The Blood Haven Mansion for Monster Seeders and Carriers

I thought that since its October and since Halloween is just right around the corner that a monster based rp would fun, just pick the monster/creature of your choice and let your imagination run rapid lol. In addition, feel free to be either a guest or a even a servant of the mansion either is fine. Anyone and Everyone is welcome to join.

Setting—The Outer Veil-- is a realm where every monster of myth lives and flourishes, and multiplies. The Mansion is known as Blood Haven. It’s a huge gorgeous stone like palace with all the accommodations a monster could ask for, the grounds are mystical and the outer gates open the Veil that separates the living world from that of the undead.

The Mansion isn’t just for those who are pregnant, but for those who are seeders and carriers, who knows maybe you’ll find love along the way to parenthood.

Below is an example of the info you need, some is optional. Remember its your character so go crazy, be creative, imagination is key. :P There is nothing too odd or too weird when it comes to monsters lol

Name: Halo Blackheart

Age: 1224-- (looks 24)

Gender: male

Monster: Grim Reaper

Position in House: One of the Keepers of the House, his job is to welcome the guest, see to their needs, ect… ect…

Pregnant: not at the moment… no

Personality: kind, sincere, happy to serve others, passionate, but then he has a darker side that is brought to light by cruel and affair treatment to others

-------The following below is optional. Personally I’m just a sucker for detail. Lol----

Appearance—longish jagged cut black hair that frames attractive features that are very pale. He has a black patch over one eye and the one that shows is an odd lavender color, he has thin spider like fangs that only release when hes angry and sharp black nails. He is average in height, with a slender build, and dresses primarily in black, grey, white, and seldom red. He wears a small hourglass shaped pedant around his neck always.

Abilities: He is able to reap the living or even the undead and drink the essence of their life force, but he hardly does that and wouldn’t do it to the guest or anyone else at the mansion so no worries. He can also see read the life records of others and wipe memories. ( I know that this hardly matters but I thought that it would help to give the feel of my character a little, but like I said before its totally optional.)

Halo opens the two large black door of Blood Haven and bows to the new comers.

“Welcome to Blood Haven… creatures of myths and legends. Be you ladies or gentlemen, friends or foes… seeders looking to seed and carriers looking to carry the future terrors of our world.

He smiles one of his eccentric smiles that shows his spider like fangs, “My name is Halo and I am just dying to make your acquaintances. So please, please step through these doors. Blood Haven is everything you could never imagine and more”.

Features: Mouth was stitched closed. She is a young looking scarecrow, but clothes are well worn. Short. Tight burlap sack that keeps all her curves tight in place. (Sorry for adding Features.)

Halo smiled at the scarecrow he saw behind the tree, and the vampire that was looking around in awe. "Welcome dear guest, please look around to your hearts content,I sincerly hope it is to you liking. Have you any bags I should bring in for you"?, he says kindly to the vampire, then turns a sweet smile at the scarecrow,

"Maddie dear, no need to be shy, we're all finds here", he thinks for a second and laughs, "...at least I hope so". He waits for the others response, rocking back and forth pleasantly on his heels.

He turns his gaze once again to the scarecrow, "Madison will you not come and say hello, I'm sure the gardens will still be there later", he smiles teasingly at her in hopes to ease her shyness.

Halo laughs and turns to a wardrobe and pulls out some clothes, "How about something to wear that is a little warmer and a bit more fittingt"? he ask, "You can put your clothes right into the wardrobe, they'll be safe there and you'll have them when you want them."

"Wonderful", Halo says with a nod, "All we need now is to find a cook for the guest that do eat", he laughs and shows Maddie around, explaining what she would need to do and how to attend to the guest and the manison, but tells her also that she is free to do as she pleases. "Noe lets us find Ben and Echo, perhaps they've gone to their rooms", he says pondering as he clasp his hands behind his back, he gives Maddie a smile as he looks over at her.

Halo passes Ben on his way to kitchen and frowns at how tired the werewolf looks, he lays a hand on his shoulder. "Ben please do take a seat and rest, you do far to much work for someone in your condition", he scolded lightly. "Its very much appricated, but you do so much more then strictly nessacary", he ushers the werewolf to a seat, "Please sit down for a bit, for the babies if not yourself and I will bring you a drink from the kitchens. Is there anything in particular you would like"?, he ask with his ever pleasant smile, but his concern for the werewolve is evident.

Halo placed as glass of cold blue liguid on the table beside Ben before he had left, one the werewolf was rested he would be able to leave the seat. He lead the others around the manison showing them various things and rooms.

They finally came to a large indoor garden that he lead them inside of, "Feel free to look around, I have a few plants to attend to... please excuse me", he said as he bowed slightly, then disappeared into the mist that was near the back.

Halo stood in what he liked to think of as his 'Black Garden', mainly because the plants that were there had been grown by him. He ignored the black Creeping Ivy that was climbing up his leg as he watered his faviort roses, blacks ones with scarlett centers and thorns. Then the white ones with red bleeding into the petals and sharp ebony thorns.

He cut six buds for brewing into a tea that he was sure his friends would like, and placed them inside a basket before going and continueing with his tending of the Black Garden.

Halo could see that ho was early into pregnancy, though he was sure the other didn't know at the moment, and really it wasn't his job to tell him unless he ask, but it was his job to see that all the guest and employees were safe and happy.

Halo blinked in surprise when the vampire fell, "Oh dear", he muttered and bent down allowing the ivy to wrap around his own arm, its thorns bit into his skin but he just smiled. "I'm very sorry, I should have looked behind me before I approached you", he told Echo as he helped the vampire to his feet.

