Halo gave a half smile, "I'm not angry, not at all", he assured as he sat on the top a large marble stone. "You love my daughter, well I knew she was seeing someone but I didn't know it was a human", he looked Lanely over.

Lanely blinked, "Its nice to meet you... I think, I mean I hadn't exactly thought it would be this way though", he noticed that a vine was creeping towards him and his breath caught as Halo place an arm near the ground and let the vine climb around the limb.

"I'm glad you came, I can sense that you love my daughter and I know all about your research into the supernatural, its quite impressive", Halo said, he smiled at Echo, "My daughter surprises me so much, I never thought I'd actually approve of anyone she fell in love with", he turned his icy eye back to KLanely and flipped the patch from the other. "I see that a congradulations are in order, to both you and my daughter, I look forward to holding my twin grandchildren in my arms upon their birth".

Lanely gasp in surprise, "I did you know, I've just only found out myself?"
He looked from the grinning reaper to the vampire, his handsome face pale.

Gender: male

Monster: ice demon

Position in House: Guest at the moment for he is due any day now. He will most likely take up a position once his children are born.

Pregnant: He is carrying twins. He is nine months along and is due any moment.

Personality: Curious, adventurous, warm, friendly and enjoys having fun.

Appearance: Ezra is around 5'9 and currently weighs 210lbs. His hair is straight, white and is around ear length. He has icy blue eyes with a thin, black ring around each iris. A fleur du lis is branded on the inside of his left wrist; it is a mark of possession from his now dead lover. He will wear just about anything as long as it is not girly and prefers to walk about barefoot.

Abilities: Being an ice demon, Ezra has control over ice and some control over water. He enjoys using this ability to form various ice sculptures. His body temperature is also lower then most and he can withstand colder temperatures.

(I hope it is alright to join this late. I just joined this site today and read through each page. It looks good so far and the story looks like it will turn out quite interesting as time goes on)

A soft sigh escaped Ezra's lips as he finally made it through the forest and spotted the house he has heard about from several sources. It sounded like a nice haven and he decided to check it out. He only hoped that he would be welcomed and would be able to room there for he was due any moment. Giving birth to twins alone in the woods did not sound appealing to him.

Panting lightly he waddled up to the front door. One hand supported his aching back while the other resting on his large stomach. He looked like he was about to pop and his stomach appeared to be somewhat oblong and not as round. When he woke up that morning he discovered that the babies had apparently dropped, which only increased his worries of delivering in an unfit environment. With a bit of effort he made it up the steps and to the front door. He took a moment to catch his breath before knocking on the door, his free hand rubbing light circles on his stomach. "Hang in there little ones, please wait for me to find a new home or at least some decent shelter." He whispered lightly to himself as he waited for any response from the large house.

Ezra smiled at Ink and waddled on inside. "Hello and thank you, a seat would be nice. I have been traveling for a week now attempting to find this place." He said as he lowered himself into a nearby chair. "I'm Ezra and yes, it is quite torturous. My back's been killing me for a couple days now." He said as he rubbed his stomach a bit. Soon a light growl sounded, reminding him that he has not yet eaten today. "Would I be able to have a bite to eat? The forest was not very giving with food today. How far along are you may I ask?" He inquired curiously as he got comfortable.

"Okay. Hmm, a peanut butter sandwich and a glass of water would be nice." Ezra said after a moment of though. "I see. Thankfully I don't have that many little ones inside me, I don't think I'd be able to handle it." He chuckled lightly. "You must be a shapeshifter of sorts then." He deducted from what he called the creatures he was carrying. "I'm carrying two myself and managed to make it to nine months. I have a feeling it won't be much longer before they arrive. I'm just glad I made it here before they did. I don't know what I'd do if I were out there in labour by myself."

He said with a grateful smile before drinking some of the water. He then picked up his sandwich and began nibbling on it. The twins shifted around a bit and gave him a few kicks. He smiled and rubbed his stomach gently where their limbs had prodded at him. "Settle down little ones." He said after swallowing what was in his mouth. "Do you know if I will be able to stay here?" He asked after a moment.

And once Nighter returnes, I will speak to you both, as for now I think you should rest", he smiled a gently and sincerly at Lanely who suddenly didn't feel at odds but at home. "And to answer your question before it is yet to be ask, I do of course look forword to you bonding with my daughter, I've always wanted the best for her and I can see that you are good and kind and very intuned to our kinds. Now Echo would it be to much of me to ask that you show my soon to be son-in-law to his and Nighters quarters, I have a new guest to great", he said and turned for the door, he stopped as he opened it, turning around. "Also Echo, I'd like to expression my congradulations to you and Davin as well... on your bonding. May I say that I wish you the fondest eternity to you both and your children, I'm very happy for you both", with that he turned and strode out the doors.

He said rubbing his stomach contently. His hand stopped for a moment when he felt a light pain in his stomach as it seemed to cramp a bit. He ignored it for it only lasted a few seconds and went away.

Ezra looked up when the man walked into the room and greeted them. "Hello Halo. It is nice to meet you." He smiled lightly before finishing his water. "I am so glad I heard about this place and was able to find it. You see, my spouse passed away a month ago and I was in no position to keep working. Eventually I could not afford our house so I set out to find somewhere to call home. Thankfully I found the house before the little ones decided to make their appearance." He said as he set the tray off to the side for now. "Yeah, Ink greeted me at the door and let me inside. He was even kind enough to fetch me a bit of food." He nodded with another smile.

Lanely followed Echo to a big room, he saw some of the guest eyeing him hungrily. "I suddenly feel like a main dinner course", he said with a unsure smile.

Ezra thanked Halo once more before walking into the bathroom. He sighed in relief when he released the pressure from his bladder. Once he was done he washed his hands before leaving to find his room. "Ah, it's been a while since I've had an actual bed to sleep in." He said when he walked into his new bedroom. With a smile he waddled over to the bed and gently lowered himself onto the mattress. He then laid back and turned onto his side. It took a good five minutes to get comfortable and he soon started to drift off.

Davin had found Nighter and they both headed for Blood Haven once they sensed thats where Echo had gone.

"I don't wanna be rude or anthing, but I'm gonna bond with my mate and I don't want any destractions or eavesdroppers", she winked at Echo and laughed as she went into the room and sealed the doors.

Davin hugged Echo close, "What made ya think to bring blondie to Blood Haven and how did you keep him from getting eaten?", he ask amused.

Ezra sighed as his eyes fluttered open. He could not stay asleep. Gently rubbing his eyes he sat up in bed before fixing his pillows behind him. "I know you gals must be anxious to meet me, but it would be nice to get some rest before you two arrive." He said softly as he shifted himself into a more comfortable position. Another pain arose in his stomach, lasting for a short time before disappearing. He sighed once more, rubbing his stomach as he shifted a bit more. "You two aren't going to let me rest peacefully until you come." Not able to get back to sleep, he stayed up gently rubbing his stomach and talking lightly to his children.

Pregnant: He is 4 months with the child of his last master and just starting to show.

Personality: People pleaser, protective of his lamp, stubborn, and a tad jumpy. When under a master, he obeys completely unless it involves taking life.

Appearance: Illiar looks like a typical Genie in human form. He has watered-down ebony shoulder length hair and stands at 5’9”. He has pale mocha olive skin tone with a dark burgundy vest and matching pants. He prefers slippers or going bare foot to shoes or boots. He rarely wears a shirt if he can avoid it but will put one on if asked. His lamp is usually on his hip, wrapped in a cloth to keep it from burning him. He wears an illusion to hide the scars from past masters. Without the illusion, the scars litter his body to the point there isn’t any untouched skin. In true form he is a burgundy beast able to manipulate his height. He has manacle markings on his skin and, in true form, metal bands with a chain that snakes back into the lamp.

