He heard the ringing alarm clock, which meant the cake was ready, so he tried to stood up to take it out of the oven. When he was standing up, however, he suddenly felt a huge, terrible pain on his belly, which shocked him and made him fall again on the couch, groaning in pain "Ooooh, shit" he exclaimed as he fell on the couch.
