C Pampering and indulgence (w/lovebite)

(Oh, interesting. yea it coudl work that way, just her trick to tell Morrison Jamie is violent and agitated in his nature despite his nurturing facade. I am not very sure how to end this.... not like, in a logical way? So, he left Kim there, unconscious, and disappeared the next morning with Morrison to the facility?)

The heavily pregnant captain had a long nap, it lasted well into the next morning, his eyes drifting open, groggy from how long he had been out of commission. Everything hurt almost worse than when it happened as he groaned softly, hand pressing to his stomach and the other wiping his face free of any gunk that accumulated over the night. "Jay?"he called, half awake as he turned his head to glance around the dim room, then his entire body now as he moved to sit up.

He felt as if he was missing something, as he knew soon enough they would have to go, leave their ship. His ship, the place he called home for so long, he didn't even think he could function on earth after so long. "Jamie?"he called again, feeling as if he was alone, he usually never woke up alone anymore, was the young man actually packing?

(Awww can i request for a little pampering from Morrison to Jamie? I just thought the little alpha so poor xD)

Jamie spent another half night trying to clean his wounds and the remaining half was spent on packing. He was just about to get refreshed in the bathroom, splashing icy cold water attempting to wake himself up, when he heard Morrison's voice. He looked up and winced at how tired he looked, and tried to clap himself on the cheek to fight off that pale look. He got out and smiled at the the captain, who always managed to roll himself up, despite how big his belly had become. He smiled and produced a warm towel for Morrison. "I was just getting some last minute stuff...." He wiped Morrison's face, fussing over him like he was one of his patients.

He chekced the Captain's condition, checking the baby's heartbeat and all other vitals, and was reasonably satisfied his condition was stabilized enouhg for the trip. He then looked at Morrison and said timidly. "Let's get out of here today ok?" He said, almost pleading. He knew Morrison probably wouldn't like the idea, but he really dreaded needing to confront with the lieutenant ever again. He just wanted to disappear and hopefully, before Kim could wake up.

The man relaxed when he saw his mate and his hands cradled his low middle, before reaching for him as their daughter shifted within his womb. Hugging him as he wiped his face and he closed his eyes as he cleared away the gunk in his eyes and the dried drool from the side of his mouth. Before he laid his head against his chest as he sat up then sat back as he let him check their unborn child and his own health, their eyes met. He was about to crawl off of the bed, though realized that he probably wasn't going back to his position on the bridge.

As he heard what he said, raising his brow andr realizing slowly more that the other looked like shit, his brows furrowed then,"What happened? Why didn't you sleep at least a little?"he asked of him, wrapping his big arms around him again and pulling him into his embrace,"You look like death."

Jamir wasnt expecting such an endearing gesture from Morrison, he almost broken down in a sob like a child finding his haven and wanted to spill the beans, accusing Kim and her cruel treatment to him, maybe even cry a little. He tried to bit that back once he saw Morrison's big belly though, and reminded himself he wasnt a child, but a father to be and should stay strong.

"I…" Jamir quickly rubbed his eyes to.clear his.clouded vision from tears welling up. His voice was so shaky he stopped and took a few deep breathes to calm himself down. Starting again, his voice was no.longer muffled. "I just wanted to make sure we had everything ready as soon as possible. It's alright, I.could get some sleep later." He hissed softly when Morrison's hug pressed on his wounds, but hope the captain wouldnt notice.

Morrison felt the small quiver of the other and almost expected him to cry, he had been so used to it, but he didn't and he looked at him as he looked at his stomach. His legs had spread apart for his stomach to have a place to rest and he ran his fingers through his fair hair gently. Then held his face with a soft smile,"Yeah, alright."he said gently and pat his cheek before embracing him again softly, laying his head against his for a long moment. Then exhaling as he sat back,"I should make an announcement."he said and moved carefully to stand up to his feet slowly.

Jamiesmiled at how his omega was giving him the comfort he needed. He didnt realise ir could be as simple as that - just a single hug and Jamie was feeling way better already. He felt cherished, almost pampered, just by Morrison laying his head on him for awhile.

