Silas smirked as he started munching on the food that was on Sirius' plate, earning a Sidney-Approved head slap as well "What?" he mumbled around the food in his mouth "He put it in my hands, he gave it too me! Completely fair game." Silas said, pouting his bottom lip out.

Gio huffed and shifted slightly, pouting his own lip out as he rubbed his sore hip with a closed fist, "Gio, sweetheart, what's the matter? Do you have to use the restroom as well?" Julia asked quietly, setting her hand on her son's arm and squeezing lightly.

Gio shook his head and whimpered slightly "No... No. It's just my hip, it likes to pop in and out of socket all of the time." Gio said quietly, trying to hold back the small pained noises; they really were too pregnant to be out and about like this, and while the chair had been comfortable for the first hour of the party, it no longer was. "I need Sirius... He's... He's the only one who knows how to get it back in place properly."

Sirous came back out and stopped to.talk to a few people before heading back to the chairs. Gio was shifting uncomfortably in the chair and Sirius headed over to him, sliding a hand over his shoulder.

"Hey, you okay? Need to move around a bit?" When Gio nodded, Sirius came around and helped him to his feet. "Hip again?" Sirius had Gio lean against him as they walked a few steps until his hip popped back into place. Sirius rubbed at it firmly, pressing against the aching muscles.

"You still good sticking around?" Sirius asked. "Do you need anything?"

"I want to stay... I'm having fun." Gio whispered into Sirius' chest, sniffling slightly as he rolled his hips slowly, hands clutching at Sirius' forearms since he couldn't reach his fiancé's hips. "I just need to stand for a little while... Keep off of my hip. I know that Marc doesn't want me too be standing for long periods because of it, but..." he sniffled again, wiping his face against Sirius' shirt; tears soaking into the fabric.

"But nothing." Marc said, coming from the kitchen with a plate of food "If you need to stand up, do it, Gio." Marc said, popping an olive into his mouth and sighing with a smile on his face "Just make sure that you sit down and rest yourself every now and then, I don't want you standing up for longer than thirty minutes at a time."

Gio nodded and smiled weakly in Marc's direction, he looked up at Sirius and sighed quietly "How are you doing here? Is your stomach doing okay?" Gio asked and set both of his hands on Sirius' stomach, being careful not to move them too much so he didn't agitate the twins and make them move inside of Sirius "Your brother ate your plate of food, by the way, so you'll need to get a new one..."

"It's okay. They decided to dance on my bladder instead," Sirius said as he walked slowly to the food with Gio. He could see the majority of the kids out back, except for the triplets, being watched by Marc and Kris's oldest two kids. "Do you need more food?"

Sidney started to gather gifts together with the help of a few of Gio's friends, the pile looking incredibly intimidating. Sirius knew his friends would spend the money - they were rather rich for the most part. He was surprised to see how many of Gio's friends had shown up and had lots of packages for them. Which he probably shouldn't be. Gio was incredibly loved by his friends. Even now, friends came by all the time when Gio was off just to hang out since Gio didn't have the energy to go out. Sirius was used to finding people in his house. It was ... really nice. His friends definitely didn't drop by like that.

Gio shook his head and stuck close to Sirius, leaning against him slightly and rubbing his stomach in slow circles to try and calm his own wave of child movement "No food... I think me and the boys are stuffed." Gio said quietly, sniffling a bit as he shifted on his feet. Once again getting sore; it was a lose-lose situation for Gio. He wasn't comfortable standing, sitting... Hell, hardly laying down on his side was comfortable anymore.

"I just want to unwrap some of these gifts and go home..." Gio said quietly, biting on his bottom lip "There is a garden tub, with massaging sprayers, just waiting for me..." Gio looked toward where his mother and Sidney were chatting, pointing out which gifts should be opened first "Do you think my mom can come home with us? I want to show her around... Or you could show her around, while I try and ease the tension in my hip..."

"Baby, your mom can stay with us for as long as she wants," Sirius said easily. "Did she say how long she was planning on staying when the two of you were talking?"

Sirius took a few more things to eat, picking at the olives happily. "I'm not wearing the bow hat. I think we should make Sidney wear it. He loves shit like that."

Sidney clapped his hands together to get everyone's attention. "Okay, so we've got a lot of presents and the daddies are definitely getting a little restless so we're picking a few out to open with everyone. Then we will cut the cake so my sons will stop asking every five minutes when we're having cake. Sirius, Gio, come back over here."

