As they sit down he takes her hands and turn her palms up he did had noticed the scarring there, he slowly traces them "you mean this ones? I noticed, I have some scars too" he said and rised his sleeve to show her a tiny scar, barely visible "see?" He said grinning

Ani rolled her eyes, "That is far too small. It looks more like a joke to me." She said, trying to look irritated but failing as a smile crept up her face.

[nurse]

"Well, I dont see the big difference between mine and yours" he said truthfully as he eyed the menu "your scars dont make you any less pretty, just like mine doesnt make me less handsome" he said with a snort lauhing at his own humor, he was a lively young man who was aalways smiling and laughing.

Ani blushed again, she smiled and gave a quick, fleeting kiss on Lucas' cheek before taking her own menu and looking at it. Her cheeks still being tainted pink.

[nurse]

Lucas beemed af seeing her pink cheeks And looked surprised to her kiss, but nonetheless he welcomed it. "Are you ready to order?" The waiter asked as he aproached. Lucas was rubbing his belly absentmindly "I want a cheesecake and a three milk cake, and also a chocolate milkshake " he said as he wanted everything sweet yet he knew it we re a pair of little someones that were to blame

Ani nodded, "Coffee and a chocolate cake." She mumbled as she set the menu down.

[nurse]

The waiter took their orders and menus " So, you acepted to come out with a pregnant man, youmoften domthis Ani?" He teased seeing sje was getting too serius again

She paled before looking down, "Used to." She muttered, feeling tears rise up, she angrily brushed away any coming tears from her eyes.

[nurse]

"Did I said something wromg? I was...just trying to make you laugh, jere" he said brushing her tea r away with his thumb

She shook her head, "You meant well. You didn't know." She said, forcing a smile on her face.

[nurse]

"Tell me.." He asked pulling a thread of hair out of her face " i mean if you cant tell a stranger, who can you tell?" He joked he hadnt laughed this much in a while, he rubbed his small belly feelimg the children move, barely but he can tell.

She shook her head, "I can't." She said as she chewed on her lip.

[nurse]

He nods "okay....but keep in mind Ill brimg you here each night till you tell me" he said with a smile as nothing had happened, hks eyes brightrned as their desserts were served

She could only nod, "Sure." Upon the arrival of their orders, she slowly ate the cake and only managed a sip of her coffee before she sighed and muttered something to herself.

"You dont believe Ill be back do you?" He asked

"Of course not. It's just that...you're a
customer and...as I guessed....married." She mumbled as she gestured to his wedding ring.

[nurse]

"Is there a policy you cant go have coffe with a cuatumer and yes Im married and I love my wife but I can have friends, and you seem like yoj need one, so, youmwanna be my friend?" He asks sounding like a six year old boy speacilly as his tone suggested he would be hurt if she said no

Ani frowned at him before she shook her head, "I'm sorry sir but I really must go now." She mumbled as she took out a few bills from her wallet and placed it on the table.

"At least let me escort you home" he said standing even if he had not eaten a thing

She held up a hand, "No, I can go home by myself sir. Please, just sit down and eat." She said as she hurriedly went out of the establishment.
