"We could, but either way, it's gonna be a lose-lose, as his heart rate is erratic aswell." Gio replies. "Unless the cardiac team give a helping hand."

"What are you thinking then? The labor is putting stress on both of them." She takes Layla's hand. "Keep breathing honey."

"To be honest, I don't know." Gio admits.

"How about blood pressure?" She asks, taking Layla's.

I keep breathing. "Ooooo..."

She sighs audibly. "Think he could handle a dose of pitocin?"

I take a breath and I scream from pain.

"Easy honey," she says, taking her hand. She turns quickly to Gio. "I would give it a shot." "Keep breathing honey, you're doing well."

I keep trying to breath. "I can't... I HAVE 10 babies."

"Let's try a different position," she suggests. She gives Gioo concerned look. "Why no c-section?" She mouths to him.

I nod and keep trying to breath as I change position as I feel warm water run down my leg. "Oh god.."

"It's alright," she soothes, drying her leg.

"If the stocks hadn't been used up." Gio adds. "Because the cardiac team had to use them all yesterday and THEY DIDN'T TELL ANYBODY!!!"