Gio shook his head "She didn't give a definitive time-frame... But now that she knows we're *both* pregnant, I have a feeling that she may stay until we are able to care for them by ourselves... which may be ten years from now." Gio said with a light laugh, head resting tiredly against Sirius' bicep.

When they were called to open the few presents that were chosen for this event, Gio sighed and slowly turned, grasping onto Sirius' hand, pulling his reluctant fiancé away from the food "We can eat more later, Si... and believe me, if my mom comes to live with us for a time... You'll be eating like this until the day you give birth to the twins."

Gio inhaled deeply as he eased himself down into the chair again, shifting slowly into a comfortable position. Sidney placed a pillow behind his hip and he smiled gratefully up at him "Alright... What did you guys get us?" Gio asked, greedily taking the first wrapped package his mother gave him.

"That one is from me," Carlo said, sitting on the arm of Gio's chair. "For all the little Aetos and Flint babies." He pressed a kiss to Gio's cheek.

Sirius took a gift from Silas, eyeing it curiously. "I don't know if I should be worried or not. Did you pick it out or Sidney?"

"That one is from him," Sidney said. "The family gift is in the pile. But go ahead and open it. You don't have to be worried about it."

Sirius peeled back the paper, surprised when he saw a bunch of photos of their family in a frame - all the twins that had come before and two empty spots at the bottom. "Oh. You ... this is really sweet." He brought a hand up and wiped at his eyes before hugging Silas tightly.

Gio sniffled as he started slowly unwrapping the gift that Carlo had gotten him and Sirius, tears springing to his eyes as he looked over the hand embroidered baby book; Carlo was one of those friends who was there and documenting a lot of Gio and Sirius' pregnancy, taking pictures of all the little moments that happened between the couple - along with Silas and Sidney capturing moments when Carlo wasn't around.

Gio gently turned pages of the book and looked up at Carlo "It's absolutely beautiful, Carlo... I love it, and I'm sure the unofficial quads will love it too, when they're old enough." Gio said as he set the book aside and wrapped his best friend up in a hug as best he could.

When Gio saw what Silas had given his twin, even more tears formed in his eyes and slid down his cheeks "I've seen that before! You and Sidney have those pictures hanging on a wall in the den." Gio said as he leaned over to see all the pictures, a smile on his face "Just adding to the family tree... But I bet no one has ever added quite like we have, hm?" Gio asked, looking up at the two Flint brothers.

"We're being ambitious. Just get it all over with at once. " Sirius teased, leaning over to give Gio a kiss and look at the book Carlo had made. "Thanks Carlo. This is beautiful."

Carlo smiled happily, scooping Misha up and cradling her. "I'm happy to do it. It has been fun taking pictures of the two of you. I'm sure I'll get to add more before they are born as well."

"We have some time," Sirius agreed, accepting the next gift. They both opened a few more before it became very obvious the Gio needed to leave and Sirius made the decision to go.

"We'll bring everything over tomorrow," Sidney said as they helped Sirius and Gio up. "Come cut the cake real quick, we'll pack you up some, and then you can leave."

Gio didn't even feel like cutting the cake, but reluctantly and slowly he walked into the kitchen, hand gripping tightly to Sirius' forearm, sharp nails digging into the flesh of his arm.

Silas handed Gio the cake cutting knife and he exhaled shakily as he put the stainless steel appliance to the cake, slicing out a small square of the cake. He was hardly paying much attention to the adorably detailed piece with four small diapered baby butts sticking on top of the cake - flashing lights from camera's were going off and making Gio slightly dizzy.

"I..." he shook his head and turned away quickly, the dizziness quickly turning to nausea and the nausea quickly turning to vomiting as he spewed all over the kitchen floor. He groaned loudly and a few loud sobs escaped him. Once he was calmed down enough, Sirius holding him and rubbing his back, Gio sniffled "We need to go..." Gio whispered into Sirius' chest.

Silas was already on clean-up duty, since he had a stronger stomach for *at least* cleaning up vomit "Take him home, Sirius... He is clearly feeling under the weather, or the pain is becoming too much... We will see you tomorrow!" Silas said, swishing the mop around to clear the mess on the floor.

Sirius got him out of the house as quickly as possible, Carlo promising to bring Misha and Julia over in a few minutes once Julia got her bags. Sirius thanked him and put Gio in the car, pressing a kiss to his forehead.

