Jamie cringed at Morrison describing Silas with such a horrible word. the foul mouth of Morrison just never seized to make Jamie flinch. He disagreed with his habit, but he had long abandoned his attempt of trying to restrain him on that. Jamie looked up, surprised again at how Morrison sounded whiny and needy with that.... telling him he was lonely... that was really not like himself. There was a part of his heart that had started to hope..
And then Morrison snapped again. He was so grumpy all the time. Jamie wished they could sometimes talk calmly - to really communicate and not just end up one yelling and the other being yelled at. Jamie's hands again clasped onto his belly after beign pushed away by Morrison. "Morrison, I need to check... i need to see how low the baby is right now." he said searching for the base of the womb. "that could tell us if they're really ready to come...."
"Can you maybe lay down on the bed? it might help a little if we put something between your legs.. Silas did appreciate it a lot." jamie said and quickly bit his lip at mentioning the other omega's name, realising his big mistake... and now when he thought about it, Silas' name might have really come up way too often...