"I hope you are alright", he says feeling guilty, "You see the plant was creeping after me, I am the only one who can feed this specific kind...and kill it",he says as an after thought then shakes his head and then gathered up the fallen orchids and holds out the bouquet towards Echo.

He turns back to the other, "You still have yet to give me your name, and I'm afraid I just can't recall it myself I'm sorry to say", he says looking abit tired. Reapers get very tired if they don't rest at times, and Halo has spent the last few weeks preparing the recently re-opened manison.

Her eyes are purple, shes dressed in a purple and black corset, and a short matching skirt that shows off a lot of her pale skin. Her heeled boots make a clacking sound on the marble floor as he walks inside.

"Hello, anyone here", she yells. "My names Nighter, and I'm looking for a job...HELLOOOOOOO"! She giggles, "Hmmm, well I guess I'll just explore 'til I find someone." With that she starts through the manison.

Halo takes takes the patch off of his other eye, revealing a small black skull in a the center of a frosty white iris, there are oddly shapped lines around the skull. "Come out little friend, we'll not hurt you, we only wish to greet you and introduce ourselves. In fact my name is Halo", he says then looks at Maddie, "And the lovely scarecrow here is Maddie".

(Thanks :)) Birch, the 23 year old werewolf, knocked on the door of the mansion after running a hand through his red hair. He had just left his home town after he had been attacked by another rouge wolf, leaving him pregnant. A friend had mentioned the mansion was a nice place for monsters like himself to stay and he decided to check it out.

Halo heard the scream and quickley flipped the patch back over his eye, "I'll be back once I've checked on Ben", he told Maddie and left the room.

Nighter heard the knock on the door and hummed as she opened the large doors and smiled at the red head werewolf that was standing there. "Hello new guest, welocme to Blood Haven, my name is Nighter", she said sweetly as she tilted her head and could see that the other was also pregnant.

"Are you here as a guest, or would you like to have a job as well, room and board is included", she winked and leaned forward to whisper. "Personally I think its best to work here, ya get paid for the simplest of things, though its free for the guest as well". ^.^

Birch watched her leave, waving slightly with his head to the side, quietly wondering what she was going to do. Walking into the room, he let his backpack fall from his shoulder and onto the bed. Looking around, he couldn`t help but think of how nice the room was, spacious too. Deciding that the first thing to do was to find the man that Nighter had told him about, Halo. Leaving the room, he quietly shut the door behind him.

Halo had checked on Ben and hopefully had calmed him down enough to leave him. He felt tired and briefly wondered where his daughter was and if she was making mischeif... well it was Nighter after all.

He wondered if Maddie was still in the library and if the other guest and staff were well or needed anything, it was after all his responisbilty and hope to make others happy and fell welcome.

He was so caught up in his thoughts that he didn't see the red haired person til he bumped into them.

Having found a library in his search, he had taken a moment to search through some of the books there, finding one of his favorites; Huckleberry Finn. Taking the book off the shelves, he resumed the search for Halo, his nose burried in the book. It was because of the book capturing his attention that he ran straight into a very solid figure. Stumbling backwards, Birch frowned. "Oh wow, I`m really sorry, I should have been paying more attention." Looking the man up and down he offered a smile, "You wouldn`t happen to be Halo would you?"

Halo gave Birch another smile before he exited the room to check on the other guest.

Nighter giggled as she snapped her cell phone shut and hummed plesantly as she walked down the hall, her grin widened when she caught sight of her father. "Hi daddy. Did Birch find you?"she ask sweetly.

Halo nodded at his daughters question, "He did", he answered as he studied Nighters posture, "Nighter what have you been up to". Nighter frowned as she blinked innocently, "Whatever do you mean daddy dearest, I'm not up to anything at all, except maybe going to the ballroom to play the piano", she said as she skipped over and placed a large spider she had caught ealier onto Halo's shoulder.

"Do release the poor thing into gardens for me, I have to get to the ball room", with that she left Halo sighing in the hall as she turned from the direction of the ballroom and to some of the other guest and employees rooms, she couldn't wait til she found someone and could get them in on her plan.

Halo let the spider crawl into his hand, he wasn't fond of spiders but he didn't begrudge there exsistence either, so he let the large creature into the indoor gardens then continued on his task, he decided to see Maddie first, he felt oddly nervous for some reason and Maddie was calming to be around. So he folded his arms behind him and walked down the oppistite hall towards Maddie's room.

Birch tucked the book under his arm, heading back down the hallway. Walking into an open room, he found a piano sitting there. Large and expensive looking, he walked over tentatively, running his hands over the white keys. He tapped a few, making up his own soft melody until his nose picked up a familiar scent. Turning he stepped away from the piano. "Hey, Nighter," he greeted, motioning towards the piano. "I`m really sorry if I was bothering you. I just...couldn`t help myself. I`m kind of a music addict."

(Here`s a second character :)) A being hidden in the darkness, landed on the roof of the mansion. Large, black feathered wings fluttering a few times before resting contently on his back. There were so many powerful aura in this one spot, the fallen angel couldn`t help but come to inspect the place. Deciding to stay hidden as he observed until someone noticed, not sure if the supernaturals were forming an attack or living in peace.

Nighter smiled as she sat herself delicately on the egde of the piano, "Oh you're not bothering me, I love music, you can play something for me if you like", she offered sweetly then giggled, "Maybe you can play the music for the party I'm planning", she gave a wicked grin.

