On one hand he claimed he wanted Jamie to be present, on the other he could so casually announce he didn't want the kid at all - which was true, but still hurting for Jamie to hear it since he had assumed at least there would be some affection after all these months of Morrison carrying the new life around.

How often do you feel the baby kicking? like, do they kick at both ends, at the same time?" he said finally getting a chance to really feel Morrison's belly, to perform the usual procedures he would do on other pregnant people in the village.
