When Sirius' bed was pushed into the much larger and spacious delivery room - with a full-sized couch, a few recliners, and even a table - Gio's entire face lit up brilliantly; he was still riding a high of drugs, this time for pain. "Hi baby!" Gio squeaked happily, waving the hand that had his IV in it a little erratically.

The hospital staff in the room moved the two beds - Sirius's and Gio's - around to push them as close as possible, dropping the two bed rails on either side to push them as close as possible. There was still a sizeable gap between the two beds, and two of the nurses worked at closing said gap with a sheet.

Once all was said and done, Gio moved as quick as his body would allow for and he snuggled up right next to Sirius - he held the taller man in his arms and kissed the top of his head lightly "How are you feeling? How close are we to having the rest of our babies?" Gio asked, sobering up almost immediately now that he had Sirius right there next to him. One hand moved down to rest on Sirius' stomach, gently rubbing in circles, even if Sirius couldn't feel it.

Sirius held him tightly, closing his eyes and resting his head on Gio's shoulder. "Not as close as I'd like. Marc checked before we moved me and I'm at 7 centimeters. But I've got an epidural and I can rest. I'm so glad you're here. I missed you." He reached for Gio's hand and squeezed it. "How are you doing?"

Sidney patted the couch next to him and Silas joined him. Julia was already curled up in a recliner, looking like she could fall back to sleep. "I think he asked for Sirius a dozen times between the time we got in here and you two arrived. Definitely a one track mind. Didn't care about me or his mom. Just Sirius and the babies."

Gio smiled and giggled softly, nuzzling into the top of Sirius's head and kissing his forehead lightly a dozen times "I'm okay. They're giving me the really good stuff for pain right now. I don't feel anything." Gio said quietly, scooting down a little so he and Sirius were more face-to-face. He rested his forehead against Sirius's and kissed him on the lips lightly "You'll get there, babe... Just gotta be patient." Gio whispered.

Silas yawned and laid his head against Sidney's shoulder, "They are quite the pair." Silas said quietly, watching the duo interact with one another as if they hadn't seen each other in years "I think they may be more perfect for each other than... Well, you and me, honestly? I mean, I know that sounds wrong, but... Just look at them." Silas whispered, a bit of a frown coming to his face.

"I'm really glad Sirius is happy," Sidney said softly, kissing the top of Silas's head. "But there is no way they are more perfect for each other then we are. You take that back."

"Did you see our beautiful boys?" Sirius asked softly. "Gio, I am so proud of you. They are so big and strong. They're doing great and that's all because of you." He kissed him again. "I can't believe we're daddies now. And all of them are going to have the same birthday."

"They might be, though." Silas said quietly, tilting his head back to kiss Sidney softly on the lips "But no one is more perfect for me, than you are. I just think they have something... really special... strong." Silas shrugged and closed his eyes lightly.

Gio nodded and rubbed the back of Sirius's hand slowly with his thumb "I was allowed to see them for a little bit, before they moved me up to the room here. They are so gorgeous, Sirius... But, they look so much like you and Silas, and Titan and Theo... What if these two do as well? How will we ever tell the four of them apart?"

"We'll be able to tell. Parents can tell. I bet these two are going to look like you," Sirius said, covering Gio's hand on his belly with his own. He looked over at the monitor. "Can you feel that I'm having a contraction? I can't. It's kind of amazing. I should have done this last time. It hurt a lot more last time."

"Yeah, I can feel it... Definitely feels different from this side of the belly." Gio said quietly, his eyes sparkling and glistening with tears "I don't think any of them are going to look like me... and I'm okay with that, Si. I'm okay having four mini-you's running around." Gio said quietly, but sincerely. He turned his hand over and interlaced his fingers with Sirius's "I love you."

"I love you so much," Sirius whispered, resting his head on Gio's shoulder. "I want to nap some more. Nap with me."

"Good idea," Marc said as he checked the vitals of both of his patients. He slipped the oxygen cannula over Sirius's head and fitted it on his nose. "Just to give you a little help. Your heart rate is increasing a bit. Sleeping for a little longer is a good plan. I want you as rested as possible when we start pushing."