Halo had sensed the new presense and he smiled to himself as he made his way to roof quietly, as a reaper they had a sort of stealth so Halo was confident that he wasn't noticed by the being with black wings, he couldn't quite tell if this man was a threat or a friend.

"Hello, may I be so bold as to ask what you're doing on the roof of my house, the doors are always open to others", he said as he walked forward, his boots silent on the tile shingles, a pale hand ready to flip up the patch covering his right eye. "My name is Halo, may I be so bold to ask your name... sir?"

Halo laughed, "As i've said my name is Halo and this is Blood Haven, this manison is a place where creatures of every sort come to stay, its place were they can feel safe, to be with friends, for those who are pregnant and other wise alone and need help", Halo said this with passionate fevor.

"You watch us for any suspiuos activity, there is none to be found, and unless you and your flock are pregnant, wish to become so, or are looking to become so... then I suggest, that you do not cause any trouble what-so-ever", he hissed, his protective instinct over the manison and its occupants taking over all prioritys.


Nighter was happy to hear that birch was very willing to help her with her party, even it was just a prank of sorts against her fathers. she had sensed that they had a new guest and hoped off the piano, "want to come with and greet the new guest,?" she ask Birch, "He's a werewolf, if my senses are correct and werewolves tend to be such very intresting creatures, but then everyone in this house seems like such intresting creatures."

I am standing at the door of a huge mansion, looking at just how huge and elegant it looked. My huge belly growled as I patted its surface, inside of which the occupants moved around slightly. Carrying eight werewolf kids was tough for a man of my build, but it was worth it.

"A warning", Halo said as he flipped the patch that covered his other eye, it wasn't lavender, but an icy white around a small skull that was beginning to glow violently even as the symbols around it began to turn red. "Give me good reason that I should not prove you are not immortal to me and why I should not reap you this very moment", he growled through his lips. Wind had began to pick up and it blew through Halo's coat and whipped his long hair about his handsome features.



Nighter smiled at Birch, "I think that my father tends to lose himself in the affairs of others, he cares alot you know", she explained as they walked, "and as such no one can have any mischeifivous fun, so I thought that I'd find someone to keep him busy, maybe chase him around abit, that way I can plan an actual party", she squealed as she grabbed Birch's arm excitedly, "You just gotta help me... and oh we have to get Maddie, and Echo, and Ink, and Ben in on this, and the new werewolf if he's intrested", shlet go of Birch's arm and danced manically, "Maybe I'll finally get a little sister or brother".



(please excuse Nighter's insanity, but its just in her character, i hope its not to weird.)

My belly's occupants moved around slightly as I waited to be let in. "Man, what's taking these people so long?" I mused to myself as I scratched an itch on my massive tummy. The eight cubs inside my belly were getting restless, and I needed to sit down.

Nighter had heard the call and quickened her pace to the entrance, hopeing that Birch remembered the way there and didn't think her rude for leaving him behind.

She saw the other and his huge belly and gave a whistle, "Well, well, well, someone has been busy", she grinned as she skipped over and took his arm and led him to a large comfortable chair. "My name is Nighter, i'm the host's daughter, welcome to Blood Haven, whats your name", she fired off in a quick but friendly manner.

Halo stopped his struggles and lay back, stareing up at the figure, "If you aren't alive then what are you. Because as a reaper I must say, I've never come across something that I couldn't read, until you", he said sighing lightly.
"I don't see what intrest you have in keeping me pinned down however, lovely I may be", he grinned, hoping that the cokiness he was showing would annoy the other until he let go. "So unless you intend to prove that you are the dominate being, so to speak, than I bid you release me... so that I may return to the duties of attending my home and guest. I mean really I see no reason whatsoever for you to just stare at me", he went on his voice poinously sweet natured.


Nighter grabbed Birchs arm and smiled at Kevin, "Excuse us, but there is new arrivals to welcome", she squealed, "Blood Haven is quicley becoming what it used to be". With that she dragged the other to go welcome to the others.

Nighter had hugged Ben, to show that she wasn't annoyed, after all she did most of the annoying, but didn't really get annoyed herself. She also looked at Mikian, "don't you worry, we have everything you'll need here and if we ain't got it then daddy is more then willing to get it for you", she assured kindly.

On another note,my plan concerns my daddy and basicically it may annoy the hell out of him, but oh well", she grinned, "now I guess most of you like him and all, and don't get me wrong I love him bunches, he gave birth to me and all... but anyway he works because hes lonely and quiet frankly I think he needs someone", she put her hands on her hips. "the man is stubborn and thinks he needs noone but himself and since he refuses to have anything to do with my other father, then I think we need to put plan, Monter matchmaker into motion", she did an odd pose to add to the effect and giggled. "What do you all think?"

Halo however was still obilivous to his daughters scemes because he was still distracted by the being who had him pinned down.

"Do you have a wide variety of creatures residing here.?" Although a lone traveller, Mikian had not been around many species and was nervous. He had been brought up by his mother believing that he could only trust fellow angels, and that he did up until his recent escape. On his travels he had met were's, vampires and even sshapeshifter's. All of whom gave him no trouble. He was feeling confident until 20 hours ago when a couple of demons attacked him.

She seemed confident that it was a good thing for her daddy, so if she thought it was a good idea, then he would certainly help her out as best he could. Turning to the angel, Mikian, Birch nodded. "Yeah, there are a few different creatures here." Motioning towards Ben, Birch decided it'd probably be polite if he introduced himself to the new guest. "I'm a werewolf, like Ben. My name's Birch."

A tall young man walked queitly down the marble halls, he'd just woken up from a very deep sleep and was feeling particullary hungry. He stopped however when he heard soft sobs and he turned the corner til he stood in front of the open door.

