It was immensely satisfying, especially to the inner alpha, that he had finally claimed an omega properly. He was basking in that glow of claiming, that he missed the omega's movements with his eyes still closed, thinking the shifting was just to make himself more comfortable.

(lol i hope you're ok with the idea that there were hidden meanings behind each gesture of their mating. the govt ppl could hv forgotten to tell - or simply they weren't aware of these subtle etiquette in alpha-omega consummations? i'm thinking it could mean the omega didn't like his mate if he was wiping away blood himself - it should be the alpha doing so.

i am imagining there would be this kind of misinformation since they came from very diff backgrounds, and would interpret things differently.)
