I make up a huge helping of scrambled eggs and put it on a plate in front of Sean "enjoy"

I help you waddle back to the bed "how's the pressure?"

"Getting bigger."

"Ok its almost time so tell me when the pressure is unbearable"

"Try and rest and I'll be here throughout"

“of course“ I sit behind you so your backing is resting on me and I start to massage your stomach feeling it tense up as I try and relive some of the tension "what are you feeling at the moment?"
