In this alternate reality with Alpha/Beta/Omega dynamics, male Omegas are shunned.This follows the life of several Omegas going through labor in the Labor/Delivery ward of this breeding facility. A few kind nurses/midwifes (they're betas) are there to help them through this tough time of there lives. Because everybody needs a helping hand at some point.

Appearance: Kate had long, dark brown hair and grey eyes. She has milky skin and long lashes. Kate always has her hair up, and doesn't have a true understanding of fashion, growing up in a household with three brothers.
Past: Kate had been working at the facility since she got her degree. She knew she wanted to do something to help the Omegas in the breeding facilities. Every since her eldest brother, Kaden, was proclaimed an Omega and shipped of to a facility, Kate immersed herself into her studies, knowing that might be the only way should could help Kaden.

Appearance: Rhys has shorter dark brown hair and green eyes. He also has light brown skin, and a usually slender frame when he’s not pregnant. He doesn’t care too much about clothing, and pretty much wears whatever the breeding facility gives him.
Past: Rhys was handed over to the facility by his family very shortly after presenting as an omega. They’ve since cut all contact with him, leaving Rhys with no real choice but to stay in the facility, or try to survive on his own. This is his first pregnancy, and as such he’s had a difficult time coping with both his physical and emotional changes that come with it.

Rhys sighed, as he slowly rose from his bed and placed a hand on his belly to try and calm the kicking young within. Though he was still a bit nervous about the whole labor and delivery aspect of his pregnancy, he was also feeling exhausted and heavy, and just ready for his pups to be born. He winced as he felt a few braxton-hicks contractions, but managed to get to his feet. The pups were sitting right on his bladder, so he waddled off to relieve himself, all the while his hips and back ached, reminding him of the numerous changes he’d gone through over the past several months.

Kate looked through her list of Omega's close to delivery. There were a few overdue, but they had all been taken to the Labor and Delivery ward for observation. Overdue births weren't necessarily risky, but as a precaution, any Omegas who went over their projected due date were put under observation. Muttering, she checked a few off the list that had already come in. She was just waiting for a new patient, she guessed. There wasn't much to do otherwise.