Jamie was quick to help and gave Morriosn a hand in getting up. It's incrreasingly difficult for hik to do that, especially with the pressure on his pelvis and how well the baby seemed to be growing. The oldrr man did take his advie to heart and was eating well for the baby - perhaps even a little too well. Jamie moved to the front so Morrison could use his shoulder as support while Jmair held his hips and heaved him up. They then moved across fhe room to get their uniforms on.

Morrison wasn't sure what was wrong, though he did have a few ideas and didn't ask as he simply moved to continue onto his feet, grunting as he made it to his feet. When they made it to the closet, he stopped and looked at Jamie,"Let's put on casual wear, we're not staying long either way."he told him, sliding open the door and reaching deep inside the closet where one of his few pairs of sweats and teeshirts were. Grabbing them and looking down for a long moment as he then began to shed his sleep clothes, dragging the others on and pushing his feet into easy to wear sneakers.

The one thing that Morrison was unable to do now was to bend over properly, so the sneakers came in handy. Jamie follwoed his mate's way and got changed himself, still facing Morrison so he wouldn't notice his bandages, and then proceeded to pack the last bit of things into their bags. He accompanied the captain to the deck, carrying huge bags behind him, nervously looking around weary of the possibility of Kim just popping out from nowehre and perhaps strangle him.

He seemed more aware of the alpha beside him than ever, as they made their way to the bridge elevator, one of his hands supporting the weight of his stomach while the other clicked the button to go up. His eyes glanced to the others and he reached to place his hand on top of the others that grasped one of their many bags,"You look almost as worried as me."he half joked, though a laugh didn't come as the lift worked, bringing them upwards, his hand lifting up further and stroking his cheek. His alpha looked tired and almost...afraid, he wondered what was wrong.

When they made it to the deck, everything was in full swing as it always was now that they had grown closer to the war, no high alert but always a constant worry that their cloak would be spotted. But it hadn't happened in fifteen years, why would it happen now?

His first mate looked back, Kim was ready to take orders it seemed, barely noticing Jamie beside the casually dressed, heavily pregnant captain. He seemed the center of attention as all went silent and he went forwards to his seat, though didn't take it, reaching down instead to press the intercom. "Crew and maintenance-"his hand went to his stomach again and their daughter pressed against his hand,"This is Captain Morrison Miller, signing off. As you all know, I am with child, it seems that she's halting a few of my plans for now. First Lieutenant Kim Parker will be taking over in my place as chain of command. Hopefully I will be back sooner than you all will even notice, but for now, I will be gone. Thank you and good day."

He lifted his hand again and pressed his lips together, not knowing how he kept such an unwavering voice as he looked consciously away from all of the bridge members. Straight toward Jamie as he moved toward him again.

Jamie didn't say anything. He just wrapped his arms around the omega's waist and buried his head on his shoulder. His heart was beating so fast, he could be going on a death sentence when they stepped through teh door to the deck. When Jamie saw Kim, he shivered, and tightened his grip on Morrison, avoiding the lady's gaze, though Jamie reluctantly had to let go of Morrison as he stepped through going to his seat on his own. This was the necessary step for his captain to do, and do on his own. He just looked from afar seeing everyone's admiring and respecting eyes fixated on his mate.

His announcement was crisp and to the point, just like all his other commands. Jamie was once again filled with respect for his mate, and he was forever grateful that Morrison had chosen him in return - sort of. He wasn't quite confident in that aspect but he could feel the captain's care for him. He smiled timidly as he looked back at Morrison, his face flushed and he was indeed very proud of his mate. He stepped forward, eager to take Morrison's hand again as he stepped down from his position, ready to meet him at the other side.

Kim wanted to hug him, but she stayed in her place and nodded as she watched him go back to the elevator, to his mate where he stood. The heavily pregnant omega looked absolutely ready to burst as he finally stepped down from his position, into the caring hands of his mate as he wrapped his fingers around his. Sighing and lifting his hand to kiss it softly when the doors closed, he pressed his lips together and looked to the side at him. "I haven't been earth side in...what seems like forever."

