Doctor M drags the boy in a black bag, and takes him down a basement lab in a house far away from civilization.
"Stop kicking, you're making this worse you know!"

"What're you going to do to me?" I screamed and kicked.

"Something wonderful! Now shut up!"
Doctor M opens a door to a dirty room with a toilet, bed, and shower, and cameras all over the room. He throws the bag inside the room, and walks away.

"Something wonderful? What do you mean?" I asked as I looked around the room.

An intercom is played in the room, saying what M is speaking to you in the moment.
"Shut up! Take off your clothes first!"

"OK, OK." I took my clothes off as I was instructed. "Now what?"

A tray of green looking food is put inside through a gap in between rooms
"Eat that first!"

I took the tray and ate the green food. "Mmm." I ate all of the green food. "Anything else?"

"Look at your belly button, is it glowing?!"

I looked down to see my bellybutton. "Yes, it is."

"Gooooooood!" Doctor M laughs and laughs, filled with joy. He grabs a small box and puts it inside the room through the same gap from earlier.
"Open it, now!"

I picked up the box and opened. "What is this?"

A dark spirit emerges, looking like a tall humanoid shadow. It puts its long arm inside your belly button, and begins to crawl inside you, painfully.
"That was my son, before he died, now you will birth him for me!"

I groaned in pain as the spirit entered my belly. "Why did you chose me?" I asked.

"No real reason at all, you were just along and the most convenient person to steal,"

"Did you plan this?" I groaned as his son finally entered my belly.
