Kiba went to sleep, staying comfortable in his new bed. Some time in the early morning, he woke up feeling strange. Wiggling around on his bed, he whined softly. He felt too warm and uncomfortable.

Kage was downstairs writing in a journal. He recorded his encounter with Kiba and wrote as much as he knew about him.

Kiba couldn't sleep any longer, crawling out of bed and stumbling downstairs. He looked around, still half asleep as he wandered into the kitchen to get some water. He passed Kage, not even noticing him...The air around him seemed different, a subtle scent...pheromones released by a dragonkin in heat. Normally they only attract his own kind, but some humans could be affected as well.

Kage felt strangely hot all of a sudden. He looked to Kiba and started to approach him, wrapping his arms around the dragonkin.

Kiva was trying to sort out where he could get water when Kage approached him. He made a startled noise, twisting in his arms. He managed to turn around, wings spreading behind him as he stared at the man. "Wh-what?"

[DragonKnight]

"I...I'm sorry. But for some reason, you smell really good." Kage said as he tried to control himself, removing his arms from Kiba.

Kiba looked bewildered, watching Kage pull back. He tilted his head, wings relaxing at his back as his tail flicked behind him. "Smell good? I thought humans had poor sense of smell." He said, sounding confused. His wings fluttered, releasing more of his scent, filling the room with it while the young dragonkin remained oblivious.

"I think you're releasing a pheromone. Some animals are known to send out pheromones to attract a mate." Kage stated as he tried to keep his composure and to refrain from just jumping Kiba.
