I pull my knees back as I focus on my push and push hard.

"Good, good!" She turns over her shoulder. "Gio? Are you going to be ready for this baby?"

I keep pushing.

"Baby's right here," she says, holding a warm cloth below her opening.

[StrikerLiker]

I take a breath screaming and pushing.

"Push push push."

"As ready as ready can be." Gio is trying to not let back discomfort get to him.

[pushinghard]

"Ok honey, push," she says, as Gio gets a blanket ready for the baby.

Gio stands by Anna's side.

I keep pushing harder and harder.

[pushinghard]

"Okay honey, baby's crowning. Lots of burning, pant through it," she explains.

Gio stands there and watches (or at least until Anna tells him to help).

[StrikerLiker]

I cry and pant deeply.

Gio watches and helps Anna when she tells him to.

"Big push for the head," she encourages. "Gio, you got that bulb syringe ready?"

[StrikerLiker]

I look over panicky.

[Plutexian Mpregger]

Gio gives Anna the bulb syringe.

[pushinghard]

"It's alright honey, push again when you're ready," she says as she clears the baby's airway.

[StrikerLiker]

I take a breath and push hard again.

[pushinghard]

"Good, one more nice long push and you'll be holding your baby!" She cheers.
