly, then sighed and re-squeezed his neck pushing sharply. He felt the baby's head push outward expanding the diameter of his anus even further. The midwife gently massaged the frame with her fingers.
"Keep going... Without pause."

Taylor watched as the babies head finally popped out along with a gush of amniotic fluid. He gasped and hugged Nathan from where he was standing, “you’ve almost done it baby!”

Nathan was really red in the face and sighed panting. He looked at Taylor with a tender look and then heard the midwife's voice.
"You're panting, Nathan.... I'll check for an umbilical cord around your neck," she replied and looked at the baby's head for a moment "It's all right.... You pant and push very gently."

Taylor squeezed Nathan’s hand, smiling lovingly at him. “I’m so proud of you,”

Nathan looked at him with slightly dimmed eyes, smiling slightly as he pushed very gently as instructed by the midwife.
"Mhmmmm...."

He held his lovers hand, realising how greatful he was to be experiencing this. When a year ago, he was sat in his own home with all his friends probably drinking or doing drugs. Yet he could always pull himself together for school, he wanted to keep his appearances up so that no one would find out what he really was like.

The first loud cry came from the mouth of Taylor and Nathan's newborn son moments later. The midwife placed the baby on Nathan's chest, covering the boy's bloody and damp body with a towel.
Nathan gently touched the newborn's back and gently shed a tear. He felt joy.
"Daddy? Will you cut the umbilical cord?" she asked, pointing to the scissors

Taylor nodded, his eyes filling with tears. He shakily picked up the scissors and used them to snip the cord. He then put the scissors back and moved to Nathan’s side, pulling him into a side hug.

Nathan sighed loudly and brooded harder. He held his son steadily to his chest.
"Tay..." He whispered tenderly and looked into his eyes "Thank you..."

“Anything for you”, Taylor smiled, reaching out his hand and resting it on his son’s back.