Abilities: He can perform small bits of magic without it taxing him while master-less (rearrange furniture, dust, clean etc). The bigger stuff can take a lot out of him if he isn’t careful (rearranging a whole room, protective barriers, creating weather, creating anything out of thin air, dulling pain etc). He can maintain his powers but if in fear for his life or angry, he may slip and try to scare the threat away…or destroy it completely. He needs another in control of his lamp to unlock his true potential but he refuses a master. Standard genie rules of three wishes apply for those fortunate enough to take possession of the lamp.

Illiar looked up at the mansion as he appeard on the front path. He stood trying to regain his breath, his hand going to the cloth at his hip. He had just managed to escape his latest master, a cruel man in the human world intent on harming the new life within him. He put a hand over his stomach as if to make sure he didn't fail it like he had others. 'That was too close,' he thought shaking the image of the gun barrel from his mind. Once his breath was regained he approached the front steps slowly. He raised his hand and knocked on the door.

Illiar jumped and shrank towards the door at the reaper's sudden appearence. "Th-thank you but I...I don't need a room. A shelf is all I need," he said. He studied Halo a moment then looked toward the shifter. He looked back at Halo. "Is there anything I can do to pay for the space? I can work hard. I may not look like much but I can do anything you need me to do."

Halo chuckled, "There is no need for payment, I assure you this is a safe haven for all those who need a place to stay, be it temporary or longer. My name is Halo and if you would like a job then there are positions avaliable, I however want the comfort of my guest and empolyees above all else, so if you get tired or ill then please do rest." He looked at the genies belly, "I ask all to follow that rule because of the safety to their little ones. Also there is a human present here, he is kind and my daughters bonded, he'll not harm you so have no fear of him. Now if there is anything I can do for you all you need do is ask, and as for the shelf, I really insit that you take a room, you may choose which you take, and I'm sure that there is shelfs abvaible for your lamp in said room".

Halo smiled at the panther, "I'm sure you will find your bondmate very soon". He looked back to the genie, "There is a bit of everything that needs done around here, cooking, cleaning, gardening, ect... oh but do please be careful of the inddor gardens, I have a very nasty little vine in there", he warned kindly. "And thank you for your congradulations".

Nighter had finished the bonding process and she grinned at her sleeping husband, he'd be asleep for a while considering that he was human and bonding was different for them. She crept out of the room sliently and locked the door behind her. She whislted as she made her way to the kitchen. There she saw her daddy, Ink, and a new guest. She shrieked and pounched on the panther, "Hiya kitty, did ya hear the good news, I'm bonded".

Davin pulled Echo into his own arms and kissed him.

Illiar watched the young woman pounce the shifter. He just looked a question to Halo and assumed it was all right. He bowed to them. "I'll just go find a room then. I'll be sure to get started on the cleaning after I find one." He left them be to go explore and find a room.

Nighter nodded enthuastically, "His name is Lanely and he is, to put it simply, smokin'. You can meet him once he wakes up. And you're right i'm gonna be a mom, or a dad I'm not sure which term is correct for me", she giggled. And you know I'm gonna hold you to that baby shower promise, oh I think we should do one for Echo as well, and you, hehehe", she giggled madly.

Davin nuzzeled Echo's throat, "I'm glad you think so, and I promise I'll be the best I can be", he kissed the vampires forehead. "Can you beleive that I'll be a grandparent, and at my age, i'm soooo young", he whinned playfully.

Halo nodded at the genie and went on his own way to get some things done.

Lanely had woken up earlier then Nighter had predicted and he frowned when he found his wife missing. "Hmm that little imp, oh well I guess I'll explore this place a bit, maybe met some of the residents and what not", he threw on a pair of black jeans and black button down, leaving it open since he still had his flat and toned belly, though he figured that wouldn;t be for much longer. He ran his hands threw his hair to put it in some sort of order and unlocked the door and walked out humming as he strolled down the long hall.

Ezra couldn't stay comfortable in the bed and grew a bit restless. Sighing lightly he got out of bed and decided to walk around the house a bit. "I'm not going to get decent sleep anytime soon, so why not." He mumbled lightly to himself as he rubbed his sore back. When he reached his door another pain hit his stomach. It was a bit stronger than the light cramping he had been having that day, but it was still bearable and did not last long. Once it had passed he opened his door and stepped out into the hall. With a hand supporting his back he started to explore a bit.

Lanely smiled at the panther, "Well I'd like to ask you about your kind sometime if you wouldn't mind. You see I research creatures, just like yourself, and I love learning anything I can". He saw his wife coming down the hall and grinned.
"Hey beautiful you gonna give me your number or what?", he called.

Nighter giggled and rolled her eyes as at her husbands words then decided to play along, "Hmmm, well I don't know, I mean you are sexy but maybe I already got a husband". Lane grinned, "Yeah, but I bet he can't do the things I can, I bet he even half as goodlooking as me", he boasted playfully. Nighter grinned showing her fangs, "Well I don't know, I think you look pretty similar and theres also the little fact that he's carrying my babies and that's pretty dammed special". Lanely wrapped his arms around her slender waist and kissed her, "I wouldn't do it for anyone else", he kissed her deeply and Nighter moaned.

Davin had decided to go to the kitchens and he had his arm around Echo's shoulder, he saw his daughter and son-in-law, or human-in-law as he thought of Lanely and graoned. "Lets not go this way", he said.

Davin snickered at the newspaper joke and didn't realize that Echo had pulled him down the hall. He kept his mouth shut though and congradulated them on their bonding.

"Thank you, and I feel oaky, I got everyone being really protective of me though, but its okay. Anyway I've met alot of nice people here so far, saw some that didn't look to keen on my being here, but seriously I'm not worried", he tightened his hold on Nighters waist. "'Sides I got my beautiful wife here to protect me", he winked and Nighter giggled. "Yeah, as the 'dad I gotta protect the 'mother' of my children", she teased and Lanely pinched her rear and she giggled.

Davin wrinkled his nose, "Could you two not flirt in front of me, I get that your bonded, married, whatever you want to call it and all, but Nighter is still my little girl and you're both still practically babies, and yet nw you're having two of your own already", he said firmly.

Nighter sighed, "I'm the equivenlet of a twenty-three year old human, and Lanely is twenty-three and I for one think its a good age to start a family, sides, when daddy got pregnant with me, you both were barely even legal in terms of your species", she argued back. "
Things were different then and we were still old enough and we had been bonded a year before youw were conceived. You've only know this kid for a year, what could yo two possibly know about each other?" "Why are you acting like this, its so unlike you", Nighter frowned.
Lanely frowned as well and sent a questiong look in Echo's direction.
"Think about this Nighter, you could be band from the spiderlands for bonding and procreating with a human", Davin nearly growled. Nighter snorted angerily, "I don't care, let them through me out, I'll say good ridence. Besides, who's King there, you or those old farts that think they know everything because they have most dust then a book", she grabbed Lanely's wrist gently but firm and pulled him down the hall. Davin watched them and sighed as he slumped against the wall.

Ezra sat there petting the cat for a while. He grew bored and his stomach growled again. "Man, I'm always hungry nowadays." He sighed as he gently placed the cat onto the floor. "Goodbye for now little kitty." He smiled down at Fae as he struggled out of the chair. "Oh, unless you want to see a neat trick. I just need a bit of water from the kitchen." He mused as he headed towards the kitchen to grab some more food and a small bowl of water.

