Luvas sighted and followed her out "wait not so fast, Im just three months but this belly does weights me down" he calls and stops her by reaching for her hand

Ani stiffened, "Sir, please." She muttered. Trying to pry his hand off of her.

[nurse]

Lucas didnt let go and still holding her he took his jacket off and placed it over her shoulders "just lead the way to your apartment, I wont say a thing and once you are inside safe Ill go to my own house" he whispered not wanting to force her to talk

Ani bit her lip, nodding hesitantly, she began leading the way to her house, her steps were soft and light and quite possibly the only evidence of the disappeared days as a ballerina.

[nurse]

Lucas kept his side of the bargin not askinf any more questiona and just coming along to make sure she return home safely, as they arrived at the steps of her building he smiled "Ill see you tomorrow Ani, " he said it was not a question but a statement

Ani nodded and handed Lucas the coat, she then went in her house and unlocked the door.

Stepping inside, she proceeded to collapse on her couch and sleep away the events that has occurred.

Lucas stared to her door for a few moments before walking down the street and back home.


He slid silently to his house and hid the present in his jacket, he felt quite tired but some reason he couldnt shake the feeling that hehad to go tomorrow again to that boutique

Skylar came up to him and hugged him "where were you? I was worried and your favorite meal is cold now." She says with a small pout

"I just got tired of walking and made a stop at my favorite cafe and ended up eating some desserts,I also met a very sad woman...." he mused and told it straight as there was nothing to hide " before I knew it was late, Im sorry Sky and I can heat my own dinner" he said smiling at her and kissing her lips

"It's ok and invite her over sometime maybe she needs some friends. In fact invite her over tomorrow since as far as I know we have nothing big plan to celebrate my birthday this year. I should hear up for you because your feet and back must be killing you." She says kissing back

[nurse]

'And how would you know? Maybe its a big surprise and...." he blushed as he gave himself up and he bit his tongue "I of coirse was not...I mean...." he stuttered and closed his eyes "forget anything I said " he said rubbing hjs neck and laid a hand on his belly "Im fine Sky...the babies are quite small still and I hate resting you know that, Im a man of purpose, you sure you dont mind her coming over? She sure needs some friends.,.I tried making her lauh but I just ended making her cry...."

"I don't mind the more the merrier and I know you babe I just want the babies to be healthy sorry for being over protective again." She says wrapping her arms around his waist and kisses his lips and then his belly.

[nurse]

Lucas leaned down to kiss her "I know you worry for us cause you are so cute...,and I love you for it" he said smiling as she kissed his belly, ne heated his dinner relaxed in the arms of his wife enjoying how she didnt let go of him and how she was so affectionate as he was just the same.

"Babe I'm going to bed. Do you want to join me or do you want to stay up for a little bit?" She asks before getting up off the couch

[nurse]

"You go Sky, The twins are resting in an odd position" he said rubbing his belly "I dont hink I can quite go to sleep now, but Ill be up soon, I promise"

She smiles "ok" she says as she walks upstairs to their room and gets into her night gown and sleeps gets underneath the covers and sleeps

Lucas stayed up a good while, not being able to stop thinking of Ani, and how sad she had looked.

Next day he found himself walking to the boutique after work in hopes of finding Anita there

Ani spent the day with boredom and disinterest, though in a way, she was hoping to see her customer again...Lucas was the name if she could remember.

It was the end of his work day and Lucas found himself walking into the boutique, he looked around seeing tbey werent any other custumers, ne was really not sure what he i tended to do here, he just knew his new mission was to get a smile from her and see her happy if just for a few moments

Ani was now playing with a roll of receipt paper, whistling a lazy tune as she did so. Not noticing Lucas outside the shop.
