"Come on you can do this. If you are tearing already for the first child it would be disaster, think about all those babies that still needed to come out that would ruin your hole again. Now pant! I will put counter pressure at your rim hopefully it would help to dtop the tearing."

Ryne panted heavily as he began to push again. The head crowned before Ryne stopped.

"Ok the head has crowned, now is the hardest part, Ryne push with all your might to get the head completely out ok?" Colin had both his palms cupping the rim, the head was looking enormous between his hands.

Ryne nodded as he began to push on the next contraction. Within mere seconds, the head was out, giving Ryne a reprieve from his labour.

"Oh theres the head." It popped out with lots of fluid. "I will check the chord, please pant for awhile first even when the next contravtion hit ok?" Colin slid a finger in to feel the neck.

Ryne nodded as he laid on the bed, gripping the sheet and his belly when a contraction rolled through, being careful not to push.

"Yes breath like that, steadily in and out, Ryne you are doing so great. And here..... yes it's all clear. On next contraction push hard. The shoulders will come very soon ok?" Colin stood up from the stool at the bottom of the bed to give Ryne a smile over his belly.

Ryne nodded weakly as he waited for the contraction. In a mere moment, he gave another push, feeling the shoulders start to emerge. Ryne's body shook from exertion from the pushing.

"Yes hold the push like this, the shoulder's almost there, you are very close now." Colin kept on urging Ryne witg his push seeing how the shoulder strained to come out. "The left one's almost out, push hard and keep it down!"

Ryne continued to push, wanting the baby to be born. The shoulder slipped out from his hole, giving Ryne another reprieve.

"Wow the first baby's half way out, already shaking the hands as if to wave to us. Ryne, one last push to get that little butt out." Colin saw Ryne tried to look but the belly was simply too large and heavy for him to heave up the upper body enough to see.

Ryne groaned in pain as he gave another push, trying his best to get the first baby out.

"Keep it coming, keep pushing, the butt is apparently wide." Colin thought to himself that this must be something the baby had inherited from Ryne. "Just a bit more come on Ryne. Big push!" Colin got the baby half raised in his palms, the child look extrememly large, almost like a toddler.

Ryne groaned and screamed louder as he gave another big push. With a mighty yell, the baby was born. A baby boy entered this world, weighing 20 pounds and having Colin's hair colour and Ryne's eyes.

"Ryne you did it! We have a son now!" Colin said excitedly, he raised the child up so high but still failed to reach over the belly, with the chord the baby could only sort of clasp on the underbelly of Ryne, but Ryne's arm wasn't long enough to reach thay far down.

"Wait a second, I will cut the chord and give you the baby very quickly." He could hear the slightly distressed whimper from ryne for being unable to see his child.

Ryne panted heavily as he was tired. Unfortunately, the second child descended downwards.

Colin saw the belly shifted down significantly when he was cutting the chord of the first baby. He was still cleaning the baby when he heard a yelp from Ryne.

Ryne was breathing heavily as he pushed again, the contractions never stopping.

Colin wrapped the baby in a swaddle and placed him quickly into the crib, then returned quick to be with Ryne. "Babe I can see a tiny tip here already. Push hard now!"

Ryne continued to push as hard as he could, the top of the baby's head was visible. It inched out before retreating back, Ryne stopping to catch his breath.