He tilted his head, his amber eyes taking in the crying figure and he briefly wondered if he should ask if the other was okay, but then he was very shy and unsure. He sighed softly as he raked his fingers through his short hair, timidly.

Nighter had opened the gates that led to the mortal world, not noticeing anything on the roof, or ignoring it, she grabbed Birch's arm and dragged him through the portal, leaving it open for the others that followed.

Halo moaned against the creatures lips, his was surprised by the wings closing around him and he though he wanted to suck the others life force from Hunter, he found he couldn't and didn't want to, instead he found himself relaxing against the other and arching into the kiss.

Nighter had finally gotten back from the human world, time differed greatly in the two realms so it didn't seem as if they'd be gone that long. She smiled at Birch as she dropped a ton of bags on the floor, they were filled with various items. She saw and heard Ink,s concern. "uh oh, I guess we better go see whats wrong with the poor dear", she said and started for the kitchen.

Halo moaned low and shifted, his hand was once again free, but he decided against summoning the scythe, he hadn't felt this way in along time, if ever really. His union with Nighter's father had been a treaty of sorts between the reapers and spiderlings, and he'd left the spider realm after Nighter had been born, though both had had a hand in raising her, so showed her personality. He pushed his free hand against hunters chest and sank his fangs into the others lower lip. "I want you, creature... and call me old fashioned if you wish but I don't believe in one night stands", he whispered softly.

Nighter looked at Birch, "Echo's a vampire, hes very sweet, a good friend, and it seems he has a little problem", she said as they reached the kitchen. "Whats wrong Echo dear, looks like you're consuming alot of blood there", she frowned in concern. "Wheres daddy, he'd know what to do, in fact I don't think I;ve seen him for awhile", she thought aloud with a frown as she walked over to Echo and cautiously handed him another bottle of blood. Then she grinned, "cover your ears guys", she warned before cupping her hands around her mouth and yelling. "DADDY, Echo needs you in the kitchen, so get your undead reaping butt down here...please", she smirked, "He'll be here soon."

Halo was laping at the blood that gushed over his lips, it was sweet and tasted like nothing he'd ever tasted before. "What do you want from then", he ask Hunter with a breathy sigh as he broke from the kiss. It was as he was waiting for the answer that he heard Nighters yell and he cursed slightly and looked at the other. "My daughter calls, it seems one of the guest needs assitance, if you'll please let me up, I'll go see to them", he said before raising his head and kissing the other lightly. our 'discustion' however, is far from over."

Birch watched as the vampire drank, and drank, and drank. Not seeming to get any relief out of the blood he was drinking.

Hunter swore again, wings coming to rest against his back again, though the feathers were still ruffled from irritation and arousel that was not satisfied. Standing, he ran his tounge against the wound again, releasing the Reaper from beneath him. "I agree, we shall continue this later. I won`t let you go so easily," he told him, "When you`re ready, call for me." He told him, "Simply call my name." And with that he was gone in a blur of feathers.

Mikian found himself a room to rest in, pulling off his invisible hearing aid as he shut the door. Although happy, he could not withstand so much commotion and opted to only minute hearing ; shouts become mere whispers as he lay on his bed, tired.

Halo watched the other go, a smile on his lips, he would indeed call the other, but for now he hurried to the kitchen.
"Whats wrong", he ask as he approached Echo, he had lost his patch on the roof, so he let his hair fall over his eye and kepp it covered. "I know whats wrong with you, i'll only say if you really want to know", he told Echo as he grabbed another bottle of blood and mixed it with a black liquid. "drink this, it'll curve the cravings", he said kindly.

Nighter stared at her dad and grinned, "You smell... different", she grinned and Halo narrowed his visible eye at her, "Please Nighter, must you always torment me", he ask as he turned.


"I'll be in my room, I'm a bit tired, if Echo's thirst is not quenched then add more of the blackrose tea to the blood, I'll let him ponder the decision to know his condition, not that its life threatening or anything. Also Nighter, I'll advise you not too leave your shopping bags in the main room", he said tiredly as he walked out of the kitchen and to his room, trying to ignor the heat that was curled in his belly.

Brich smirked, understanding Halo`s meaning behind his words. He was happy for Echo, but understood that it was Echo`s decision to know of his decision. Instead he frowned when Halo mentioned the shopping bags, the pary`s surprise ruined. -- Returning to the woods, Hunter made himself comfortable in a tree top. Relaxing on a branch while wrapping his large wings around himself to make it look like he was nothing more than a black shadow in the trees.

Nighter giggled at Echo's question, "Echo you're so silly, do you really think daddy would give you something poison, hes to kind, even if he tries to act all brass or whatever", she said, then bumped Birch's shoulder, "I have a feeling that daddy has already found someone, perhaps our party will be all the more intresting", she louded out loud.

Halo had shut the door to his room and lit a candel before going intothe bathroom to get ready for bed, before he did however, he opened his window and placed a candle on the ledge, either hunter would see and get the meaning, or he wouldn't. Either way Halo had drew a bath and poured his favored scented oil into the bath, made from his own specially grown plants; before he slipped into the water.

"You got my invatation, wonderful now as I said before I don't believe in one night stands, but I honestly can't remember ever feeling disire for anyone as I fell for you, but I have to wonder, what are your intentions", he turned so that he could stare at Hunter over his shoulder, his eyes half mast in the candel light.

