Dr. Peter Sommer, the second brother of the well known Mpreg-Specialist Dr. Andreas Sommer, is a young obstetrician, whose office is located in a small village, called "St. Mountainside".
The village counts about 300 inhabitants, most of them farmers, and is far away from civilization, which results in car and bus rides up to 55 minutes to get to the next city.
Dr. Sommer is the doctor of the village and lives there with his son Martin.

Dr. Sommer stood in his office and checked some of the files of his patients. Most of them talked about things like having a cough or a flue......nothing too special.......but one of them wrote about a male pregnancy, something which didn't happen that often, especially in a tiny village like that.
The name of the pregnant man was Ryne Baker, a very friendly and funny man, who Dr. Sommer liked a lot. He would be having an exam today to see, if his pregnancy was going on well...........

Ryne entered Dr. Sommer's office, rubbing his belly as he sat down and allowed it to rest between his legs. He smiled as his babies kicked from within. "I know little ones. I'll make sure Mr. Sommer's doesn't use the cold stethoscope." He said to his unborn children.

Doctor Sommer started to laugh and switched on the monitor. "Well, the contact gel could be a little cold, but that shouldn't be a big problem", he said, putting some of the contact gel onto the sensor.
"Could be a little cold now", he whispered with a smile, pretending that Ryne's babies were supervising him and shouldn't hear that, as he slowly put the sensor onto the young man's belly.

Dr. Sommer started to laugh. "I am sorry", he said with a gentle smile. Then he looked at the monitor and started to concentrate on the picture, which showed up some seconds later.
He started to smile and looked at the young man. "Well, Ryne, I have to say you did a good job........you're expecting three babies", he said and smiled.

Dr. Sommer almost flinched a bit, as he saw the popping out belly button of his patient. "Okay, I have to admit: They really seem to be quite brutal", he said and laughed.
Then he placed the sensor next to the monitor again and wiped away the gel with a tissue, before talking to Ryne again.
"Have you already thought about the birth ??", he asked with a gentle smile.
