River nuzzled back gently panting in pain before whimpering as it started again pushing down grunting loudly

Cinder nuzzles and grooms his mate "Good job, baby. You can do it"

River groaned as he kept trying to push, his face red from exertion before laying back breathing heavily to get his breath back

Cinder gently wipes the sweat off River's face with a cold cloth.

River smiled tiredly at his mate “Thank you” he said softly before groaning loudly and pushing down again his body shaking a little

"You're welcome, baby. Anything to keep you as comfortable as I can" Cinder smiles softly.

River laughed lightly “Definitely nothing comfortable about this situation” he panted a little and cried out again pushing down hard whining loudly as the burn started

"Oh I know, I can at least help as much as I can" Cinder grins as he moves to watch the pup's progress.

River panted heavily before grunting and pushing down hard trying to get the head out howling out in pain

Cinder very carefully tugs the pup's head out.

River screamed out in pain as the baby was tugged, hitting some type of nerve that was extremely painful, he pushed down crying trying to get the pup free

"S-Sorry! I can't help to pull it out yet..." Cinder yelps in surprise and moves his hands away.

River cried a little “It’s fine, I know you’re trying to h-help” he said shaking a bit before yelling and pushing down again howling out loudly

The pup's head finally squeezes free "The head is out! Good job, baby!" Cinder grins.

River laid back panting heavily crying a little “Only the head?” He wailed a little

"So far, yeah. But at least you've already gotten through one of the hardest parts" Cinder says, trying to be comforting.

River sobbed a little “It just needs to get out of me” he cried before bearing down as hard as he could not waiting for a contraction just pushing

"I'm trying to do that, baby" Cinder says "Woah, woah, don't do that, you have to wait, okay?"

River shook his head “I don’t want to wait! I just want it out!” He said angrily