Halo bit his lip to keep from moaning, "You make that sound as if you've just turned eighteen, I may be twenty-four for eternity, but i've that way for over twelve hundred years", he said then sighed and pulled away, moving so that he was still submerged in water, but he was facing the other, "What about my scent drawls in so", he ask innocently curious. He reached a hand to touch Hunters hair, "I hope you are not a virgin and yet I hope you are not so exprienced, I've only ever been with Nighters father, that was six hundred years ago", he laughed as he rested his cheek on his arm. Halo frowned, "thats intresting, but if you have to have a mate, then that means that you want to procreate that particular race, but you do know that if you mate with me that the child would be half reaper."
He sighed, "I've yet to understand why you find me so intresting, what is there about me that would call one as a mate. Nighters father wanted me because of his lust for me.. the stupid pervert", he growled then smiled, "though the b*atard did give me my crazy, hyper, lovable daughter".
He leaned in closer to Hunter, "But what is it that draws you to me, is it simple lust, do you find me attractive, surely you can do better then I... being such an exoctic creature as you are", he gently touched a black wing with his fingers.

Mikian climbed off his bed and stretched his slender torso, making his wings visible as the also curled back;stretching theirselves. His wings were of a bright white with a few rows of cream - coloured feathers running through, each feather unique in its own way. Usually they looked flat and stream line but Mikian couldn't help notice they looked rather fluffy today. He quickly decided it was down to his random bouts of broody -ness he got every week. His body created a scent to everyone around him, became more feminine, pointed features, high cheek bones and a sing song voice, and lets not forget his slight golden glow.

It was every week for two days this would happen, starting from when he turned 18, five years ago, when he should have been mated with someone. Something that would've happened if his mother hadn't died.

Hearing aid forgotten, he left his room and took a wonder around blood haven.

Echo woke the3 next evening and stretched. The blood craving returned. He walked down to the kitchen and got blood from the fridge. He sighed as he drank it wondering what could be causing the need to increase his blood intake.

Fae kept nudging his stomach with her head and he kept pushing her away. The cat ran out his a hissy fit. She meowed angrily as she walked. She Went to Halo's room and pawed at the door.

Ink woke and walked to the kitchen. He made food for himself and ate it as he rubbed his belly gently. He started making food for the other guests. Once done he went to get a book to read waiting for orders on what to do next.

Fae meowed again wanting to help her owner. Echo never learned the Fae is actually his familiar. Echo rubbed his face in wonder. "Am I finally dying?" he put his head on the table and cried thinking his time has finally come to die. He never left a legacy. He is the only member of his family left. The Roberts line will end with him. He was devastated but had to admit he lived a good life. He looked around the room and was kinda happy he would die in Blood Haven and not on the side of some street.

Ink sat reading a what to expect when expecting kits book. He was absentmindedly rubbing hsi still flat stomach.

Nighter pulled Birch to a table and piled breakfast on two plates, "Lets dig in,"she said as she stared at the food.

Halo bit his lip at Hunters comment, "I can see that that would be very unfortunate, but I would never leave someone I love and as for dying, I'm immortal to sickness and age, but I can die, be killed", he stroked Faes soft fur. "I seem to remember reading in the journals of the reaper elders about your kind, and well you could very easily kill me if you chose to, as proved when we first met I can not do harm to you, nor any of your kind. So I bid you think on your discision of who you wish to mate with, I'm clearly a unworthy chocie", he said as he turned the door knob. "You may call for once you decide, for now I can feel the burden of ditress heavy in this manor", he stepped out the door and sighed, he felt things for Hunter, but surely he was unworthy of a race that had once been the enemy of reapers everywhere.
He wondered if Hunter actually knew just why there weren't as many fallen angels as they had once been. With a soft shake of his head, he headed for Echo's room.

Mikian walked through the house silently and towards the door of which he headed through into the outside. He spotted a tree and made his way over, takinng a seat underneath it, his fluffy wings facing the sun. He stared at blood haven wondering if he would ever become a father like some of the residents he had seen, and also if his scent trail would have a positive affect.

Hunter just frowned watching the Reaper leave, rather confused. As far as he cold tell, it seemed Halo didn`t want him, though at times he spoke differently. He`d already made up his mind, no matter what Halo told him, he had chosen the Reaper. Deciding to wait for his return, he sat on the floor, wings curling around him to keep in his abnormally high body temperature as he waited.

Nighter grinned, "Aw you're so sweet Birch, you're a joy to be around and you put up with my odd antics", she said tugged gently at Birch's hair. "I'm so glad you can here", she sighed contentedly as she finished her breakfast. "Lets try to find out who's trailing my dad when were done".

Halo walked into Echo's room and gently places Fae on the bed. "Echo, I will tell you whats wrong with you, if you are sure it is me you want to hear it from", he said then smiled gently, "I can assure you that you are in no way dying, I would know if you were", he said offering the vampire a smile, even as his thoughts drifted to Hunter and he wondered if the fallen would still be in his room, and if he were serious, then would he stake his claim, much like the fallen angels had in the old journals.

Nighter frowned, as they closed in one Halo's room, "funny enough, I can;t but whoever it is strong", she pushed the door open gently, saw the winged figure and opened her mouth to scream.

Halo shook his head, "I can't tell this early, and yes you may crave normal food, but for now I suggest you rest you look tired. If you'll excuse me I have something to atend to", he bowed to Echo then turned and strolled out the door.

Birch had a strong urge to turn around and just walk away. From what he could tell, he`d never seen a creature like that before, and his was a hell of a lot more powerful then himself.

Hunter just frowned at the intruders, but didn`t make an attack. The girl smelled similar to his chosen mate, so he had an idea that this was his daughter. Chosing not to harm her and have Halo hate him, he just stood there, wings twitching in case he need to escape.