Echo looked at the direction that nighter and lanely went. He then looked at davin. "you just fucked up pretty bad my love. She should be your main concern. She is your daughter. The fact that she is your daughter should trump anything else.

As Nighter said, you're king. Change the rule, you see how she loved him and how he loves her. That should be all that matters to you Davin." He glared at him. "Go fix what you have done. Make things right."



Ink followed Ekra Happily. Even though he usually hung out around Echo he felt that the male in front of him needed help. He purred trailing the male.

Davin stared at Echo and sighed, "Sweetheart my daughter means the world to me and its because she does that I'm acting the way I am. I like Lanely, he's a sweet kid, he obviously loves my daughter and that makes me happy, but I wasn't kidding about what I said. And your both right I am king, but I have to follow the spider land laws, they're older then me and have been been around for a few thoushand years", he shook his head, "Its hard to explain, but banshiment is the best outcome, especially because Lanely knows so much about all of us creatures, but like I said it hard to explain and would probably take awhile", he growled. "Hell I should probably explain it to her eigther way, cause if her happiness means never seeing her then I'll make the sacrafic, I don;t want to, but if I have to then I will".

Nighter pulled Lanely into Halo's office and sat down on the leather couch and cryed. "Oh Lanely, how did everything go so wrong, I didn't know it was against spiderland laws to marry you, that i've endargered you. Can you ever forgive me?"
Lanely sat down beside her and pulled her to him, she lay her head on his shoulder and he stroked her long black hair. "I knew the risk Nighter, maybe not completely, but I don;t care about them and spider-doll theres nothing to forgive, in fact I don;t think your fathers angry, I think hes scared. I mean I like to think I can get feeling pretty well, and well Davin wasn't exactly angry, just worried", he said comfortingly. He gasp as he felt a sharp pain, but he bit his lip and closed his eyes willing the pain away and hoping not to upset his wife anymore then she was, but Nighter could feel his finger tighten involunteeily around her. "Lanely whats wrong?" SHe demanded, and gasp when Lanely coughed and blood covered his lips.

Ezra smiled when he noticed Fae was following behind him. When he arrived at the kitchen he rummaged about for a moment to see what looked appealing to eat. Not in the mood for anything in particular, he made himself another sandwich and poured himself a tall glass of milk. "There we go." He smiled as he set his meal on a table. Turning around he found a small bowl and filled it with some water. Content with his findings he took a seat at the table and set down the bowl. "I'll show you something cool in a minute kitty." He said as he started to nibble at his sandwich. He ate about half of it before drinking some milk. Licking his lips lightly he pulled over the bowl and set his hands over it. "Alrighty, let's make an ice kitty." He said as he concentrated on the bowl. The water started to rise up and morph into the basic shape of a cat. Once Ezra got the simple form down he allowed the water to freeze. Soon a small feline shape appeared as he gradually chipped out the details. The cat's company and making the small ice sculpture was enough to distract his mind for now from the recurring pains. He knew they must be contractions for they were not going away and were growing stronger than what the false ones ever were.

Ezra watched Fae with a smile as he sniffed at the ice cat. "Don't worry, it won't come to life and hurt you or anything." He chuckled lightly as he went back to nibbling his sandwich. After he finished it he picked up his milk and drank some more. He then set it on the table, hand gripping around the glass as a stronger contraction began. It was strong enough for him to take notice and was uncomfortable. He groaned slightly as he rubbed his stomach until it went away.

Illiar wandered down the halls. He found a vacant room and went in. He sighed as he looked around. He found a shelf high enough to hide items from prying eyes. He smiled. He closed his eyes, focusing on getting himself into the air. He hovered up to the shelf. He took the cloth from his hip, holding it as gingerly as possible. He hissed in pain as it fell uncerimoniously on the self with a heavy *thunk*. The cloth fell away to reveal an aged, solid gold lamp encrusted with onyx and garnets. His concentration broken he landed with a thump, fingers to his lips. 'Damn hole,' he thought looking up at the shelf. At least it wasn't showing. He sighed and left the room, closing the door behind him. He needed to get something for his burn. He made his way to the kitchen in the hopes of finding some ice.

Lanely saw that Nighter was panicing and smiled, "Sweetie I'm okay now, 'sides I think this is normal", he assured. Nighter frowned, she noticed that Lanely was flushed. She felt his forehead and shook her head, "You're burning up, why didn;t you tell me you were sick sooner", she demanded, feeling frightened. "Lay down, I'm gonna find daddy". Lanely grabbed her wrist as she rose, "Nighter, I'll be okay, don;t bother Halo, I'd say he's very busy". Nighter shook her head, "Just lay down, I'll be back soon as I can", she promised and kissed his lips. Lanely groaned and lay back on the bed.

Halo had heard the cats meows, but already had an idea of what was wrong, he saw Nighter and stopped her. "I need your help", they said in unison. "What's wrong sweetie", Halo ask softly seeing the look of distress on his daughters face.
"It's Lanely he's sick, he's burning up and coughing blood, I don;t know what to do". Halo smiled and placed a hand on her head, "It sounds like a normal reaction for carring a child with spiderling genes, two of them in Lanelys case, he'll be fine, but I'll check him as soon as I can to be sure. But I think one of our guest is in labor, and with its a multiplie birth and I'm going to need your help, Echo's as well." Nighter nodded. "Okay, just let me check on Lanely and i'll be there if possible," she ran off down the hall, and Halo headed in Ezra's direction.

As he was looking for Echo Davin nearly colided with Nighter who looked at him and bit her lip, "I'm sorry dad for what I said earlier but Lanely is my husband and...". "Its okay Nightengale", he said using her childhood nickname, "I was completely out of line and I'll do all I can to make everything right". Nighter smiled and hugged him then explained Lanelys situation. "I'll sit with him, you find Echo and go help Halo with the guest", he urged and Nighter nodded.

She took him to Lanely's room and explained the situation with him. "I'll be fine, 'sides I think me and pops need to talk", he grinned and Nighter kissed jim. "I'll be back soon", and she was gone again.

Davin looked at the blonde who sighed and coughed into the crook of his arm, splattering it with blood. Davin went into the adjoining bathroon for a glass of water, and a cool cloth which he placed on the feverish humans brow. "Before you ask kiddo, I don't hate you, i'm actually worried about you".

Ezra pet Fae a bit more before looking up towards the door. He watched a new face walk into the kitchen; he seemed to be looking for something. "Hello there. Can I help you find something? I'm new here, but I know where a few things are." He said looking at the genie, a hand resting on his stomach. His eyes then spotted the apparent burn on the man. "Oh, if you need ice there is plenty in the freezer I believe. Or I could form some more for you." He said hoping the next contraction wouldn't come while this man was in the kitchen with him. He didn't want a stranger to see him in pain.

Illiar nearly jumped out of his skin. He hadn't seen the demon sitting off to the side. He turned, his back toward the one wall. He looked the demon over a moment. "I can get it," he said. He went to the freezer and began to gather a small bit of ice. He looked for a cloth before sighing. His eyes turned a light amber color before a drawer opened. A small cleaning cloth floated to his waiting hand. Once he had the ice wrapped properly, he turned his attention again on the demon. "Can I get you anything?" he asked as he came closer. "I'm Illiar and new here as well."

He noticed the cat a moment and shrank back from it. "Is it yours?" he asked eyeing Fae.

