A scenario where a mistress/wife impregnates the guy and makes him a slave. Apart from the day to day life, where the pregnancy has to be hidden, at night he will be tortured at the club. Male pregnancy is unknown to the outside world, so no doctor can help even if the slave runs away.
It could be just 2 characters - mistress an me. Or, it could be multiple mistresses and their slaves, being tortured before and during labor. Maybe a contest.

Body type - white, thin but muscular, 5"8 with narrow hips.
Occupation - works as in a bank(on my feet all day)