"We can nap." Gio agreed, wrapping an arm loosely around Sirius' shoulders and snuggling close to his fiancé. A small smile playing out on his lips as he gently ran his fingers up and down Sirius's arm "And hopefully when we wake up again, you'll be ready to push our other son's out. I can't wait to meet all four of them, see how they treat each other and interact... They will be so beautiful, Sirius." Gio whispered right into Sirius's ear, helping his fiancé fall asleep.

Sirius groaned when he woke up, pain gripping his belly and pressure making him want to push. He panted heavily, unable to speak as he shook Gio to wake him up. He bore down, unable to stop himself, gripping the side of the bed. The monitors began to beep and Marc woke up, shooting to his feet and pulling gloves on.

"Silas, get a leg! Nurse Doan, move Gio to his bed and get the other leg," Marc snapped out, the room waking up and everyone moving quickly. "Okay, Sirius, take a deep breath and try not to push for me just for a moment while I check to make ... nevermind go ahead and push. Baby is right here. Get me peds as well!"

Silas sprang into action without really even thinking about it. He held one of Sirius's legs back and against his chest, while also gripping his brother's hand when it reached out "It's okay, Sirius. We're all right here, brother." Silas said calmly, even though he was hardly considered awake at this point.

Gio looked on helplessly as his hospital bed was shoved over and he and Sirius were officially disconnected. His eyes immediately welled up with tears and he reached a hand out toward Sirius, even though he was - what felt like anyway - miles away from his fiancé "You can do this, Si. Push them babies out! I wanna meet my boys." Gio said tearfully, not even sure his voice could be heard over all of the sudden action. Julia was right there by his side, holding onto her son as they all watched Sirius.

Nurses were practically running back and forth, in and out of the room, to help this birth along. Marc finally had Sirius in the right position and was shouting orders from between the man's legs. Silas kept his eyes focused on his brother's face, knowing if he looked anywhere lower he would officially become useless to his twin "You got this bro... Just keep pushing. Look at Gio, focus on Gio and getting those babies out."

Sirius dropped his head back, looking over at Gio when the contraction eased. His legs were trembling and he kept his grip on Silas's hand. The pressure between his legs felt so heavy and he still couldn't move his legs, but he could feel everything again.

"Epidural," Sirius groaned. "Marc. It's ... not working."

Marc looked up and then at one of the nurses who nodded and hurried to the phone. "We might not get it fixed for the first one but anesthesia should be here in time for the second one. The head is going to be out on the next push so when I say stop pushing, you need to stop."

Sirius nodded and took a few deep breaths as a contraction started. He tucked his chin to his chest and pushed as Silas counted in his ear. He felt like he was underwater, everything muffled and thick. The burning between his legs got worse until he felt it release and something much bigger than just a head slide out and Marc yell stop.

Everyone's head snapped up when Marc yelled, Gio's eyes were wide and worried, and the entire room was silent "W...What... What's..." Gio tried breaking the silence, but all that came out was a stuttered word of 'what' - nothing more seemed to be forthcoming after that, either.

Silas cleared his throat and pulled his head away from Sirius's, his eyes were hard and serious, as if he would kill Marc if he said something was wrong at all "What's wrong?!" he demanded, eyes boring heavily into the doctor's downturned head as Marc continued working between Sirius's bent legs.

A cry filled the room and Marc lifted his head and a baby, bringing him up to Sirius's chest. He put a paper drape on top of him mostly so Silas wouldn't pass out from the blood. "It's all good. Baby just came out all at once. It was a quick catch is all."

Sirius panted as he stared at the baby on his chest who was screaming unhappily, clearly not interested in the outside world. "Oh my little boy," Sirius said softly, stroking his head and back. "Oh I know, I know. It's so big and bright out here. I'm right ... ohh."

Marc ducked back down. "Take the baby. Number two is right behind him. Sirius, push again for me."

A nurse quickly took the screaming infant over to the cleaning station while Sirius worked on pushing number two out; Gio's eyes were everywhere at once, watching his new newborn son being cleaned up while also trying to watch Sirius push out their forth and final child "Come on, Si! You can do it babe!" Gio hated himself so much, feeling more like a cheerleader than an active participant in his fiancé's delivery, and he was more grateful than one could know about how well Silas was doing.