Ezra nodded slightly and watched as the genie fetched what he needed to attend to his burn. "No thank you, I am fine for now." He replied with a small smile. "I am Ezra. It is nice to meet you." He said before noticing him shrink back a bit from Fae. "Oh, him? Nah he's not mine. I did have a cat, but I couldn't bring him with me. Anywho, I believe this cat belongs to someone else living here. He seems friendly. He's kept me company for a while now."

Looking around the kitchen he noticed a couple pots and bowls in the sink. His eyes took on the amber hue again. The dishes began to clean themselves. He turned the still glowing gaze back toward the demon. "If you do not mind my asking, when are you due?"

He wasn't sure if the word meant the same or not to the demon. He rarely interacted with others aside from his masters. The rest of the time he was sealed in a lamp waiting for a new master. He shook his head. "If you need anything, please let me know. We need to look out for each other, no? Especially if we're to be working together." He looked back toward the dishes. "Did you hear there was a human here?"

"I see. Well, any pregnancy can be tough on one's body." Ezra said with a nod. "I suppose so. Carrying any number of multiples can be more draining on anyone." He shrugged lightly. "Okay, I will be sure to do so." He nodded again. "Indeed. Our experience here can be more pleasant if we all work together and get along or even agree to disagree." He mused lightly. Hearing Illiar's next question he nodded. "Yes. Halo told me and a few others about it. I do not mind myself. I don't dine on human's anyway." Ezra nodded slightly as he listened to Illiar. "I see." He said as he stood from the chair. "Well, I do believe he is or will be related to Halo in a way." He mused lightly as he grabbed his cup and the bowl that held the now melting ice cat. Waddling over to the sink he rinsed and washed the items before placing them in the strainer. "Well, it was nice to meet you. Now, excuse me I am in need of the bathroom. See you around." After excusing himself Ezra stepped out of the kitchen to find a nearby bathroom. He started down the hall, but did not make it too far. Stopping in his tracks, he kept a hand on the wall to balance himself while the other went to his stomach. Groaning, he felt something pop inside of him as a large gush of water splashed onto the floor beneath him. Biting his lip he glanced down at his now wet pants and the puddle on the floor. "Man, I-I made a mess." He muttered, knees shaking a bit as they threatened to give out on him.

Halo could sense Ezra's distress and went to the kitchen and knocked on the door, "Ezra, its me Halo, I'm here to help you", he called gently and soothingly.

"Kid, I gotta go get something from my and Echo's room, kay, stay here", he said and left. Lanely smirked and pulled the clothe from his head and wiped his mouth, "time to do a little exploring," his stomach rumbled, "But first things first... Food." He walked out of the room and quickley to the kitchen. There he saw the genie and his eyes widened, "Hey a genie, I didn't know you're kind still exsisted", he said excitedly, and walked forward.

Halo nodded and helped Ezra to his room, he knew that both Nighter and Echo would be following.

Lanely had dunked behind a counter when he saw his wife and the others, he didn't want her knowing he'd escaped the room when he was feeling so low. He looked to where the genie was and noticed that he'd disappeared. "Aww, oh well I can say hello some other time I suppose", he thought. He looked around the kitchen and smiled, "Ah its exactly the same as I remebered it, I assume the library is still on the east wing, so that means that Halo would have moved the archives to the west or south wing... or rather his garden. Cause hadn't both Echo and Halo mentioned a vine, Echo had told him it was for Halo's protection. 'Heh, clever reaper', he thought, but not clever enough, hmm well I'd best start looking before my royal in laws spider sense kick in", he pushed his hands into his pockets and started out into the gardens. He didn't sense the vine until it was crawling around his feet up his legs and around his arms sticking black thorns into the upper part of his legs and wrists. "Ah hell, let me go you freaking pest", he growled struggling, growing slightly dizzy at the venom entering his system and as he thought of his children he breifly paniced and struggled more.

Davin found that Lanely had left and cursed, "That little brat", he tried to find a trail but his senses weren't picking up anything, "Clever little sh*t, I'll give him that, ah hll, what am I saying, Echo, Nighter, and Halo will crush me if I don't find that blonde mence", he sighed and ran down the hall.

(heh sorry these are so long, but I'm trying for plot :P)

Illiar had turned with a start and vanished the minute he realized the human was in the room with him. He was grateful that the invisibility still worked for him despite the energy he had exerted for the cleaning. He watched the human, following him as he moved towards the gardens. He may not have liked mortals much but it was ingrained into his mind to obey and help them as they could be potential masters.

When he had seen Lanely walking about he sighed. He remembered the reaper's warning vaguely about a vine in here. He hadn't noticed it though until it had the mortal within its grasp. He dropped the invisibility, feeling the fatigue only slightly. His eyes glowed with power as he sent a the equivalent of a distress signal to the reaper. He looked at the vine. "Let him go," he growled. He reached for the man as he swayed. He tried to pull him from the vine's grasp.

Illiar looked at the mortal. He looked down at the man's boot and it levitated up to him. "You better stay awake or I won't guarantee your life," he growled. "What do you plan to do with that?" His eyes went a shade brighter. He knew he was over doing the energy and would regret this later but he wanted to try and slow the poison. Or at the very least protect the reaper's grandchildren, if he remembered that conversation correctly.

Lanely took advantage that the vine had retreated from his wrist just so he could cut it with the dagger, which had very inticate symbols on the hilt and a black blade. "Eat onyx blade freakin' vine", he cut under the vine that held his arm and it released him, he then cut the plant more until it pulled back and retrested. "Thanks for your help", he smiled at Genie and coughed blood. "Eh, I feel like crap, but don't worry, that plant can't kill me at least not yet, its posion mostly just hurts, hmm, eighter way I need to get the antidote soon". He fell to his knees. "I guess I shoulda stay in the room to begin with, but well I just couldn't, i'm to curious for my own good sometimes", he mummbled and he pushed his glasses out of the way to wipe at his stinging eyes.

"Whew, that last one hurt." He said brushing some hair out of his face as he lowered himself onto his bed to keep off his feet for a bit.

DAven lead the genie to his and Echo's room and to the bathroom, he filled the tub, then took the blonde and placed him in the tub. Lanely opened his eyes and smiled at the spider-king, "Hey spider-in-law, you found me", he looked at the genie confused, "No you found me". He maoned, "I'm so cold and you put me in cold water", he touched the top of the water and started to sing under his breath. Davin placed a cloth agaisnt the hot forehead and held it, "Whatcha singing kid", he ask with a serene smile, he felt odd, but also good, like he'd do anything the human ask him to do.

Halo smiled at Ezra, he frowned as it once again thundered, "How odd", he frowned then shook his head. "How do you feel Ezra?, " he ask gently.

Ezra scratched behind Fae's ears gently as he pushed his head into his palm. He smiled lightly and tried to focus on the cat and the rain outside. Hearing Halo speak of tea he looked up and nodded. "Y-yeah, tea sounds nice." He said as he tried to stay calm. His eyes then traveled back to the window. "I do enjoy rain, although I prefer snow." He said with a small smile. "Well, at least I made it here in time. I'd hate to think about what I'd do if I were still out there wandering about."

"Now that we have some privacy, may I inquire as to what is on your mind, my dear friend?"

Davin had placed Lanely over his shoulder and carried the unconsious young man into Halo's room, it would be the safest place after all. He left the blonde tied and then searched Halo's desk for those keys that Lanely had wanted, he was glad when he couldn;t find them, that met that Halo still had them hidden someone else. Davin just could figure out what so important in those archives that they needed to stay looked, or why Lanely wanted into them.

Ezra let one hand rest on Fae, lightly petting him now and then while his other hand stayed on his stomach. He began to hum softly in an attempt to stay calm and relaxed. Eventually he would start to doze off, only to awaken once more when his stomach contracted.

