"Feeling okay? Any pressure down there?"

"Okay, just keep up with what you're doing."

i keep on breathing slowly

"Perfect," she encourages, rubbing his back.

"anything else i should be doing?"

"Whatever helps you be more comfortable."

"i just cant find me a place to get comfy in with all of this pressure down in my belly and in the birth canal"

"Okay, want to go ahead and squat and I'll check you?"

"sure" i squat down as best as i can to the ground.

[pushinghard]

"Ok, just some pressure," she says, examining him with two gloved fingers. "You're at 10, ready to push." She smiles, putting on a fresh pair of gloves.

"where do i need to go to start pushing?"

[pushinghard]

"Just right here is fine if you want," she smiles, putting some clean absorbent pads underneath him.

i start screaming. "OH MY GOD! HERE IT COMES!"

"Push with it, don't fight it."

[misty120preggo]

"ok im ready" i bear down and start pushing.

"Good, keep pushing just like that."