"Bath? Do you think that will help your hip?" Sirius started the car, pulling away from Sidney and Silas's. "Or do you just need to lie down?"

Gio nodded and shifted several times to try and get off of his hip; it was completely impossible to find a position that didn't put pressure on his hip "I need that bath... No matter how much I know that I need to be laying down... I really need to get underneath the water and sit against those massaging jets."

Gio whimpered loudly, digging his nails into the leather of the seat; his hips raised completely off the upholstery to ease the pain "Goddd. I am so not getting pregnant again - these four are our only children... I was not cut out for this!"

"I think four is plenty," Sirius agreed, turning down their street. "I agree with the no more children plan. We're already three past what I had expected to have."

Sirius pulled into the driveway and got out awkwardly, his belly making it tough for him to move as fast as he wanted. "Are you going to be able to walk? I could probably still carry you especially if we do a piggyback."

Gio shook his head and groaned as he started pushing himself out of the SUV awkwardly - he was already halfway there as it was "Just stick close... I'm still going to need your help getting into the tub." Gio said quietly, taking Sirius' forearm and slowly the duo started waddling toward the front door.

Halfway up the driveway another car pulled into the driveway and Gio turned his head, a small sob escaping him as he saw Silas running up the driveway "I thought it was best if I helped out here... Sidney agreed." Silas said as he wrapped a strong arm around Gio's back and then easily dipped down to lift the younger man up into his arms "This okay for you, Gio? Sirius?"

Gio nodded and sighed in relief, not having to put any pressure on his hip as he was held securely in Silas' arms. He too looked over at Sirius, eyes wide and pleading that his fiancé would not flip out over his twin brother holding him like this.

Sirius bit his lip but nodded. "Thanks, Silas." He unlocked the door. "If you could carry him to our bedroom, that would be really helpful."

His face burned with shame at not being able to help Gio right now. He was the one who should be taking care of him but he was just as pregnant and couldn't do it. The important thing was that Gio wasn't walking and was in less pain. That was really what mattered and Sirius needed to get over himself and remember that.

Sirius went right into the bathroom to start the water, making it warm but not hot and putting in Epsom salts to help with the pain. Silas settled Gio on the bed, already bending down to take Gio's shoes off for him.

"I can do the rest," Sirius said when he came out, not wanting Silas to see Gio naked.

Gio wanted to laugh at the serious jealousy streak coming from Sirius. They may have been twins and looked exactly alike from the few grey hairs shading the sides of their temples all they way down to their massively huge feet - minus Sirius currently being pregnant - but there was absolutely no way Gio would ever be attracted to Silas in the way that he was to Sirius.

Silas nodded his head and stood up straight again "I will be in the kitchen then... Carlo and Julia will be arriving shortly and I'll help them put away the food that they are bringing over - we can't keep all that food in the house or my kids will weigh three hundred pounds each." Silas said as he walked back out of the room "Just call me if you need help!" he called before shutting the door.

Gio grunted as he looked up at Sirius "You realize I don't have a single attraction to your brother, nor he to me? You do not have to be so jealously hotheaded over him trying to be helpful."

Sirius frowned a little. "It's not jealousy. I'm just protective of you. If he was just my brother I would have let him stay but he's also your boss and he doesn't need to see you naked. I can help you into the tub just fine and your mother will be here to help me get you out."

Sirius helped Gio undress, resting a gentle hand on his belly. "Ready to stand up and walk to the tub?"

Gio nodded and set both of his arms over Sirius' shoulders, linking slender fingers behind his neck "Yeah..." they counted to three before even attempting the lift, only stumbling slightly with their uncoordinated balances.

"My boss may not need to see me naked, but he *is* just your brother, Sirius... I honestly don't care if he had seen me naked..." Gio said as they very slowly shuffle-limped toward the bathroom "If I were home alone, and had fallen, while naked... And he was the only one I could have called... Would you have cared then, had he been the one to help me up?"

"No," Sirius said as he helped Gio sit on the edge of the tub. "But I'm here now. I can't take care of you the way I want, the way you deserve because I'm pregnant too. So let me do what I can."

Sirius knelt down next to the tub awkwardly before turning to sit next to Gio's head. "I hate seeing you in pain. I wish I could carry you around and hold you in my arms but I can't do any of that. I feel pretty useless right now."