"Is it okay to feel...anxious?"he asked him in a low voice, his other hand going to his stomach and stroking it slowly, their daughter seemed to sense the emotion and shifted slightly against his hand. The feeling strange.

Jamie just kept blushing when it was clear the omega was coming to him. Maybe he was thinking too much into it, but he thought this quite metaphorical. Whenever the omega decided to step down, he would be there to welcome him, giving him peace and indulgence. He would love him with all his heart.

Finally alone togrther, Jamie smiled sweetly at Morrison. He nudged close and put his head on Morrison's shoulder - or more like hang, he was quit3 a bit shorter than him, and wrapped his arms around his huge belly. Tilting his head, he nodded. "I guess it's quite normal... but in the end that's our home. It would just take time to adjust to it. Just, relax and let it happen. You are no.longer in constant need to stay alert, you could enjoy life and relax. That's the most important thing i guess.... you have been under pressure for so lonvg, it's time for you to unwind." He said trying to think in the captain's shoes.

He exhaled,"Home."he murmured,"God that's strange... Just the thought of it."he said quietly and rubbed his stomach a few more times, looking to Jamie and though he didn't seem to lose that 'captain' stance he did smile just a bit,"Like a long vacation."he nodded and looked to their things, tugging his shirt down more over his stomach and watching as the signal for the floors they passed changed.

Jamir was staring at the belly when the kick was spot on this time, their daughter's little foot kicked right into his hand and he smiled goofily just from thr feeling. He looked at up Morrison excitedly and bent down to kiss his belly, right before the door opened to the area where they are getting into the transit ship back on earth. Jamie stole a look at Morrison and found him didnt seem to mind them holding hands, so he kept their hands linked as they got out, his face flushed with excitement going out in the public showing their relationship.

Just before they stepped into the transit though, a voice called from.behind. a voice that had Jamie tensed up.

He blushed himself at the kick from their daughter, not expecting him to feel it and then the kiss he was gave, or they were given in return. He sighed and shut his eyes as he placed a hand on his head before dropping it again, grasping his hand once again and waddling with him. Out into the transit dock, their bags following behind them, hovering (as bags did in the future).

They were heading towards their ship, until there was a voice, calling out behind them and they turned, or at least Morrison turned to see Kim as she jogged forward towards them. "Yes lieutenant?"he straightened up as much he could,"What is it?"

Jamie dared not turn around. He didnt want to face the alpha and he didnt want her near them at all, but he knew Morriosn would want to talk to him, and he wasnt going to stand in the way. He stepped half a step back but didnt release Morrison's hand and forced himseld to look up and held Kim's gaze.

Behind her back, Kim had a syringe of sorts in her hand. She looked a little nervous herself and when she turned to Jamie, the young nurse had to clench his jaw tight to hold his stance. Like the captain, he straightened up as much as he could, trying to appear confident and calm

Their fingers intertwined as he felt him grasp onto him tighter and glanced at him, wondering why he was acting even more timid than usual. He looked at his old friend,"Everything alright?"he asked further, relaxing this time, as he smiled lightly and moved to let go of Jamie,"Want a hug for old times sake?"he was ignorant of what was going through her head, as he moved to step toward her, lifting his other arm.

Jamie, on the other hand, was getting more tensed up as Morrison approached Kim. He reluctantly let loose of the captain and kept a watchful eye on the lieutennat, unaware that he himself was the target. The lieutenant opened her mouth but didnt say anything, just hugged Morrison a little awkwardly with the belly in between. Jamie stepped forward, almost like guarding the captain from any possible threats despite their size difference.

He sighed and held her for a long moment before moving to let go,"You can always visit when you have time." Morrison pressed a hand to his back and continued smiling softly at her,"You're always welcome." The man then let his smile drop slowly, not sure what was wrong with his friend as she looked between him and Jamie, his brows furrowed. He soon finally realized the tension between everyone and he looked to Jamie slightly, a hand going to his middle, he wanted to sit down somewhere.
