there was nothing. The accumulated waste in Jasun was too stubbon taht even with the enema, it was difficult to move, being heavy and hard like a stone, even increased in size when it absorbed the moisture. The doctor rubbed and almost pushed into Jasun's lower belly to help with the bowel movement, in the process distinctily able to make out little heads of the babies within Jasun.