Nighter jumped in surprise, "Huh, oh yes I'm Halo's daughter, and your the guy who left his scent all over my dad, whats your name", she ask. Then decided to answer Birch's question. "Well I was told along time agao by my tutors, that the Fallen were once angels, they fell of course, but anyway Reapers saw them as a threat and had to 'elimiante' them for lack of better word, and well they're strong, so strong that some were unable to be reaped by a reapers scythe", she looked at the creature rather nervously. "Anyway the elders wanted to make a treaty between the reapers and the Fallen, almost the same as they did with the Spiderlings, but the Fallen, or what was left of them fled." she explained, "at least that how I heard it, anyway daddy's was named Halo on his two hundreth birthday, hes was suppose to mate with a Fallen called Javilen, but he fled", she shook her head. "I shouldn;t say anything more, i'm not sure whats true and whats not, thats just what I was told."

Nighter had ran out at Halo's scream her heart thudding in her chest as she saw that his lavender eye had turned white, as well as the other changes, she quickley grabbed Birchs and Echo's wrist. "Back away hurry, hesgoing full mose reaper and he'll feed off your life force without even realizing it", she said pullingthem away.

Halo shuddered against Hunters embrace, his scythe had been summoned, its long black chain wrapping around both him and Hunter. "I won't do it", he yelled towards an unseen foe, "Don;t ask it of me, don;t give me that power, I refuse", he arched in pain and tried to banish the chain that was tightening around them. he turned his eyes to Hunter, "You have to stop this, mate me, kill me if you rather, but do something before I reap this entire place against my will", he yelled pleadingly.
He broke into painfilled sobs, "I want to give life not have to take it".

Nighter laughed lightly s she grabbed Echo's wrist gently, "Not yet", then she sighed, "But seriously, if we don;t go and that guy can't do something then we'll be literally turned to dust and we don;t want tht", she said and she pulled them further down the hall, before yelling over her shoulder at Hunter.
"Get him to his room, lock and seal the door with your blood, until he's himself again everyones life is in your hands, me and these two are going to get everyone to the ballroom and seal it".

Halo maoned into the kiss, he heard Nighters words, and nodded, 'smart girl' he thought with pride, she'd get everyone to safety, but he wasn't sealed into his room and mated then he'd loose himself to his true nature, and that wasn;t truely who he was, he feared it so badly. He groaned in pain and clutched at hunters wings, "Please, do as shes told you, please, but you must mix our blood and seal all the doors and windows with it".He arched and screamed once again.

Halo had stopped his screaming, but he was panting as he watched the Fallen, "what a wonderful trick, but it won't hold me for long", he said poisonously sweet. His voice was heavy with lust, "This really only happened once before, I didn't like it then and I don't like it now. That fool Javilen didn't leave, he tried to mate me but wasn't able to hold me, I sucked the life out him as soon as his flithy hands touched me", he laughed. "That man was extremely arogant and he forgot the most important rule... never cut your puppets strings.", he laughed insanely as he kissed the tips of his fingers then blew on them. A black and grey mist materilized and floated to the ceiling and towards the crack under the door and windows.

Hunter growled, hurrying to finish the job of making the Reaper his. There was never a question of whether to actually claim the Reaper or not, this was only making the process faster. Removing the Reaper and his own clothes, he bent down, sinking his fangs into the Reaper's skin while he took him, marking him as his and binding them together for life.

Nighter shuddered, "Its a death mist, basically Halo's Kiss of Death because it can spread quickley and effectively unless he stops it.

Halo had arched into the bite and he fell back after the Fallen took him, he looked at Hunter with clear exhausted eyes, "thank you, my mate", he whispered and pushed himself forward so that he could kiss Hunter. He sighed and willed the banishment of the mist and then he satarted to sob in shame of his actions, taking comfort in Hunters embrace as the sweet blackness of unconsiousness took over.

Nigter watched as the mist disolved and she nearly fainted in relief, before blushing furiously and throwing herself intoBirchs arm. "I think i'm techinally related to that Fallen now", she muttered then slumped towards the floor.

Nighter happily opened a veil to the Spider Lands then linked arms with both Birch and Echo and walked through. She hoped they liked the lands, even though they were dark, and misty, and covered in large sparkling dew dropped weds.

Nighter could tell that Birch was enjoying himself, but Echo was a little harder to read, she certinaly hoped he liked it. She stopped when they came upon the caves, "This is my fathers house, don;t worry cause despite being under rocks, its totally awsome".

Halo turned his eye, to Hunter, "Well I was suppose to mate with him, I was very young then and rather like Nighter in my nature. I came upon Javilen and his group, he saw the crest I wore about my neck and then went to the elders and made a deal with them. They allow him to make me his mate and he would call off the Fallen, he was the leader of many. Anyway I refused, and like a coward I ran", he lowered his head, "That man, his eyes... cruelity, lust, hate, revenge, noone could see what I saw, that he was pure evil and he knew that our child would be near unstoppable and thats what he wanted most", he stopped and turned stareing into Hunters eyes. "I would not have my child used as a pawn, and if that make me a coward so be it", he grinned. Deep inside the cave it looked like a large room, very much close to the same as the Manison, indise sitting in a hand crafted chair was a large man with shirt green hair, and green wed like patterns over his pale skin, his eyes were black and zeroed in on Nighter and her companions with a bright smile as he stood. "Well now, here is someone I've not seen in close to a hundred years, and you've brougt company", he opened his mouth and showed two large fangs gleaming with venom.

