Keith was about to head back inside until he heard Len speak afterwards.

"No..." He said as he turned around to face the two. "Whatever you're going to do that would make someone hate me any further, I don't want any part of it...I'll figure something else out..." If he did not take the offer, chances were those beasts were going to get worse. If he did, then someone he knew would have apparently gotten hurt or would be in a state that would warrant even more hostility towards him and all he was attempting to do was try and help. Maybe this was an issue that did not require their help. He was more than capable of attempting something despite being told not to. He just needed to know how these monsters functioned.