Personality: tends to be shy, although he will open up to you once he has grown to trust you and know you better. He guards his emotions and heart behind a brick wall and it takes a while to chip away at it. It is hard for him to trust new people, not after what happened a while back. He is loyal to those he loves and the few he keeps close to him.

Appearance: He stands at an even six feet and weighs around 160 lbs. He is neither fat nor too skinny; he has an even muscle tone throughout his body. His eyes are usually golden in color and his chestnut hair is fairly short. A coral snake is tattooed to coil around his right ankle. Four jagged, long scars run diagonally along the length of his back. His clothing depends on the weather. If an area is too cold he will wear furs or usually your regular winter clothing. When it is too hot he will wear shorts and a shirt. He prefers to be shirtless in warmer weather, but only when no one is around to see the "ugly" scars on his back. He prefers earthy tones and will wear vibrant colors as long as they are not too bright or flashy. He is also fond of exotic/odd jewelery.

Other: Dimitri's eye color will change depending on his body temperature/mood. Under normal circumstances they stay their golden hue. He is also more sensitive to temperature changes and will get cold/hot faster than most people.

Wrapping his arms around himself to try and stay warm, Dimitri continued to trudge through the pouring rain on his way to Blood Haven. One of his relatives had stayed there long ago and told him about it once. He kept the information in mind in case he would need it one day. "T-thank God...It's r-right ahead." He stammered as he stepped out of the trees. His eyes were currently a cobalt blue, his lips were starting to turn purple and he was soaked to the bone. With trembling legs he climbed up the steps and looked around. There appeared to be no one in sight at the moment. Instead of waiting outside in the rain he tried the door and hesitantly stepped inside; he did not want to get sick. Shivering he shook off some water from his hair as he closed the door behind him. "A-alright, time to find something t-to warm up with. Then I w-will find someone to talk to about staying here." He said to himself as he wandered about in search of someplace warm.

Illiar panted as he followed, trying to help. He only made it partly down the hall before the adrenaline began to wear off. He leaned against the wall. He heard Echo had gotten the mortal and locked him in the closet. Deeming it safe he started toward the room he claimed as his. That threat about his lamp made him realize he didn't know how long the man had been wandering the halls.

Ezra opened his eyes and looked up at Nighter. He nodded in response with a light sigh. "Yeah, I've just never been through this before." He said as he rubbed his stomach with his free hand. "I can't get comfortable with my back aching like this and there's a good amount of pressure starting to build up." He said as he looked at her.

Dimitri continued wandering the halls, arms hugged around himself as he tried to find a towel or something. Snooping about he found an empty bathroom and rummaged about. "H-here we go." He smiled when he grabbed a couple clean towels. "I hope they don't mind." He thought out loud as he proceeded to strip out of his soaked clothing. After drying a bit he wrapped a towel around his waist and draped one over his shoulders. Picking up his clothes he walked out and continued looking about to find a place to dry them.

Halo looked puzzled for a second, then his lips turned upward in a confused half smile, "My daughter bonded is in my quaters with your bonded, my ex- who dislikes the boy and he is bound and gagged because he is a siren... a siren who has been here before?" he drew each question out slowly then laughed, "That bast*rd Rainer, he said he'd come back to make my life hell", Halo shook his head, "He's married my child and carring my grandchildren, oh my that poor child, poor Lanely I mean, he is human, Rainer is the siren", he explained and shook his head, "You did what you had to do, and I sassure Nighter won't be nearly as upset at you as him." He sighed, "As for my key, its safe, sealed away where noone can find it, I took precautions when he made his threat", he offered. "I suppose we should let Nighter go to him, I need to stay with Ezra, but she can see if he is well, just be careful of drinking his blood, it can cause very strange, shall we say...side effects".

Ezra smiled lightly. "Those are all nice." He nodded. While the three of them talked he turned his attention back to the window. The rain was still coming down hard. Soon enough another contraction gripped his belly. He wasn't too sure how far apart they were, but he could tell they were getting closer and stronger. His hand that was not petting Fae gripped at the blanket beneath him as he groaned in pain.

Dimitri sighed as he continued wandering about, wet clothes in hand. "Hmm, well I just might have to find a source of heat to curl up to." He sighed lightly to himself. Hoping he wouldn't get kicked out for coming in on his own, he searched for a fireplace or a lamp. After a few minutes he found a medium sized, shaded lamp. "Perfect." With a smile he set down his clothes and glanced around for a moment. Making sure no one was around to see he dropped his towels and shifted into a gecko. He then made his way up the table and onto the lampshade. It was thin enough to allow enough heat from the light bulb to warm his body. He stayed there and hung around to keep warm for now.

He said before trying to explain himself. "Hmm, well an older relative of mine stayed here for a while back in the day. He told me about this place when I was younger." He began as he eventually looked back up at the man. "I ran into some trouble with my house and needed a place to stay. I am not pregnant at the moment, but I heard this place does need workers. I could imagine how much work it must take to keep a large place like this up and running." He continued. "I would have waited for someone to invite me in, but I got caught out there in the heavy downpour. I did not want to wait and wind up sick. I cannot maintain my body temperature that well." He explained. His eyes were now a lighter shade of blue as they gradually turned back to their golden hue as his body gradually warmed up. "The name's Dimitri Johnstone by the way."

He gently took his paws and moved them slightly so they did not cause as much pressure on his stomach. He then looked up at them. "That's alright nighter." He said with a nod before looking to Halo. "Meh, about the same. They're getting stronger." He said rubbing his belly.

"wonderful, I'd have never thought of such a thing, much less been able to do it", he grinned. He rolled up the sleeves of his black shirt and removed the vest. He lay white clothes in a basin of water with some leaves floating inside. "I think this birth will begin to prgress much more quickley thanks to your amazing thinking and talent".He tied his hair back and postioned his patch more comfortabley.

Nighter removed the gag and pushed some stray hair from Rainers blue eyes. "Ya gonna be Rainer for awile aren't you?", she ask and recived a grin and nod. "You got that right goregous, now how about untieing me", he held out his arms and kicked his legs. Nighter frowned. "You got make me a promise Rainer", she said and rainer sighed. "'Kay I'll promise to be a good boy", he offered. Nighter narrowed her eyes. "I mean it, no scaring anyone,no trying to get into my daddy's archives, you can;t anyway so just stop, also we're gonna have a talk with all my parents later, and no, and I mean no seducing anyone for any reason what-so-ever. Is all that clear?" she looked into his blue eyes and he nodded. "I promise i'll be as good as I possibly can, and I want do nothing to ensure your wrath, cause I love ya and respect ya. Ezra was now relaxed and fairly calm. He continued petting Fae as he watched the rain pour from the sky. Now whenever a contraction would come, he would stay calm and not tense up as he'd breathe through it.

"I need new clothes", Rainer said as he looked down at the white shirt, and blue jeans he wore, they were still damp, "Preferibly something black", he started through the closet and Nighter watched amused, "Your such a priss about clothes", she goggled and was hit in the face with a scarelt and black lolita type dress. "Put that one my sweet, I'm gonna wear these". He slipped on a pair of black jeans, a crimson red button down, a black vest, and then he finally settle his dark glasses back into place. "Much more comfotable, lots warmer too", he grinned at Nighter in her short and rather revealing dress. "I don;t think this appropiate", she started and Rainer kissed her, "Its stunning on your, you pull it off better then anyone could hope and I wanna show ya off", he grabbed her hand, but not before freeing her waist long hair from its bind, so that it flowed down her back. "Kay lets go frind your dad, I have a bone to pick with him for tying me up".

