Martin wanted to say he felt sorry for him. With a colleague's kid and seeing the badly split lover everyday was torture. He squeezed Alex's hand, showing him an encouraging smile and said "so, dinner's up. What do you feel like?"

"Ok I will get the orders done. So... same ritual as yesterday?" Martin asked, referring to the tea and the belly rub afterwards.

Martin quickly got everything ready. As he saw Alex slowly but steadily drinking the soup, he also munched down on his own dinner. "Dont be too tense. The soup is not really your enemy. Try not to mind it too much." Martin said as he saw how nervius Alex was in drinking the soup. Again to distract him, he tried getting small talks going. "So when will your parents come again tomirrow?"

"Oh so tomorrow they wpuld be able to accompany you when you check.out." martin finished his share and sat next to Alex now.

Martin handed Alex one accompanying toast and encouraged him to eat it too. He settled himself behind Alex and got ready for the belly massage. Maybe it's because how family this drill had become, he felt Alex relaxing into him easily.

"Wow good Alex you have got the toast all down." Martin praised Alex as he finished the last bite. He almost kissed his cheek but controlled himself. How he longed to be able to get closer to Alex.

Martin continued with the smoothing rub until slight snoring can be heard. He kissed Alex's cheek as he intended to and put him gently on the bed. "Sweet dreams my love."

Martin walked in and found Alex staring blindly at the tube of lotion from last night. "Good morning Alex. Whats wrong with that tube that make you stare at it so hard?" He approached Alex and ruffled his hair, messy from sleeping

"Nothing," he lied, "Just thinking." Alex was truly thinking about Martin, how he'd be a wonderful father, how much Alex was already in love.
