River sighed sadly “I know sweetie and it will be all over soon, don’t worry” he said gently feeling his mate tense up again

Cinder whimpers and pants heavily "Owwww...."

River rubbed his back “You’re doing so well, howl if you need to, I know it hurts but you’re doing so so good” he said lovingly trying to comfort his labouring mate

Cinder lets out a loud howl and tries to curl up on himself.

River held him steady but let him howl rubbing his back “I love you, pant a bit, try and keep your breath” he said softly

Cinder nods and shuts his eyes, trying to relax.

River kissed his head softly rubbing his back gently, he could see Cinder’s stomach start tensing up slowly at the beginning of another contraction and held him close “You’re okay, you’re okay” he muttered to his mate

Cinder whimpers and breathes heavily.

River smiled gently at him “You’re doing so good, keep breathing like that” he smiled lovingly

Cinder whines softly, still holding onto River.

River rubbed his back gently and hummed a lullaby trying to distract or calm him, he would take either. “You’re doing so so good”

Cinder starts to relax a bit in River's arms, shutting his eyes to rest between contractions.

River smiles softly feeling his mate relax for a short time before watching his stomach contract violently again

Cinder groans loudly "Oh c-come on...I just got comfortable..."

River kissed his head softly and rubbed his back “Honey, I don’t think getting comfortable with the baby at your hole is really going to happen” he laughed softly

"Sh-Shut up...this is your fault anyway...damn your huge genes..." Cinder grumbles softly and pouts.

River kissed his head gently “I know baby, I’m sorry” he smiled gently at him “How about we stand you up before I bite you? Maybe gravity will help a bit too?” He asked gently

Cinder nods and slowly stands up, his legs shaking a bit.

River wrapped his arms around him to steady him, helping him spread his legs gently holding him around his chest so Cinder’s back was against River’s front. He felt his mate start to tense up and hit down in his sensitive spot to try to give him some adrenaline