Halo nodded, "Yes I suspected as much from him, he was quite volitile, but you are different I can tell thatyou are a kind and good man", he smiled at Hunter lovingly. "Now for my next question, which of us do you want to carry our child, that is if I am not already with child"?

The grin slipped off Davin's face, in its place a look of shock, "He did what now", he shis face turned red and his eyes narrowed, "Who the hell had the nerve to move in on my reaper", he yelled. Nighter blinked, "Just some super good looking Fallen". Davin took a breath and the yelled, "ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, now way, now way, no way, Halo is my reaper, mine".

"Stay calm please Echo, you're baby is fine", he assured and gently pushed some hair from the vampires face in hopes of comforting him, "I'm going to make you the antidote for that poison, it may sting for a while, and I have to gather the ingrediates, i'm going to have Davin carry you to my room okay", he explained gently.

Davin you caused this with your petty jealousy, now be very gentle and take him to my room, then draw a bath and pour in the oils from the green and brown bottles, set him inside and wait for me". He turned his attention back to Echo, "everything will be just fine, I promise". He turned and hurried to gather the things he needed.

Davin nodded at Echo's question as he went in the direction of where Halo's scent was strongest. "Yeah your baby will be just fine, I mean Halo knows whats he's doing and talking about, he delivered babies for others before and he practaclly delivered Nighter hisself as well", he assured and pushed open the the big doors to Halo's room and carried the vampire into the adjoining bathroom.

Gently he sat Echo on a cahir that was in there and turned on the water in the giant tub and gathered two bottles that were green and brown. "I uh don;t know whether you want to get your clothing wet or whatever, I mean I don;t think you can get out them yourself and...." Davin trailed off blushing furiously. "would you like to be left in your clothing instead?" he ask unsure. The scents of herbs and cinnomen was drifting from the filling tub and the scent was soothing but the Spider King was still unsre and nervous...he had really made a mess of things.

I can however dress your wound for you if youd prefer and then search for him, but Davin is capable as well, even though he acts utterly foolish at times", Davin made a disagreeing sound and Halo gave a soft fond smile as he shook his head and waited for the answer.

Davin looked thoughtful, "well to be truthful I loved Halo from the moment I saw him, or at least I thougt I did, he always told me it was just lust on my part and duty on his, we had Nighter and she's was the reason we stayed together, but once she reached maturity, Halo left. "We broke up a while back. I wanted babies and he didn't. I mean originally we were trying for a baby. But 3 years went by and no baby. So... he up and left. One evening I woke to find his things gone and a note. He didn't say goodbye, he just ran off. His Wedding ring sat on the kitchen table on the note. I came here for a last hurrah, i was gonna go meet the sun next month. But now that I am pregnant... I have new reason to continue." He sighed looking at his belly. "Now... Davin pushed the hair from the vampires eyes with a gentle hand then lifted his chin, "Who wouldn;t love you, I mean I don;t actually know you well but I can tell that you're a catch", he grinned. "Now me obvisiously I'm a hard one to love", he sighed, "King of the Spider Realms and I couldn't even keep my consort, and I was so convinced that Halo loved me, or would return. I mean to me Halo is sexy as all get out, and hes strong and more powerful then either of us could ever hope to be, but hes also kind and cares for everyone else, but he doesn't love me and I have to except that", he shook his head and laughed, "Listen to me, I really sound like someone who's decided to let their ex go huh." He helped the vampire out of the tub and dryed him off, "This shirt is Halo's its soft, I'll help you put it on then help you to the bed and bandage your leg okay". He bit his smiled and looked the vampire over, the man was truely attractive, he wondered how the mans spouse had left him if had claimed to love him, Halo at least had never claimed or even pretended to love him, so it wasn;t that big of a shock when he had left,nor were eigther of them left pregnant.

Davin grinned at the statment then frowned nervously as he stood, "I hope you find my true form pleasing", he pulled off the braclet and braced himself. His finger nails etended to razor sharp points turing white as they did so, two curved fangs took shap dripping venom over hs lips. His pale skin was covered in intrcate black and green tatoos, as his body seemed to grow a few inches taller and his muscles became more defined. His hair had grown long and wild, black with bright green running through it, his eyes still green, but a black wed had taken shape in the irises. One arm took on the final markings of the spider king, his name written in the old spriderling language.
He looked at Echo and smiled shyly, "I look completely weird I know, but this is the true me, oddly enough it turned Halo on at one time", he decided that was the worng thing to say, "Sorry, I mean I can change back if you like, all you have to do is say so, I like honesty even when it hurts or whatever", he grinned.

"Okay, okay, to answer your questions. His name Lanely, hes twenty-four and completely goregous. I've been seeing him off and on for a year, and yes he knows that I am not human, he does paranormal research so hes aware of supernatural beings. He travels with his work, so he basically lives in an RV. And yes we've had relatons, I mean I'm a grown woman and I have needs that Lanely is more then happy to see too", she said dreamily.

Davin's eyes twitched, but he said nothing because he was rather shocked. Nighter was a princess in terms, even if she wasn't heir to the throne and didn't flaunt her nobility, still if she got herself or her beau pregnant, well the Spiderling elders would have a fit.

