Thankfully, James wasn't a ticklish person in terms of his feet, though it felt weird still. The man had a few ticklish spots but at the moment, he would keep those secret.

"I don't know, without a larger lab and more modern equipment I don't know how to remove the formula. All we can try to do is make a version of it that does the opposite." James said. "Though if we get it wrong...oh boy."

"Well we have a basement here, too. We can get a lab down there. We just need to save money and slowly get stuff. It'll happen. I hope we can do it." Charlie said. "But, yeah, if it goes wrong. I don't want to turn into a cat, or a Shiba." He said, smirking. "I'd never be able to leave the house again!"

"ANd what will we do in the mean tme Charlie? Tie me down with chains to the bed and lock the door? I have no control over....it, the feline side is it's own mind and I can't control it, let alone stop it. It's why your sister is in her state and is afraid of me, even having her kid avoid me. Granted I've been trying to keep a distance too but still." James said. "There's no point testing it on you Charlie if we ever do make it."

"Maybe we should get some medication.. I'm not sure what.. Something to calm you down?" He suggested, trying to be helpful. "To be fair, she does have a valid reason for avoiding you," Charlie noted. He was still salty about his sister going through this as well.
"Well, we can start small?" He said. "We don't need the best stuff. We just need to poke around and see what we can come up with. Who knows? Maybe we can find out a way to reverse this."

"I don't blame her for avoiding me, she has every right..." James said. "I don't know Charlie, I can be completly calm and then one second later, something triggers it. I really don't know what to do other than hide away up here."

IT was really hard to know what to do, course his ears twitched to the sound of Maxwell barking outside and the male groaned. Putting his hands over his feline ears.

"Maybe some medication to calm you down would you good. If we never try, we'll never know." He suggested. "Hey, maybe if you let out your feline impulses out on other things, you'd be less likely to lash out on others." He paused. "Now, I'm being serious here. Maybe you should try a scratching post. Or a cat toy? Like batting at things or biting it? Or maybe just spend time with Bean.." He suggested.

"medicine will have to wait till I have this litter. There's no telling what medicine will do to em.." James said, though he raised a brow at em. "Charlie...I don't know whether or not to hit you or believe you're onto something."

He really didn't know how to view it. Should he try? But..there was that risk. The one risk that would make him regret it all.

"I think I'm onto something, too!" Charlie said as he walked around the room. "I mean, think about it! Letting out cat-needs on cat objects should really help out a lot, and keep it in control, right? I do think we should try it out, and see if it'll work. I can bring up Bean's scratch board if you want to try now," he suggested.

"Charlie...I'm not sure, things trigger it yes but..willingly triggering it? I don't know, I just feel like I'll mess it up.." James said. "IT went very badly last time.."

"Well, maybe it won't 'trigger it' exactly, but it might keep it in control. We'll just hafta try! Now stay here!" Charlie quickly got downstairs and soon returned with a cat toy. "Let's see what happens!" He shook his head a bit. "also, I'm stronger than you so you can't overpower me if something happens, so I'm gonna stay in the room." He said.

"I have claws and fangs you twit, and how do you know that you're stronger than it?" James questioned as his ears slanted.

A not so sure of this stare being directed at the cat toy.

"I just know. I mean, look at my arms! Much thicker than yours. Packed with muscle," he joked. He motioned to the cat toy. "Now come on! We need to know if this will work or not." He said, crossing his arms.

"That only counts for so much." James replied. "You're not doing anything with it! It's boring."

It was very boring to look at the toy.

Charlie looked at the cat toy. It was a long one, the kind where you pull one end and the cat pounces on the other.
"hmm okay.." He stepped forward and grabbed one end, and gave it a little tug.

"This is suppose to be 'playing' with a cat?" James asked as he watched Charlie just give the item a tug.

He didn't feel any different as he sat there, It was going to take something a bit more than just some string an something attached to it that you pulled it. The feline like man gave a sigh as he set a hand on his stomach, a few of the young moving in there.

"Aw come on, James! work with me here!" charlie said, wiggling the toy faster. He soon dragged it behind a corner so it was out of sight from James. Irresistible to cats.

I'm trying to think of a good reply for it, so sorry it's taking so long.)

Ears twitched as he watched the two, showing that he was making a effort to 'work' with it. Course his eyes did change slightly to show a bit more interest as the toy disappeared from sight, though the effort to try and investigate, snapped him out of it. A sigh left James.

"It's a bit hard with....this stomach." James muttered.

Charlie nodded. "Yeah, I guess so.. Hmm." He thought for a second. "Maybe if I try dangling it above your head?" He suggested.

"I say go for it." James said as he set his hands on his belly.

He could feel the young shifting about in his stomach, maybe they were sensing the attempt of play? They were a bit more active now and a groan left James. Though he tried to focus on what Charles was trying to do.
