C Insect Fantasy 1x1 rp
#1

http://mpregcentral.net/forums/showthread.php?tid=11942 Just so you know, I'm gonna make this involve oviposition if you're okay with that. Post your bio btw. I would prefer a human or other insectoid but things like elves and other fantasy races are cool too.))

The campfire crackled, filling the silence in the air. It wasn't safe to be so far from the nest, but Vespa's body was built to be strong enough to endure the dangers of the outside world. The hard chitin acted as armor against anything that lashed out. The only thing that currently pained him was his mating cycle, ovipositor begging for him to reproduce. His own scent filling his nostrils and trying to take over his mind. Vespa however, remained focused on the dancing flame. As long as he remained alone and distracted himself, he could wait it out.

Name: Daylor
Species: Elf
Height: 5'9
Appearance: Wavy brown hair with red in it, Gray eyes, Tanned, Pointed Ears
Extra:
- Is called Day

Daylor groans softly he was lost he had no one clue where he was at now. Early in the day he gone hiking with a few of his friends but had gotten separated from them. It was now dark he was tired from walking most of the day looking for his friendsor somewhere he knew. Running his hand through his hair he continued on not knowing where he was going. He knew he was much farther away from where he had started from he knew he shouldn't have came out here with them. Stopping he stood there and listened hearing a campfire off in the distance he headed towards it.

From a distance, Vespa would be mistook for a human or some other neutral creature. His race had a bad reputation for attacking things that come into their territory. Especially with the mantises and wasps. He sighed, resting his head in his arms. Being tired was a euphamism. Ever since his heat began, he refused to fall asleep at camps because he knew, either he might not wake up, or would be stuck with a few unwanted eggs. Eggs were less of a problem, though. He could lay them, then leave them to create their own nests.

Daylor stopped a bit away when he could see it. Noticing it was a campfire he wasn't sure about going close to it at. From where he was standing at he could see someone next it he knew to expect that when he had heard it. Going closer to the fire cautiously since he was not sure about what or who else would be there. Running his hand through his hair as he moved closer a bit nervous.

Vespa didn't hear Daylor approaching. Actually scratch that. He couldn't hear Daylor approaching. The closer he was in view, his insectoid appearance came in full view. Vespa tiredly stared into the embers as he drifted into semi-consious state, refusing to actually fall asleep. If he was wide awake, he would have already seen Daylor, but he wasn't. He was exhausted and vulnerable, oblivious to the other's presence.

Day's eyes widen in surpise when he saw what was sitting up the fire when he got close to it. He had never seen an insectoid before he has heard stories about the alien race though. Standing there he got good look at the insectoid he moved so he was standing close to the fire. Day was curios about it and wanted to get a closer look but was to scared to get to close. Sitting down where he was at he looked at fire but didn't move any closer to it.

Day was close enough for Vespa to smell him. It was similar to the males in heat, but not strong enough to actually trick him into thinking he's of the same species. Plus, he has eyes so a simple look will give Day away. As soon as the scent filled his nostrils, Vespa looked up and around, eyes locking on Daylor once he found him. Shit, he had to hold himself back from breeding out of instinct. Staring up at the elf, he got a full view in the dim distance of the campfire. "You're an elf..." he signed. Maybe stating the obvious awkwardly would make him look less like the examples his brethren showed when they murdered anything that moved, and would distract him from his instincts.

Day sat there thinking about how he was going to get back to his friends. Looking up when he felt him starting at he was a bit freaked out but wasn't showing. He was wondering why he was out here by himself he was about to ask when he signed something. Day nods he knew some sign language abut not a lot but could use it. Since it was more like a statement more than a question at the moment 'and you are a insectoid ',he signed back.
