Grunt after grunt, Hitsugi was straining to push the baby out. Lucien had to admit he was reacting to that, sexually. The bulge on Hitsugi's lips was slow to emerge, and once it was starting to make an appearence, parting his slit slightly to create a now famliar teardrop shape, Hitsugi's pushes seemed less effective with the size of this last baby almost exceeding all of his elder siblings.

Lucien cupped HItsugi's lips, urging him to push when a contraction came, keeping HItsugi's effort sychronized with his body's effort, yet with the strong and painful contractions, the baby was still coming painstakingly slow. the teardrop shape continued to increase in size, yet with each breath from Hitsugi, it woudl receded slightly with the large bdy still lodged deep wtihin Hitsugi's birth canal.
