Nick had been living in the warehouse for months. Nobody ever came here, the building having been abandoned for a few years, a perfect place for him to camp out. He'd been kicked out by his boyfriend when Nick had revealed he was pregnant, his love wanting nothing more to do with him, sending him away. Nick tried to go back to his parents, but they shunned him, unhappy that he would be an unwed parent. So, Nick found the warehouse, setting up camp in one of the offices on the main floor. He was now reaching the final stages of his pregnancy, feeling the baby head-down as contractions began. He stayed huddled in the office, fear coursing through him as he heard noises from the inside of the warehouse. Was somebody... here?

*Veronica needed some time to herself in the abandoned warehouse. She had a fight and broke up with her boyfriend after she found out that he had been cheating on her. After that,she kicked him out of her house. Hearbroken,she slowly sat down onto one of the boxes and she wrapped her arms around herself with her head down,trying to hold back tears falling from her eyes. She sniffed with her eyes closed,lifted her legs up with her arms wrapped around there and kept her head down not paying attention to anything that is going on in this warehouse*

Nick shakily stood, holding his huge belly as he peeked out of the tiny window in the office's door. A woman, curled up on of the boxes. She would probably leave soon, nothing to worry about. Nick knelt down on his sleeping bag again as contractions began to become stronger and closer.

Nick was still fully-clothed at the beginning stages of labor, trying to get some rest before the time came. Therefore, his eyes were closed, not noticing the woman who was peaking through the office door.