Ezra smiled lightly when he felt his children finally settled down. "Ah, thank you little ones for stopping your relentless kicking and prodding." He said rubbing his stomach a bit. After a moment he looked up to Halo. "How long do you think this might take?" He asked curiously.

Dimitri smiled when he had the room to himself. He walked over to his door and closed it quietly in case it squeaked or anything; he did not want to wake anyone. Then he walked over to his window and made sure it was securely shut. "Good, I'd hate to get wet or cold." He said with a smile as he looked out to the woods. "Thankfully I do not have to be out there in that mess any longer." He said to himself as he sat on his bed. "Hopefully I can find peace here." With a sigh he laid back and stared up at the ceiling.

Rainer snickered, "Well shes my wife, so I over rule you", he stuck out his tongue childisgly and walked over to the piano and began to play a haunthingly serene melody. "You hear the rain fall, the wind blow,... yet you listen to me. Cause Siren I am, and my seductive song is key, seduction of the senses and your heart at once belongs to me", he left off the words and hummed as he played, listening as the storm outside grew worse and the rain blew with the wind threw the open balcaney doors to land on the sleek black top of the piano. Ezra only nodded at Echo as he kept his gaze on the window. He watched as the rain only poured faster and harder. "It looks like it won't let up any time soon." He said to no one in particular. Being hypnotized did ease the pain and keep him calm, but he could still tell that they were getting stronger. They were also growing much closer together. Over time he eventually started to feel an instinct to push down into the pain. The contractions were also nearly on top of each other. "Nnn, t-there's a lot more pressure now." He grunted lightly."I...I need t-to push." He said as he shifted on the bed.

Rainer laughed at what the Panther called him. "That was cute, i've never been called a tadpole before. I'll bet your pregnant huh, thats why it didn't work. Well guess what kitty, I'm pregnant too, with Nighters babies, they're girls you know, I can tell", he smiled wistfully and the piano tune had changed into a sweet lullaby. "I've never been a father before, I alomost was one though, back when I was first and foremost me and not Lanely who I became when the pain became to hard to bare", the tune turned sad and tears fell down his cheeks.

Rainer walked forward with a sigh and pulled Nighter with him to a couch by a fireplace, it was lit and the warmth soothing. He pulled Nighter onto his lap and she didn;t resist, just pulled her fingers through his hair. He waited for the panther before starting.

Halo was holding a blanket to place the first baby in, "Your doing wonderful Ezra,keep pushing".

Davin had woken, raised his head, saw what was happening and promtly fainted again.

Ezra's icy blue eyes locked with Echo's and he relaxed slightly. "There's no pain..." He repeated, panting lightly. When the next contraction came he gripped at his legs as he gave another push. The baby's head slowly emerged with each push, slipping back in a bit after each one. It eventually reached its widest point, stretching him to his max. Still panting he leaned back against the pillows to catch his breath for the next round. After a quick rest he mustered up the strength to push out the rest of the head. It popped out with a gush of fluid.

He looked at Davin when the spider king squeaked and turned green at seeing the plcenta". "Now Davin don't you remember when I birthed Nighter, it happened the same, and if I recalled you did wake up long enough to see her after she brithed as well as the plcenta". Davin was still green, "Yeah well that was different, y-yeah but she was my daughter and she was clean by the time I woke up anyway". "You best get over your quesiness, you husband is pregnant and you'll have grandchildren not long after that, who knows when you may need to help", he said then gave the king a forceful shove out the door, where he hit the wall yet again. "Dammit Halo, why are you always so cruel, I thought we were at least friends", he whined. Echo did you see that?"
Halo looked at the vampire, "Echo is my friend, and I may care for you in a way that I'd care for any other parent of my child, but Davin dearest never forget that I still loath you for that day", he grinned cooly and walked over to Ezra's baby, picking up the infant. "Hello little sir, how about we get you properly cleaned and dressed", he cooed as he walked the infant to the basin of warm water and soft white towels.

Nighter strokered Rainers hair and touched his belly, it held a slight curve. "Oh my they are growing quickley", she said giddly. Rainer groaned, "No kidding, it hurts like hell. I need some of Halo's healing potions, or something", he moaned tireldy. Nighter nodded and looked at Ink. "Would you go to daddys room and fetch the purple and smokey grey vile for me, Ink?" she ask softly.

Eli squirmed and started to whimper when he was taken away from Ezra. He settled though when Halo posed no threat and started to clean him. One of his eyes cracked open for a moment, revealing a cobalt blue iris. Ezra continued to nap; it would be about twenty minutes before things picked up again.

Halo had cleaned the child and dressed him in warm soft white and blue clothing then lay the baby in the bassinet and covered him with a fuzzy soft black blanket. The child was sleeping so Halo turned his attention to getting things around Ezra cleaned up and prepared for the next birth.

Out in the night, standing under a willow where two trmembling figures, one a bit taller then other, with a protective arm wrapped around the smaller. "Perhaps we should go inside brother", a soft little voice suggested. "Perhaps not sister, I do not think we would be very welcome, and I'll take no risk of you being harmed", a deeper yet gentle voice added. Together they stood and watched the mansion.

Davin rubbed the back of his head, and wrapped his free arm around Echo's waist, "Yeah i'm okay, Halo's just pissed because of something that happened a long time ago, THREE HUNDRED YEARS AGO", she shouted the last and Halo just smiled at them out the door. "He's over reacting, I hold no grudges", he told Halo and walked past. Davin stuck his tongue out at the retresting form spitfully.

The young man pushed his sister behind him, "WHo are you?" he demanded with a frown. "Are you the owner of this house?" "Can we come inside", the girlish voice piped up excitedly from behind her brother.

Ezra shifted so he could watch Eli sleeping in the nearby bassinet as he waited to deliver the second twin. "Nngh...I think the other one wants out too." He grunted lightly.

Dimitri sighed as his eyes snapped open. "I can never sleep right during a storm." He said rubbing his eyes gently. He was tired, but the commotion outside kept him awake. "Well, maybe I can grab something to eat." He said as he hopped out of bed. Opening his door he poked his head out before walking out into the hall. He then wandered about in search of the kitchen to find a small snack to hold him over until morning.

Luna gasp, "Oh show him Cherry I wanna see the kitty", she said as she pulled her own cloack and hood off, it was wet anyway so she glad to be rid of it. It revealed a small girl with long silver hair in two long damp pig tails that curled at the ends, and a sweet cherub like face with large amethyst eyes which had purple tatoo like cresent moons at the corner of each eye, her round cheeks were pink and she dressed in a little pink dress that had seen better days. She was waiting exspectingly and tapping her foot. Cherry sighed, "Alright, I'll show you", he said softly. His cloak joined his sisters on the floor. He was startling handsome young man with long crimson hair that had streaks of emerald and reached near his waist. His eyes were cherry red and two thin green lines ran vertile from his eyes and his skin, like Luna's was very pale. He was slender and dressed in worn clothing as well. "I'm quite strange looking I realize", he spoke softly.

He repeated as he spread his legs once more. It wasn't long before his stomach grew rock hard with a contraction. Holding onto his legs he gave a long, hard push.

Dimitri smiled as he found some things to fix a small salad. He grabbed a bowl and added some lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes before pouring himself as glass of juice. He then sat down and began to nibble at it.

