A Modern Day Werewolf Romance (with gre-y)

"They were training me for bull riding ahem I was a child getting be to do goat riding at 7 that ain't happening either" he said walking in the shelter

Mike started focusing on dogs. He felt so bad for them- all trapped in cages.
He stopped at one cage. In it contained a white dog with some brown spots. “Hey how about this guy? Oh- girl I mean.” He looked at the info on the dog.

"Sure I was eying this elderly Chihuahua older dogs don't get adopted almost everyone goes for the younger ones poor thing" he said

He looked at the older dog and frowned. “It’s always sad when they die,” he said softly, recalling the death of a beloved pet as a child. “Poor little guy though, he’s shaking!”

"Yes but the time they have remaining will be filled with joy and love being with us and all dogs deserve love"

“Should we take him? I hope our kids wouldn’t torture him too much though,” he chuckled, sticking a finger through the bars. The little old dog sniffed his fingers.

"If you want the other dog we can get both babe and he will be fine with that much love in the house he will feel young again"

“Yeah let’s save two dogs today!” He said, looking at them both. “They’ll be happy to finally have a good home.”

"Yeah I can withdraw some more money for supplies for the both of them" he said picking up the elder Chihuahua

[gre-y]

“Me too.” Mike walked up to the front desk to tell the person who was working there which dogs that they wanted to adopt.

They both filled out the paperwork and were happy when they were walking out with their dogs

Mike carefully held the little old dog. “This guy needs a comfy bed,” he said stroking his ears.

"Yeah their is a tractor supply near the diner they have great supplies for pets", he said

[gre-y]

“Okay we will go there then!” He said as he loaded the dogs into the truck.

Luck knew every aisle of the place usually he went for supplies for the horses or for new clothes. "Pet stuff is aisles 15 to 20 babe" he said

“Mmkay let’s go there then,” he said as they went into the direction of the pet isles. “We will need food, beds, bowls, toys, and collars and leashes.”

They managed to get two of everything for them and paid for the stuff and got everything loaded into the truck bed. "Well now to introduce our new additions to their new home", he said smiling

Mike loaded up all the stuff and hopped back into the truck. "Now you have to friends and won't be lonely while I'm at work," he smiled a little, then glancing at the dogs

"Yeah", he said he loved their new additions to their family