Davin looked at his love and his daughter, having come out of his shock, "What can I say, I mean she's twenty-two in human years and has been that way for a long time, so she's grown. She's also smart and I trust her judgement with people. So, as long as she's careful not to get pregnant, or get this guy pregnent then I really can't do anything", he said calmly though he looked a bit disappointed and miffed.
"But know this Nighter, if anything like that happens, then you two will be bonded". Nighter shrugged, "Okay Dad, whatever you say", she smiled. "You'll both like him, I'm sure of it, I mean he's a real sweetheart", she assured, though inside she was hoping that she was right. He had shaggy blond hair, a dusting of stubble across a youthfully handsome face, and his green eyes were covered by dark lensed glasses. He was wearing a pair of dark jeans, a black vest over a white button down.
"LANELY", Nighter screeched excitedly running towards him. Lanely turned his head and grinned, catching the young woman as she jumped into his arms. "To what do I owe the pleasure of this surprise, Sugar", he ask in a honey coated southern drawl, as he hugged Nighters slender body close and covered her mouth with his own.

Davin felt a slight pang of jealousy over Echo's comment on Lanely's appearence, but he trusted his mate, and even he had to admit, that the human was attractive, then again he hadn't exspected anything less. "Answer my husbands questions please", he told then blonde who pulled away from his and Nighters kiss.

Lanely looked over at the two older males, and he gazed at the vampire warily even as he answered. "I'm not conceited or anything, but I happen to think that i'm very friendly and nice. I wouldn't treat a woman as beautiful and unquie as Nighter, other then anything like the lady she is. And I'll always protect her to the best of my ability, and I wouldn't dare hurt her in anyway what-so-ever", he said cofindently and respectfully. "Gentlemen you have my word", he promised as he tightened his hold on nighter waist, hoping that he didn't look as intimdated as he felt. "Plus, sirs, I do know that you all, Nighter included are stronger then I am and could very well end me".
Nighter giggled, "Don't worry sweetie, they like you". She looked at her 'parents', "Isn't that right you two?"

Nighter is still to schocked to say anything and Davin is seething.
Lanely's graoned as he was pushed agaisnt his car. "This wasn;t exactly how I intended to tell Nighter", he admitted, "But I just found out myself a couple days ago, I'm eightt weeks along, and I swear that the first smoke I've had, I got nervous and bought them just before you all showed", he swallowed because he was even more nervous now.

Nighter stepped forward and placed a hand on Echo's shoulder, she felt oddly giddy, "When were you gonna tell me, Lane?" Lanely looked at her, "On our annivarsy Saturday, I was..." he looked at Davin and Echo, then back to Nighter. "I was going to ask you to marry me, then tell you afterward", he admitted. Nighter blinked, "Oh wow, this is, this so much to take in... please escuse me while I go do some self-thinking", she mumbled then disappeared, leaving the blonde with the vampire and spider king. ""We used protection everytime, I swear", he said after a moment of awkward silence.
Davin fisted a hand in his shirt, "Then how'd you get pregnant", he demanded, but angery and concerned... mostly for his daughter, and unborn grandchild.

Besides you seem strong, I'm sure you'll be fine", Lanely said feeling as if he should comfort the vampire. He pulled a box from his pocket and opened it, showing the ring inside to Echo. It was a thin band of intertwined white gold, a bright red blood diamond was nestled in the middle of small black onyx gems. In the center of the band was an engraving in tiny cuvered writing-'Together Forever, May Our Fates Be Intertwined'- "Think she'll say yes to my question of marriage, and do you think she'll like this ring", he ask Echo softly.

"Well some vampires choose to feed weekly, so your feeding daily isn;t a surprise, your eating only one every month or so before hand, hwowever, thats not conclusive to my data, so you must have been very restrained", he was impressed. "And I've nearly been vampire food a few dozen times", he rolled up a sleeves, showing scars on his wrist from being bitten, then showed the one between his throat and shoulder. "Nighter actually saved me from an attack, thats how we met", he smiled at the memory. "I was sure I was goner at the time, then I hear this little bell like laugh and the vamp was gone. Then the sweetest voice telling me everything was going to be okay... I passed out and it was later that I woke up and saw this black haired beauty looking down at me smiling and you know what I noticed then... she had fangs. So, I passed out again", he laughed fondly at the thought. "I've been in love ever since".

Echo nodded. "I met Davin a while ago, nighter took me and one other guy named ben, hes a werewolf, anyway we were going to invite davin to blood haven for a party. but then nighter told him that her mom halo had a new mate. davin got furious. so once we got back home i rushed and warned halo.

Davin literally showed a few minutes later. he stepped forward and in fear of him i tripped over this poisonous vine that halo grows. it usually protects him. but since i was in its way it got my leg. halo got it to let go but only after it stabbed me and injected it's venom. he made davin care for me til i was better. in that period of 3 days we fell in love and bonded" he showed his wrist that had davin's mark. "He even accepted my baby as his own"

Lanely grinned, "Nighter said he's very accepting... well once he's not in denile. He seems okay, but I kinda feel abit intimdated, but Nighter tells me thats where she gets her goofiness", he smiled, "She doesn't look much like Davin though, I guess she gets that from her mother... Halo right. So, whats Halo like, is he like Davin, I mean I know hes a reaper, but other then that should I be worried, and please be truthful, I can handle it with the sugar coating", he grinned.

Halo who had decided that he would find his mate once he returned, had been attending his garden. He heard Echo's voice and made his way to the vampire.
"Hello Echo", he bowed in gretting, "Why is there a human in my garden?", he looked over the human with his visible eye.

Lanely had shook his head at the trip, Nighter had never brought him to her world, let alone this large mansion and gothic style garden. The reaper that appeared in front of him and Echo was a shock, he was itimdatingly attractive, but it was a beauty that Lanely knew his beloved had inherited. "You're Halo, uh hi I'm Lanely your daughters, uhhh.....", he trailed off at a lose for what he could describe himself as and he looked at the vampire for some help.
