Sebastian was the main "breeder" at the facility. He was one of the first that underwent the experiment. Said experiment being the insertion of a uterus into the male body with the possibility of producing offspring. The female population had begun to dwindle in recent years due to a sickness that had begun to sweep the nation. It was discovered too late that the virus had been constructed to only effect the female population but by that time over half of the population was wiped out, many more infected.
