Having feline hearing wasn't that great now. He could still hear her calling his name and the man gave a hiss of annoyance. Rising to his feet, he stormed over to the door of the grain silo and opened it up.

"GO BACK INSIDE AND LEAVE ME BE!!" James hissed out at them; he could just make them out from his spot.

Course he was quick to slam the door closed and storm away from the door. Only to take his seat once again. Course Maxwell heard the noise and pulled Robert along to the grain silo, barking at it.

Maisie and Robert didn't have cat hearing, and it was loud outside. They didn't hear James shouting at him.
"Hey maybe he's tracking James?" She suggested. She knew the pup was too young for this sort of thing, but they followed Max anyway.

"Then that means they're in there?" Robert asked when they came to the silo.

James could hear them and now he was just more annoyed. Course he choose to stay put sort of, he just moved himself to a darker corner of the silo.

"Maybe, let's go in an' look. But careful, there might be spiders or mice, or other nasty creatures hiding in here," Maisie said as they entered the silo. "James, you in here? Hey, let him off the leash," she bent down to let the little dog go.

LEtting the dog off the leash, they took off in the silo barking until they got to one of the corners. A frustrated sound left James as he glared at the dog.

"GO AWAY!" James hissed.

Maxwell stood there though, barking at the feline hybrid. Gritting his teeth, he merely climbed up to a higher section.

"James?" She called, hearing a hiss. It must be him. She bent down to scoop up the dog. "Come back to the house, please. We're all going to get sick. Now come on down," She said.

"You two go back to the house. I'll be fine." James replied as he stayed there. "Besides, it just be better if I kept a distance."

The man's tail twitched as he sat there, though he could feel a pressure in his stomach. Great, a growth spurt was gonna start soon. Just lovely.

"Ya know what?" She sighed. "I know you didn't mean to.. I should've known what I was getting into. But it happened and it's over now," she tried to keep it pretty vauge so Robert wouldn't know what she was talking about. "but just come back. It's cold in here!"

"And I shouldn't have asked for your help knowing what could happen." James said. "I'm sprouting fur now, so I'm pretty sure I won't get too cold in here."

True, it was on his shoulders though he could feel some fuzz where the markings all were, making him believe that he was indeed going to get covered in fur at some point. Course, he could probably shave it all off and the markings would just be there on his skin still? Hard to say.

"Shoul I go get Uncle Charlie?" Rober asked.

[gre-y]

"Well you can't leave Charlie in the house to take care of YOUR kids! That's not fair to him," Maisie said.
She glanced at Robert. "No, baby, I don't think Uncle Charlie will be able to walk all the way here, but you should go tell him so he doesn't worry. Go on, and take Maxwell.."

[anibus3]

"Okay..." Robert muttered as he put Maxwell on the leash and left.

"I won't be here all night, so he won't be stuck with em." James replied. "I'm having some problems right now so please, go away."

Problems refering to the new development of young, he could feel the mass pushing his shirt against his coat. HE didn't like how this was going and was sort of worried that Maisie was going to go through the same thing.

Maisie watched her son leave, and then turned her eyes back up to where James was hiding.
"Problems?" She asked curiously. "What problems? What, is something happening as a result of.. earlier?"
Her own belly was growing as well, but she hadn't noticed it yet. She thought the strange feeling in her stomach was just feeling sick from what had happened. Also her hoodie hid the bump pretty well.

"Besides claws, more markings, and fur growing out of me...yes. There is something else." James answered, putting a hand against the midsection of his coat that was starting to bulge forward to be visiable.

Sitting up, he let out a sigh as the weight was starting to set in. Course his coat was beginning to feel tighter as well.

"Well we should probably get you back to the house, then. It seems harmless for now, but what if something deadly happens?" She suggested, leaning against the wall. She shivered. "It is very cold in here.." she said quietly.

"We can't stop it or fix it Maisie, I'll be fine. It won't kill me. I might poke a eye out with my own claws on accident but...other than that I'll be fine." James said.

Besides, he didn't want Charlie to know yet. Things were chaotic enough.

"Well.. alright.. but make sure you come back soon. Charlie is probably going to get worried," Maisie said. "I'll see you later then," and then she started to make her way back to the house.

"I know." James said.

It would be half a hour before James returned, his coat was a bit looser on him in the attempt to hide the bump he was sporting. Well more like a round stomach was hiding under there. The man then attempted to sneak towards his room.

Once Maisie had taken off her wet hoodie to put on something dry, she noticed that she had a round belly. "Oh you've got to be kidding me.." She said quietly. She gently touched her stomach.
Now, she just waited for James to return. And she knew he did because she could hear the stairs creaking. She knocked at his door. "James, get out here. I need to show you something."

He didn't even get a chance to remove his coat once in his room before he heard the knocking on it. A sigh left him as he unlocked the door.

"Come in." James said.

Even though his coat was wet, he kept it on for now.

Maisie entered his room, shutting the door behind her. "I'm pretty sure that you're responsible for this.." She said, tugging up her shirt, revealing her round belly. Now James had kids with Charlie AND now Maisie. All of their kids together were going to be siblings or half siblings.
