"Probably very soon," she said. She knew James just had his kittens, so hers would probably come around the same time. She put eggs on each plate, and then set them on the table. She plopped down on a chair, relieved to be sitting again.

Richard went over to the table and took a seat. Soon huh? Well that was nice to hear. Though he wondered how many it would be?

"Robert, could you go ask Uncle Charlie to bring James down for breakfast?" She asked. Her stomach felt strange for a second, but she knew what it was. Her belly started to grow again.

"Okay." Robert said as he got down from the table and headed upstairs.

It was hard to convince James to come down. The man wasn't very..willing to. He was partially imprisioned by his new litter and he managed to get out of it. Though he did feel like she idn't want him around her anymore, so why was she wanting him to come downstairs? Slowly the feline man came down the stairs, ears lowered and tail merely dragging behind him.

Maisie had decided that everybody should eat breakfast together at the table like a family, so she patiently waited for everybody to come in and eat.
Charlie walked through the door. "Hey, sis! I'm just gonna wash my hands and I'll come an' eat." Charlie started washing his hands in the sink.

Finally getting to the bottom of the stairs, he kept a distance from her and he wasn't sure what to do. HIs ears twitched as they stayed lowered.

"You...wanted to..see me?" James asked, not sure on what to do.

Maisie looked at the figure cowering at the stairs. "Yeah come on. It's just breakfast." Maisie said. She would have to learn with him. "Now sit down and eat with the rest of us." She said, pointing to a seat.

Charlie was quick to sit next to his sister, now they were just waiting on James to come down.

Her tone didn't make him feel comfortable at all with being down here. He knew she hated him, she didn't like him. HE couldn't blame her. He did force her into this despite his intentions. Lowered ears twitched to the sound of mewling upstairs, and he glanced up there.

"You guys eat, I've got kittens to attend to." James said as he turned round and headed upstairs.

Charlie huffed. "Oh come on! Just eat with us for five minutes!" He said. It didn't seem like he was coming down, though. He shrugged and ate his food.

Maisie didn't try to stop him so she just quietly ate. She was feeling a bit of discomfort and tried to ignore it.

Richard gave a shrug. He didn't really see what the problem was. The feline like man didn't see to be able to get down the stairs much in the past. Sure they were big last Richard saw em, but maybe they were just needing some rest?

Soon enough, Maisie couldn't ignore it anymore. "Ugh.. I- I think the kids are coming.." She said, pressing her hand against her stomach.
Charlie looked up quickly. "Right now? Okay um, I'll go get blankets and towels.." Charlie jumped up to find those things. "Robert, see if your mom needs help getting to her bed." He said before rushing away.

"um...o...okay..." Richard said as he got up.

IT was hard to try and help her get there. After all, he was only a child and not a very tall one. So him being of any aid was hard.

Maisie felt awkward while her son tried to help her over. He was small and couldn't do very much, but she still appreciated it. She smiled at him, but it was a fake smile as she tried to cover up the pain she was going through. "Go play outside, okay? Your uncle will tell you when it's time to come back inside."

Charlie went up to tell James about Maisie, and then rushed into her room to assist her.

"O..okay.." Richard said weakly.

He went downstairs quickly though he wasn't in a playful mood, even with Maxwell's attempts to get them to be. James was actually tending to his litters when Charlie came in. His ears twitched and he put the kitten down he had in his arms and followed. Though he wasn't really sure what he could do to help.

After a while, her kits were here. There was eight squirming, mewling kittens. A few were orange, but most of them had brown hair and brown ears. "Charlie, can you go find Richard?" She was excited to show her son his new siblings.

Charlie opened the door. "Hey, Richard, did you want to see your new brothers and sisters?" He asked.

Eight...wow. IT was less than how many he had thankfully but still. James was relieved she didn't have anything over ten. With the labor over, James left Maise's room so she would have privacy. Course Richard did want to see them and he nodded. Following after Charlie back upstairs.

Charlie led the child to his mom's room so he could see the kits.

Maisie smiled tiredly at her son as he came in. "These are your siblings," she said, looking at them.

"They look a little silly." Richard admitted as he took note of the feline ears an tails on all of them.

Maisie looked down at them. "They do look a little silly, don't they?" She gently touched their little ears. They were very soft!

Richard gave a nod in agreement. Though he didn't know what to do at this time.
