Cinder yelps and squirms in their hold, whimpering and whining loudly as he instinctively tries to get away from the discomfort "St-Stop...hurts"

River rubbed the back of his hands with his thumb holding him in place with his weight “It’s okay, it’s okay” he kept saying trying to reassure him. Rain let go of his leg after she had her arm in and used her other arm to push down on his stomach trying to manoeuvre the baby before grabbing its head “Oh, it’s a really big one” she said shocked before pulling the head down a little just so it sat right at the edge of the birth canal “Okay, next contraction you should be able to feel it drop into place” she said pulling her hand out slowly to ensure she didn’t hurt him any more than she needed to.

Cinder whimpers and shivers a bit from the pain, still squirming to free his limbs "D-Don't do that...again...please" He whines.

River kissed Cinder’s forehead softly. Rain smiled gently at him “I won’t have to, the baby should drop on your next contraction, this pup is really big so you’ll need to give big pushes to try and get it out, okay?” She looked at River “If he doesn’t birth in the next two hours come and get me” she said before leaving to help others

"O-Okay...thanks, sis" Cinder smiles weakly at Rain as she leaves.

River kissed his head gently and took his hand rubbing the back of it “You’re so strong” he said softly “Just push when you need”

Cinder nods and squeezes River's hand tightly as he tenses up and pushes as hard as he can.

River rubbed his back gently “Do you feel the pup dropping into the right spot?” He asked gently

Cinder nods again, grunting softly.

River kisses his head gently again, watching the large mass slowly move down in his stomach, Cinder’s leg started to rise before the pup had even moved down properly knowing it was huge.

"Owww..." Cinder whines softly.

River rubbed his back gently “You’re doing so good babe, nice deep pushes okay?” He said softly

Cinder nods pushes with all of his might.

River rubbed his back gently watching as each deep push Cinder did the baby would move down maybe an inch, he knew it would be a while before this pup crowned with how big it was.

Cinder grunts and whimpers as he pushes, his face flushed red and sweaty from the effort.

River moved for a moment grabbing a cloth and dipped it in water before gently wiping over his face and back with it “You’re doing so good, our pup will be here soon” he smiled gently

Cinder sighs softly at the small relief that the cold cloth gave him "...thanks, love"

River smiled gently “Of course, anything to try and help you through this” he said softly as he felt his mate tense up again

Cinder groans and pants softly before pushing as hard as he can.
