the further the baby dropped, the more Lucien was feeling teh resistance at the very end of Hitsugi's canal. Not exactly a blockage, more like a bulge on the wall at the end that would hinder him from plunging all the way in. That easy target to grind at provided grounds for Lucien to work on, and he adjusted his angle, aiming at the bulge, he thrusted in hard.

The screach from Hitsugi was so high-pitched, Lucien was surprised. "what...? hmmm...." The result of that strong shove was the baby got pushed back up into Hitsugi. The intense pain had him clecnhing down so tight on Lucien's intruding rod, even Lucien was feeling pain. "relax Hits..." Lucien muttered in a strangled voice, needing to pant a little himself.

WIth great difficulty, Lucien dragged his member out a little, then slammed back in, this time grinding at his prostate in an attempt to help Hitsugi relax. It caused him to tremble further, but gradually he was releasing his death "clench" on him, and the baby was again shoved down through the strong contractions, undoing the harm that Lucien had caused.
