Tobias was completely tense by the time the woman got here, curled up on his side and in his own world again as he groaned, rocking himself slowly. His hands still grasping onto his own shirt and the bedsheets, crying out at the start of another pain. "Fuck-"He tossed this head back, panting heavily and gritting his teeth,"Just bring her up, James. Please."He shifted his legs and curling his toes as he moaned low, hips rising off of the bed slightly,"I can't do it myself."

James nods, leaving him for a few moments before going to get the doctor. She was an older woman, somewhere in her late forties or either early fifties. James lets her inside, locking the door behind her as he did.

The woman looked towards the man then around the house slightly, noticing childrens toys and heading towards the stairs,"Is the mother upstairs?"She asked and started up towards the master bedroom, a few tiny heads poked out from around the corner at the top of the stairs. The pups shifted quickly, as they were taught to do around strangers and looked like normal young children for now,"Daddy?"

James presses a finger to his lips as he passes them, heading toward the main bedroom. "Go back to your room." He whispers quietly so that only they hear him as he follows the woman toward the bedroom.

The oldest nodded and started to herd the youngest back into their rooms, while the stranger passed them on her way towards the room where she could hear sounds of pain coming from. She opened the door after knocking once,"Hello? Ma'am, I'm-"She stopped in her tracks at the sight of Tobias struggling to birth the pup, he had managed to push his boxers off of himself and was curling forwards to push. "Is this a joke?"She asked, looking back at James.

"Does it look like a joke? He needs your help, so your going to help him." James moves back over to the bed before placing a hand on Tobias' back to hold him up at he pushed.

The woman stood for a moment and then exhaled as she moved to place her things on the floor, it took her only a second to adjust to the thought and sat between the mans legs. "I'm going to take these off, alright?"She told him then slipped his bloody boxers off fully, he was barely aware of any detail about the woman besides the fact that she was helping him. She noticed and looked to his partner,"How long has he been like this?"She pulled on a pair of gloves and adjusted his legs gently,"Let me check you."She said and he nodded quickly as he gripped the bedsheets, mouth hanging open as he breathed heavily while she pushed her fingers into him.

"The pains started earlier in the day, the bleeding started when I called you." James runs his thumb over Tobias' hand until he finally released the bedsheets, taking hold of James' hand instead. "They're early."

Her eyes widened and the human man noticed,"Wh-What?"He panted, adjusting his footing and she shook her head,"Nothing. I've just never seen a case like yours."She replied then removed her fingers, holding his knee,"You'll be alright. You've had other children I assume. I believe this ones just reopened a tear you've had before. You keep pushing and they'll be out soon enough."She told him as he gripped James's hand, shaking his head still,"They're still coming too soon, right?"He asked and she shook her head this time,"They must be more ready than you guys think."

James watches her before nodding slowly and looking at Tobias before squeezing his hand.

"Come. Let's get you into a better position."She told him and renewed her gloves, he nodded and laid back slowly when she guided him to lay on his side. "We're going to put you on this side, let him put his foot on your shoulder. Let's get this baby out."She moved behind him more, rubbing the skin around the mans slightly bulging hole with her gloved hands and wiping the dripping blood away gently. "Nice strong pushes whenever you feel- There you go."She was amazed at first by how strong the push was, as he held his thighs tightly and moaned out while he beared down.

James had watched him do this many times but still found himself captivated by the entire thing. He done as the doctor said, letting Tobias use him however he needed.

Tobias huffed in a few deep breaths as he moaned with his head tilted back, sweat beaded at his brow and fell down his temples with his nails dug into the back of his thigh. His other hand gripping James as he curled forwards once more and cried out, the pup crowned slowly while blood seeped out around them,"Okay... Okay. Let your body do the work now."She told him gently and he whimpered.

James watches her while also keeping a close eye on Tobias. He had watched him do this many times but still found himself In awe, completly entranced by the whole thing. He allowed Tobias to use him however he needed, as long as it didn't cause harm to him or the children.

"Good. Good."She murmured, though her brows furrowed slightly as she lead the pups way out of him, their head slipping from him. He grit his teeth and let hid head fall back with a groan,"Sonofa-"He grunted and slipped back again with a moan, the woman looked confused and met eyes with James,"Is this...normal?"She asked, wondering if the child looking like an actual puppy was normal for these people.

"Don't question it, just help him through it." James keeps his eyes on Tobias, running his fingers through Tobias' hair.

"Well, how exactly do you suppose I help if I have no idea what's going on?"She asked him in reply and Tobias groaned loudly before he cursed under his breath,"Just make sure nothing happens, alright? For fucksake, it doesn't matter... I just want them here safely."He grunted and arched his back with a low moan as he pushed harder this time, she didn't have time to respond or even prepare. Before she was catching a small wet puppy between her hands who squirmed and let out quiet whines when it was born. Tobias leant his head into James's touch as he laid back again slowly with slow labored breathing, turning back over to lay on his back and shudder. "God, they sound tiny."He mentioned, not sure what to expect, though he should have known from what James had said earlier.

James moves to lightly kiss his forehead. "They'll be fine." He moves then to take the small pup from the woman, beginning to clean it off. He gets it cleaned before bringing it over to Tobias.

Tobias leant into him as he caught his breath slowly, though letting him go when he went to pick the pup up and clean them off. He laid back against the bed pillows, tense and shifting to lower his legs slightly with a soft noise of discomfort,"We should get you moved to a hospital. You're still bleeding and may need to get stitches. You could get a cesarean section done to deliver the rest of your children safely."She said, though Tobias didn't answer as he was preoccupied with the squealing pup that now laid in his arm, his heart was instantly sold. He knew that he shouldn't pick favourites for his children, but he had a few in all of them even though he hoped that they couldn't tell.

This pup was smaller, smaller than any Tobias had delivered before. It's whimpering cries starting up again until it was allowed to nurse.
