what if, Nick presented him with this dance studio in their mansion. And while Nick encouraged Aki to try it, Aki sort of tripped and fell during one of those fancy swirls(sorry i don't really know how you call it professionally...) and fell straight into nick's arms. That sudden shock had Aki feeling pain in his abdomen and some bleeding - that's when they foudn out he's pregnant again? ;))

As soon as they arrived back at the little white cottage, Nick called for their nanny to again take care of the kids. it was almost noon and the twins would soon need their feeding, but for now they could get changed and perhaps play with themselves for awhile, for Nick had to clean Aki up first.
Omitting the stare of the nanny, he carried Aki up the stairs where their bedroom was. Nick had therefore wrapped his own jacket around Aki to hide his precious body from the curious gaze of the nanny, but from the vast amount of flesh exposed underneath, it was not difficult for the nanny to figure out Aki was naked underneath. He smiled and planted another hicky on Aki's neck, making his husband moan so sweetly, it made the nanny blush. "Aki.... " Nick smirked. His husband really knew nothing of how attractive he was, and how seductive he could be.
Not too surprisingly, even after the satisfying sex out in the nature, Nick had no problem again claiming Aki while he attempted to freshen his husband up. And then some more when he was dressing him again. At the end of their honeymoon, there was hardly a corner of the house where they hadn't made love in. The nanny had to play hide and seek with them, as she tried her hardest to hide from them, avoiding getting exposed to such heated lovemaking.
And as lovely as the time it was in the Casablanca, the couple had to return. It was a great week of honeymoon, and Nick was quite confident he had had Aki impregnated already. On their flight back home, Aki had fallen deeply asleep - the poor man was exahusted with the almost endless sex, his energy level no match with that of Nick. Nick, again, held Aki on his lap on the passenger's seat, stroking his back idly as his husband enjoyed the slumber. His eyes lingered on his midsection, very confident that in just a few months' time, it woudl swell up again....
And he had a feeling this would be twins again.