"Y-yay." Ezra panted heavily with a smile as he took a moment to catch his breath. He could feel the intense burn as the second baby's head started to stretch him to his max. Resisting the urge to scream out he continued to push the head out. It gradually slipped out, sliding back in a bit after each push. It took a couple minutes, but the head eventually popped out in a gush of fluid and blood. There appeared to be more blood than last time. He flopped back in the pillows, panting heavily as he waited for the baby to turn.

Dimitri looked over to Ink and shook his head. "Nope, there are none at the moment. My room is fine. I just couldn't sleep with this storm going on." He said with a small smile before looking to Luna. "Hehe, sure thing. A gecko is a small lizard that is good at climbing walls and such." He said as he took care of his bowl and cup first. "Alright, I normally don't show people it since it's kind of embarrassing to turn into a small critter, but here we go." With that he sat on the table and shifted into his gecko form. The small reptile crawled its way over to Luna so she could get a better look.

Dimitri bit his lip lightly when he noticed Halo frowning. He only hoped things were alright. Once the baby had turned he waited for the next contraction to push. He was still growing weaker, but did not loose hope. With a few loud groans and grunts he managed to get the second twin out in a good five or six pushes. Sweating and panting heavily he flopped into the pillows as the second twin, a little girl with white hair who would have light green eyes, began to wail. She slipped out in the usual rush of fluids. He was still bleeding heavily.

Cherry had quickley changed into a pair of black pants and a white shirt, they were a bit big but the were warm and clean and he had rolled up the sleeves and braided his hair before goin to the babies. The twins looked up at Cherry, staying fairly calm for being away from Ezra and around a stranger. His demeanor seemed to keep them calm and settled. Ezra blinked and flinched slightly when Echo pinched him. "Mm, I'm awake." He mumbled. "Oh...T-the other twin...Her name'll be Naomi." He said softly.

Halo was about to open his mouth when Cherry's soft voice broke in. "considering the type of monster he is, I think an ice bath would be best... but thats just my opinion", he murmured. Halo smiled. "Its clever, I had thought of the bath, but the ice had slipped my mind. What do you think Echo, an ice bath with the black rose water added. I'll have Ink brew the tea, I think its the best idea we have so far".

Dimitri whistled to himself lightly as he started to prepare the soup. He had the recipe memorized; his grandmother taught it to him. "There we go, it should be ready in no time." He said after he finished prepping it, letting it set on the stove to heat and cook.

The bath was helping Ezra. His bleeding was starting to slow down to a more manageable pace. He was still quite pale though. His breathing slowed a bit, but it was not too slow and he managed to stay conscious for now.

Dante steps into the dark woods that boarder the Mansion. He surveys the surroundings. The rip in the Veil is mending as his baby dragon curls around his neck and sits upon his shoulder. It's Onyx scales seem to absorb all light around. He takes his first step into the first realm of the Veil he was able to rip open after he escaped the human realm. He carries upon him a staff with symbols engraved the full length. And on his hip is a gleaming chain, which hangs a Cross that is illuminating in a black and red fury. And steps out and looks around more as he sets his views upon the building.

Cherry had found some clothes in his size and smiled as he looked down at himself. The black jeans were snug and the he left the red vest open over the white button down. He looked in the mirrow and frowned, as much as he liked his hair, he decided it needed to be cut. So taking a dagger from his boot, he sliced the braid just above his neck, leaving the fromt longer so that it reached his chin in front and stuck out in jagged edges in the back. It looked good, but he would still miss his hair and Luna would have a fit.

Luna stopped at the entrance of the garden and pointed to the vine which was on the ground, it started to move when it sensed the vibrations of footsteps. "Isn't it pretty, its all dark green and has black thorns, and see those pretty black roses and the hwite ones and ohhh a purple one yay!", she ran towards the flowers jumping over the vine and dodging the vines that chased after her, even as other continued towards Cherry and the others. "Luna get on the table, it can find you if you get up there and sit very still", Cherry called out very concerned, even as he moved in another direction. Luna had climbed onto the table with the roses and giggled. "Its playing chase again, everyone has to run before it catchs you", she explained as if it were a game, she then turned her attention to the purple rose.

Echo sat hugging his love. He read halo's lips but his mind didn't believe. To him he felt he would never hear again. The idea of never hearing his baby cry or never hearing Davin's voice again... He hugged Davin tight as he cried.

Dante steps up to the vine and looks at it. It moves to strike him and stops as the Cross starts illuminating darker red hues. Dante goes to touch it and grins. "Beautiful isn't it?" He looks at the vine. "Now where is it you come from?" As he touches it, the plant falls limp.

Luna saw this and gasp, "Y-you killed it", she yelled and hoped off the table, a very angry look on her small face. Cherry stepped over a limp vine and up behind his sister. He looked at the other male, "Did you kill it?", he questioned softly. The plant didn't look dead, but it wasn't as lively as it had been. Luna pouted, "Fix it mister, I liked playing chase", she said looking up at him with firece violet eyes. For some reason the look on her face was amusing and Cherry hid a grin behind his hand. His little sister obviously felt this place was her home and she was being very protective.

Dimitri looked at Death from his hiding spot behind a door. He reminded him of Constantine, his ex. The thought sent a shiver down his spine. Biting his lip lightly he took a step out from behind the door. "Er, hello sir....I'm sure you could find an empty room upstairs if you need one. Halo, the man who owns the place, is still kind of busy at the moment." He said keeping his distance.

He looks up with the most calmest of face. Saying in a hypnotically smooth voice. "Don't worry there. He is only asleep. I would not dare kill a vine such are this." He smiles smoothly and charmingly. "Now would you like to see what has been causing such a trouble?" Dante had hope his smile would melt the people of the Veil like it had in the world of the living.

"Exactly right Luna Moon, now why don;t you go get you a snack okay", he offered. He didn't want the man to see charming Luna. "Okay", the girl said with a smile. "Want me to get you a snack too?". "No, i'm fine, go on now". Luna nodded and skipped happily from the gardens. Cherry looked at Dante, "banshee's don't charm easily you realize, exspecially ones like Luna and myself". He looked at the plant, "So why did you, do whatever it was you did", he ask curiously.

"Thats because its purpose is to safeguard my gardens", said Halo as he stepped into the garden. "I don't believe we've been properally introduced", he said to Cherry, "and I'm sure we've haven't been introduced at all", he said to Dante. "My name is Halo, I am the owner of Blood Haven, though I like to think of it as a home for my guest and employees, and hope they think the same as well", he spoke sincerly and cooly. Cherry nodded, "I'm glad to hear that, my name is Cherry and my sister and I have only recently came to be here", he said a bit shyly.

Taking into account however that most in this manison wouldn't apply to that rule. But what I mean is in general is that I would not like having either of your , uh, talents",he said.

Halo smiled. "Understandable, but it is quite astounding considering just how powerful your talents are. Luna for one has a shriel that has deafened one of our guest and shattered some of my windows, and that was mearly her being a little upset and not even realizing what she was doing, she is also only a child and she does not fear my vine and thinks that it is game rather then a danger".

Cherry bit his lip, "I'm sorry about that, it was my fault, and I hope the guest is alright, and please do not blame her, it was my own fault, I upset her by cutting my hair", he explained. Hal just smiled. "Its alright, I'm sure the guest will make a full recovery, and I'm sure he holds no blame on your sister or yourself."

Halo touched his shoulder, "I reap the monster of this realm, or I used to, I protect them now and only reap those who are evil and uncaring of those around them. You're heart is kind and you cannot even stand the thought of suffering from an enemy. Yet you would do so if you had to protect those close to you".

Cherry frowned, "I will protect those I love. Our parents, Luna's and I, they sacrficed themselves for us so many years before, I've raised Luna for fifty years and she is dearest to my heart, so I understand what you say."

