That's quite normal........but once you've got over the edge, over this so called ring of fire, then it will be much easier.....you will see. After the birth of the first egg, the others will come much easier and quicker", he said and smiled.
He then let Eric relax for a second, before talking to him again. "Would you be ready for another one ??", he asked with a gentle smile.

He pulls his leg up and pushes down hard, starting out with the sigh like she said but it's short lived. It turns into a low, pained, and irritated groan. "Hhhhnnnnnnnngggggaaaagggghhhhh!" He groans loudly, his face turning red and a vein on his forehead showing.

"Great job, Eric, one, two, three, four, five, six, yes GREAT !!....", he said, as he saw the egg slowly moving further out. He hated to see Eric like this. Of course he was used to seeing young men like that, but it was sometimes quite painful for him as well......especially, when some of those men meant a lot to him........and he didn't know why, but Eric also meant a lot to him.......he felt with this young and shy, but very intelligent man, who was so brave and did this all on his own..........he wanted to be with him, he wanted to show him, that he was there.........he wanted to be like a family to him for that very moment.
That was the reason, why Dr. Sommer slowly began to stroke the sole of Eric's foot, which he was holding in his hand..........he thought, it might help him to know, that someone was there.........just in case he maybe twisted his toes and a hand was there, where he could press them against.......
Dr. Sommer continued his counting. "Eight, nine, ten and breathe, Eric", he said, the egg just sliding back in only two millimeters.

"Alright", he whispered and slowly guided Eric's hand between his legs, before carefully placing it onto the tip of the egg, which was protruding out of his entrance. "There you are.........can you feel it ?? It's your first baby", the doctor whispered and smiled, gently taking his hand away.

I will give you your leg back for one second now, because I need both of my hands to help you deliver the first egg", he said and quickly let go of Eric's foot, as he saw, that the young man was shaking in pain from the egg, which was permanently stretching his entrance. Dr. Sommer went to the end of the bed. "Alright, Eric. Please come a bit closer to me......just slide a bit closer down", he said.