Silas had sweat beading on his forehead, staring straight at his brother's face rather than the blood on his brother's chest from the infant's transfer "You can do this, Sirius. Just a few more good pushes. Number one has already made a great runway for number two, shouldn't take long at all!" Silas said quietly, still counting with each breath and holding onto his brother's leg and hand at the same time.

Sirius gripped Silas's hand and bent forward, bearing down as hard as he could. The same burning pain and pressure was back and he took a deep gulp of air before pushing again, feeling lightheaded as he kept going until he felt the baby slide out. He collapsed back on the bed, gasping for air and staring up at the ceiling in surprise at how quickly the actual births had gone.

"Okay," Marc said, putting a second crying baby on Sirius's chest. "Wow. Good job. That last push got baby and placenta. For the love of god, Silas, do not look at the bottom of the bed. Sit down actually. You can put Sirius's leg down."

Silas nodded and slowly lowered Sirius's leg back down onto the bed and then collapsed heavily into the chair by the bed, closing his eyes instead of looking anywhere. Now that all of the action seemed to be done, his anxieties of child-birthing seemed to rush in and make his body tremble slightly. Luckily Sidney was right there and wrapped Silas up, whispering in his ear and talking him back down from what could have been a dangerous panic attack.

Gio's hospital bed was moved right back to where it had been, pushed up against Sirius's bed and the youngest man - babies aside - took no time at all to scoot right over and wrap Sirius up in his arms, encompassing their forth son in that "Oh Si..." Gio sighed and kissed his fiancé lovingly on the lips "Look at him... He..." Gio frowned, of course, and sighed quietly "They look like you, from the tops of their heads to the tips of their toes. All four boys look exactly like you..."

It hurt, really, to see that not a single child had any of Gio's traits or physical appearances, but they were still his son's - all four of them - and now they just had the most difficult task of all - figuring out which son belonged to the four names they had chosen for this very occasion. Had they been born a month apart like originally thought, they would have had marginally different names, but them being born on the same day had also been an option, and they were prepared for either scenario.

Sirius was exhausted, everything aching. He leaned against Gio, looking down at baby #4 who was calming down now that Gio was stroking his back. He was smacking his lips and nuzzling his little face against Sirius's chest.

Sidney pressed another kiss to Silas's head, resting his cheek against the top of Silas's head and looked at Sirius. "He's hungry. Do you know how to feed him?"

Sirius shook his head. "I didn't do that last time. She was taken away pretty quickly after she was born. I just got to see her for a moment. What do I do?"

"Let me," Marc said, holding the first baby in his arms. "We'll switch out so #2 can get cleaned and weighed. Gio, you should pay attention as well."

Marc, being the expert that he was with babies, easily and quickly transferred #1 into Sirius's arms while taking #2 into his own arms and passed the infant over to a nearby nurse so he could get cleaned up. He showed Sirius - and Gio - how to properly direct the infant into breast feeding and then smiled "If you two are ready, we'll bring the other two in here so you can have your entire family together at once."

Gio looked up at Marc, a little wide-eyed; he was definitely terrified to have all four newborns in the same place at once. Silas looked up and smiled "Don't worry, Gio. None of us are going anywhere, we will help you with all four of the newborns and give you whatever help you need."

Gio nodded slowly and exhaled shakily "Okay then..." he looked up at Marc and smiled a little tentatively "Then yes. You can bring all four of the newborns into the room... We are ready to see them all together and figure out who is who. Are there bracelets or something we can put on them so we remember who is who?"

Marc laughed and nodded. "Yeah, we'll label them. We need to be able to tell them apart as well. It's kind of important. Once they leave the hospital, you'll have to figure out how to tell the apart on your own."

Sirius stroked the nursing infant's hair. "We have different color outfits. And didn't one of Gio's have almost no hair compared to the other one? That will help tell him apart from the other three."

The nurses came in with the other two bassinets, pushing them over to Gio's other side. "They'll be ready to eat when they wake up. They've been asleep for about two hours now."