Cherry laughed, "I can show you where I think they may be, I've been to one and its currently occupied. But since you mention it, I need to put Luna to bed as well", he led them out of the garden and spotted Luna dozing on the rug by the fireplace, he picked her up gently so not to wake her. "Come on, I think the room beside ours is empty", he told Dante and went up the stairs, carring Luna and being quiet so not to waken anyone else.

Name: Merihim (Not the actual demon associated with the name. )

Age: 623 (22/23)

Gender: male

Monster: Half disease demon half fertility deity

Position in House: Guest, will take on any job.

Pregnant: Nope. He will be willing to become pregnant or even impregnate someone else in the future.

Personality: Meh, still in the works. I'm not too sure at the moment. We will have to see as I progress with him.

Appearance: Standing around 5'5 he weighs 143lbs. His hair is onyx black; it is longer in the back and shorter in the front, usually pulled back in a small pony tail. His eyes are light amber.

Abilities: He can spread disease and even create new strains or new illnesses; however, the latter requires more energy and is usually a collaboration with others of his kind. He is able to make people fertile.

Other: He possesses an ancient book that holds the information on every disease known and unknown to man. It is also used as a notebook of sorts for creating new illnesses and such.

(Hope he's alright. I have a thing for demons lately. *shrugs* )

After a long journey through the rain and woods, Merihim could finally see the large house in front of him through the trees. "Perfect." He grinned as he continued forward. When he reached the edge of the forest he stayed within the shadows as he watched the house for any signs of life. It was late and he knew its inhabitants must be sleeping or retiring for the night. "There is no harm in waiting 'til morning." He mused as he found a tree to hang out in until dawn. After adjusting the sack he was carrying over his shoulder he climbed up into a nearby tree. Whenever morning would arrive he'd check out the house.

Dante is sitting the the ruff of the house and looks around, his dragon is flying around as he looks thought his notes. He takes out a root and makes a swarm of diseased flies. He tests his control by making them swarm over plants and animals of the Veil. Laughing as the small red soul travel to his Cross.

Death went in search of a room since everyone else was doing something. He found a room suitable to his tastes and laid on the bed. He set his cloak on a chair and sat there in his gloces, pants, and shirt.

It was growing late and Dimitri was finally tired again. He decided to retire to his room and attempt to sleep again. Curling up on his bed he pulled the blankets around him like a cocoon and went to sleep.

As Merihim watched the house he noticed something peculiar from the roof. "Hmm, now what would that be?" He tilted his head curiously as he tried to look a bit closer. After a moment he spotted the necromancer and his dragon. "What the hell is he doing?" He squinted as he stood up on the branch he was sitting on.

Catching the souls he releases the flies and stands up. The dragon lands on the ground and I slide down to it and it jumps up my arm to my shoulder. "Hey there girl. How are you today?" It puffs smoke and yelps happily. "Want some food? I am sure Sir Halo would not mind as long as I don't kill it." He laughs and goes to a pumpkin patch. "Catch some mice I'll make sure he doesn't see." Laughing as he sits on one of the huge pumpkins.

Merihim watched from a nearby group of pumpkins. He was short enough so that when he was crouched, they hid him well. "Well, that is quite peculiar." He said as he watched the man transform the roots to a swarm of maggots. Looks like a necromancer to me. What is a human doing here though...Hmm... He thought as he played around with a pumpkin vine, twirling it lightly around his finger.

He nods and brings up his Cross. "This is how I am so powerful and why I got the ability to rip a whole into the Veil. But I am here to become a Master Necromancer. As a Maser I'll be able to do a lot of the thing you can even make new strands! As well as a few others. But I need items from the Veil. But fertility? I have never heard of a Veil monster that is a deity of fertility." He stretches and yawns the dragon scratches its belly.

"Yeah, you know. Various cultures around the human world have their own gods, goddesses and such they worship. I never said my mother was part of this realm. She is not a 'monster' per say." Merihim said trying to explain himself. He then hopped onto a nearby pumpkin. "I also never said I was worshiped. I was merely saying creatures like my mother are." He said shrugging again. "I consider myself more of a demon though. I just have my mother's ability to cause fertility and the like. Although I can also easily take it away from someone. Again, I am not sure why I was 'created' in the first place. It doesn't make sense to me either." He rambled on.

Dimitri played with his lizard friends before they ran off all of a sudden. He blinked and watched with a frown before his nose twitched. The scent that reached him could only belong to one person and it made his heart skip a beat. "Shit." Cursing under his breath he stood slowly before turning to face the nearby woods. Looking around to make sure no one was nearby he took a hesitant step towards the tress. "H-hey...I...I thought I burnt you down with the house you bastard." He said trembling slightly. The creature that was a few feet in front of him only chortled and shook his head.

"Oh, you thought wrong my dear Dimi." Constantine said, his grey eyes looking down to meet Dimitri's. "Don't fret, for now my lovely. I'm only here to give you a warning." The lycan said as he stepped closer. "If I can't have you, no one can. You better watch your back. If you do not come with me now, well let's just say my buddies and I will have a bit of fun with your new home. I hear there may be some vampires here to pick a fight with."

Dimitri shook his head as he stepped back. "NO! I...I will not go with you. I'd rather kill myself than be with your twisted self." He refused, heart pounding in his chest.

"Fine, have it your way. I cannot guarantee how long it will be. We could attack as soon as tonight." With another laugh the burly man retreated through the trees, leaving behind a terrified shape shifter frozen in his spot as he gaped at the woods.

Once Dante's Dragon eat her fill they went back into the house and went to their room, the door locked and shut. Dante pulls out the Death Ivy and looks threw his notes. "Good. One thing I needed to get further into the Veil." He secures the vile in an inter lining part of his jacket. And lays on the bed, dragon curled on his stomach sleeping. Dante looking up at the knots and curves of the wood of the ceiling.

Dimitri bit his lip and looked up at him. "I-it's Constantine..." He said, fear evident in his eyes which have turned a dark brown. "Er, well it's kind of a long story but, he's my ex..." He said with a sigh. "I thought he was dead, but I guess I was wrong." He began, attempting to explain himself. "I'm sure I wasn't seeing anything...He was watching me from the trees earlier and so I reluctantly went to see what he wanted." He went on, fidgeting slightly. "Well...he's crazier than all hell. There was a reason I ran from him. He apparently wanted me to come back with him...I-I just couldn't. So he told me that he's going to come back with his buddies and either take me forcefully or kill me whilst having their 'fun' with your house." He said looking away again. "If I knew he was still alive, I wouldn't have come here until I was sure he was dead. I don't want people getting hurt because of me..."

He smiles then shakes his head. "Ah crap Halo will be up my ass..." Dante lets Dragon onto his head and looks around and pulls out his staff and conjunctures a orb that sucks in the flames. Dimitri sighed softly and tucked the pendant under his shirt to rest on his chest. He then walked out of Halo's office and went to the kitchen to make something for breakfast, hoping to keep his mind off of Constantine for now.

After a small breakfast of an apple and a muffin, Merihim wandered about to get the lay of the mansion. He soon made his way to the library. "What an interesting collection." He mused as he scanned the shelves. As he walked the rows of books he stopped to pull out some medical literature to look through at a table.

Ezra was on his bed looking out the window, watching a bird hop about from branch to branch in a nearby tree. He smiled lightly as he looks to his children, watching them sleep soundly. He had fed them a bit earlier and they were now napping.

"How did you know I was staring at you?", he reached forward and tuched Deaths face with sharp pointed black nails.
