adarnel continued to snooze before sensing the smaller stallion moveing. he opened his eyes and looked down to him "Morning little one, sleep well?"

"yeah I slept fine willow though seemed to twitchy all night. I wonder If she's having bad dreams." he said stroking her head. Her tiny features were peaceful.

he nods "im not sure what she would be having bad dreams over, but im sure we can help her as best we can" he says and smiles softly then looks to the kitten still snoozing on the smaller centaurs flank "Seems she has become attatched"

"mabey the kitten she did see it before it was patched up." he said worried. Honestly he hoped that wasn't the case. He simply placed his hand on her tiny flan. To be honest he missed the feeling of her in his stomache. Creating life wasn't easy but for all the pain somthing beautiful came out of it.

he nods "True... i guess we will just need to do our best to calm her mind and elate any fears she has" he says with a smile "Continue resting, we dont need to rise so early"

He sighed but let it go. He simply stroked her tiny head and tryed to calm his own fears. "yes i gusse your right. All we can do it keep her fears at ease." he said eyes soft. He looked up at him and couldnt help but feel extremely happy. He knew he had him and no need to worry about how things would go. Williow had both a mother and father.

he smiled and nodded pressing him closer to his side as they continued to rest.
"So, what shall we do today little one?" Adarnel asked softly

"i dont know realy. Is it odd to say i miss it?" he looked at willow and felt kinda fuzzy inside. He realy loved her with all hus heart. He couldnt imagibe life with out her. Now he felt kinda odd. Hed spent so long with her inside him he felt kinda empry with out her added weight there.

he chuckled a little and smiled slowly getting up and helped him up "Well, first things first, we should get some food and drink in us" he says and rubs his hand over Soto's horsey rump
"And then maybe we bathe hmm? we are both in need of one i believe, if you help wash me, i will do the same for you."

"i think once wilkow gets a bit older id like to have another." he said eyes soft. Williow walked veside him till she spotted tge other faolks abd ran off to play. Soto had the kitten in his other arm. He hadnt seen it move all day. It worried him a bit.

He nodded and smiled, leaning down to kiss at his cheek "And i would be honored if you allowed me to be the one to give you said foal" he says and gently stroked over his flank then looked to the kitten "Has it not woken yet?" he asked and reached out to check it.

"Hmm, still warm and breathing, id say its recovering... poor thing was badly injured and malnourished. i am sure she will wake a little later" he says with a smile and gives the kitten a soft pet.

"yea seems more exhusted than i after williows birth. And i would love it if youd be the one to give me another foal." he brushed the hair behind his ear cheeks red. He headed to the main tent where everyone was eating. They looked up as the smaller male and larger stalion walked in. He felt odd as sevral of the mares staered at him." ummmm did i miss domthing here.there all stearing at us." he wisperd glancing side ways..

Shaking his head Ardanel just shrugged "If you missed something then so did i" he answers softly petting the tiny kitten in his arms.
"Is there a problem?" he asked firmly and loudly enough to show he was trying to be defensive but firm. he didn't want to present any form of challenge seeing as in his current state he probably wouldn't be much of one to anyone. however he was wanting to show he could be protective to Soto and be a worthy mate.

The meares all turned backbto what they were doing. He wondered if mabey they were curious about him darbell and willow. Could they also not understand how it worked? He simply let it go and sat down he curled close to darnell and noted as he did so many eyes glanced at him. He was starting to feel uneasy. He wasnt sure why but somthing felt odd about there demeanor.

Darnel did as any protective stallion did when he sensed his loves distress and stood close keeping watch. he could sense the unease aswell and was tense about it all. he passed the kitten down to Soto so his hands could be clear and he looked out over the room.

"Where is the lead Stallion and Mare?" he asked looking to a passing stallion who simply shrugged but looked nervous about the request "Find them for me would you please? tell them i request an audience at their next convenience." he let the stallion go and turned back to watching over Soto and Willow, letting them draw some comfort from his presence as they went about what they were doing.

Soto pressed his hand to his foals flank. He fekt very unconfortable and he didnt know why. He simply ate and then looked to the other. He wanted to leave as the air in the tent was tense. He didnt take his eyes off willow more than a minute becuse somthing told him to be alert. He felt like both of them were in danger. He simply stood up and took willows hand and left the tent. His tail flicked in nervouse agitation. He didnt feel right somthing was off and he cpuld sense it. There were loud hiif steps behind him and a face he hadnt seen in almost a year apeared. His heart stoped and he couldnt hardly breath. He shoved his foal back behind him. The others sickly sweet tone as he spoke his name revolted him.

Darnel turned to watch the other approach and when he saw Soto's distress he quickly moved to be between then and motioned for the smaller male to rise.
"Who are you? What do you want?" he asked firmly making sure he was blocking the others view.

He smiled at him warmly and then spoke. "iv come to retrive my daughter. Shes a cliff climber eho derserves to grow up with her tribe. I just need soto to hand her over to me and ill be on my way." he steared at the other. His dark skin grey etes and matching body to williow gave away who he was instantly." now would you kindly move aside i have no time for chatying my wofe is expecting me home with her second child in tow." he said eyes dark. Soto trembled behind darnle as the other dpoke of taking his, daughter away. He couldnt she belonged to him.

"Really now?" Darnel asked with a slight smirk looking down on the smaller built stallion, clearly being Much taller than him "I think you are forgetting tradition Little Stallion, allow me to remind you. The Foal belongs to the Mother till they are weaned and cannot be separated. If the mother should die, it then falls to the mothers Mate or their herd." he leaned down to be nose to nose with him.

"That would be ME little Stallion and THIS herd." he said before straightening back up "when Soto left the Cliff climbers herd, they severed their ties, and seeing as you have a mate waiting for you, HE is not your mate." he turned and wrap an arm around Soto and made sure soto had a tight grip on Willow. before looking back.

"I do wonder however if your mare is aware of your cheating on her just so you could spread your seed. I don't know how it is in your Herd, but in all of the ones i know of, mates are Loyal to one another Only." he says almost mournfully "If you wish to fight for the foal, meet me in the sparing ring but know that either way, your betrayal against your mate will be made public if you do." he started to walk with Soto out of the tent and towards the sparing ring, passing the Lead stallion and having him watch over the two of them knowing they would be safe.

"huh funny i dont recall him ever saying he had a mate. Even more funny is my mate was fine with me coming to get her. I explained to her the situation and she forgave me. But if you want to fight lets go. Im not afraid of you and ill be takibg my daughter home with me with or without cooperation." he walked with him watching the other eyes dark. He stepped into the ring just behind the other and smiled.
