Anna sits up a bit to rub his back. "Do you know what you're having?"

"I like when it's a surprise," she smiles, rubbing his back still.

"me too" i smile back at her

"Contractions getting stronger?" She asks, noticing his breathing getting heavier.

"i think so yes" i reply in agony

"Okay, would you like me to check you?"

[misty120preggo]

"yes please"

[pushinghard]

"Lots of pressure," she reminds before checking him. "9 cm, almost there."

"what do u need me to do?"

[pushinghard]

"Just listen to your body and tell me when you feel ready to push."

[misty120preggo]

"shouldn't i be at 10 first?"

[pushinghard]

"Yes, listen to your body right now about how to handle the contractions. Then when you feel like you have to push, 99% of the time you are ready, and I will check you then."

i slowly move around,moan and try to get comfortable.

[pushinghard]

"You're doing great," she quietly encourages. "Almost there."

[misty120preggo]

"how much longer do u think and can i squat to give birth?"

[pushinghard]

"Probably a half hour or so, and of course," she says, staying close by.
